Note: Encounter J. has an unusual status. It gets its own time on the schedule, but can also be started early if the conditions are met.

Why do we have a transition to Voice of the Shadow on May 30? The way I read it that is just one of the four possible encounters after Blood on the Snow and it does not have it's own time on the schedule. See page 20 and 21.

Idruzi will be looking for a spellcasting of Restoration once it is available. I think the Pathfinder caravan is assumed to be able to do things like that in this part of the scenario. Since the negative levels are (currently) temporary, I think the 100g version will suffice to remove them both?

I'm unfamiliar with any special rules regarding spellcasting during this scenario. Am I missing something?

I think between the parts, it is probably reasonable to assume that given the number of pathfinder teams of high level around, most spell casting can be acquired for the usual cost. But probably not within given "parts". This is kind of similar to how we get hp and spells and such back after finishing part 1, but before we started part 3.

Medda is available in between parts after Part 1. Otherwise, I know of no available spell casting services in either version A or B. Chalk it up to table variation when the quoted player played A.

You are indeed correct! I don't want to retcon the Deepening Shadows condition, but will announce when we reach Bolstering Light.

If Part 3 is not the final part of the adventure, instead begin this part with the Deepening Shadows condition in play. Once the PCs have reported enough successes to meet the Uncertain Opportunity and later the Bolstering Light thresholds, announce that those respective conditions have replaced Deepening Shadows.

I recommend to also announce Uncertain Opportunity when that achievement is reached as it will give the players feedback that they are achieving something.

If there are any tables that have already started encounter J: Voice of the Shadow they can keep it as it is. For other tables it is easy to implement the Deepening Shadows conditions. I would not announce the condition with an overseer post.

That's what I'm doing: implementing deepening shadows without an announcement.

Well, that's Blood on the Snow finished a good 15 rounds after the last enemy dropped!

It turns out that a confused necromancer casting Magic Jar and attempting to possess other members of the party while the cavalier "rides" around on an insanity-horse is quite enough to keep a fight going long after all the (enemy) undead have been destroyed!

Chadius, you may have forgotten to report a success in part H, considering you reported diplomatic successes in part I but no successes in part H.

My cross-tabular skills may be rusty, but I think the "Portal Closed" milestone is referencing the Dragon's Lair instead of Voice of the Shadow. I just reported success in Voice of the Shadow, but no change on tally page.

My employers have informed me I'll be attending conference out of state June 5, 6, and 7th. Though theoretically I could handle posting with the conference, I would prefer one of our amazing backups pick me up.

So to inform the masses and our glorious overseer GM Granta, I have reached out to our backup EM+GM.

So the desecration effect will be in full force and unlikely to go away?

Do the portal successes count towards the general successes that curtail that condition? (They do not appear to, given the one already reported)

We don't actually start the portal today. In SSB, we just continue until June 4. Though ideally, tables will finish the other encounters and move to the portal soon.

So, due to jumping in as backup on so many different tables at relatively the same time, I did a little investigating to see where the aid tokens were hiding.

And noticed that Token #1 hasn't gone anywhere in a month.

It last went to GMG... but as far as they're aware, they don't have one anymore, and just passed along token #2 yesterday.

Is there a way to check where each are currently hiding?

The recruitment thread is supposed to contain every transfer of aid tokens. If a table says they no longer have it but the aid token last shows it going there, I would check that table's GM's posts, to see if the token was only partly passed on.

Looks like #1's with Pirate GM as of the 23rd.

A note on timing: I'm in US Pacific Time, UTC−8:00. I'm not sure what time Granta was on, but if you see overseer posting times change a bit, that may be why.

Well... so I've been called in for a work-related thing, that will send me out on a boat in the gulf of alaska for a week and a bit (needless to say, no internet)

They originally said it would start on the 20th... so I was free and clear... but they have just now, pushed that all up a week or so.

So now I'm flying out on Tuesday (the 12th).

As such, I will not be able to do my pre-scheduled backup duties for Redelia on the 13th through 17th!
