My plan is to baricade the captains outer doors at night, and sneak us in through the cooks cabins trapdoor. We can do as we will with him, as the rest of the crew loyal to Plugg will be sleeping on literally the opposite side of the boat.

I'm just wondering why you all want to wait for the night to stage something. Now all are spread over the whole ship and we have Scourge and Plugg right here.

At night Scourge will be in a locked room with all his best friends and two of our friends. The only possible benefit being that it might be possible to come up with something to keep Plugg out of the fight. Current situation would allow Scourge one attack before he gets a heavy beating/stabbing from four of us. And all his possible help would have to come down the rigging or from below deck.

Or you wait for the night, make all your con rolls that are now needed for every job or be fatigued from the now even harder work.

I see now Noonan has no objection, so "Death to these slavers!"

At 3rd level I can Pistol Whip as a surprise action right, as per the ability

Pistol-Whip (Ex): At 3rd level, the gunslinger can make a surprise melee attack with the butt or handle of her firearm as a standard action. When she does, she is considered to be proficient with the firearm as a melee weapon and gains a bonus on the attack and damage rolls equal to the enhancement bonus of the firearm. The damage dealt by the pistol-whip is of the bludgeoning type, and is determined by the size of the firearm. One-handed firearms deal 1d6 points of damage (1d4 if wielded by Small creatures) and two-handed firearms deal 1d10 points of damage (1d8 if wielded by Small creatures). Regardless of the gunslinger’s size, the critical multiplier of this attack is 20/×2. If the attack hits, the gunslinger can make a combat maneuver check to knock the target prone as a free action. Performing this deed costs 1 grit point.

I have the Catch Offguard feat at the moment, so can I pistol whip now, but just not get the benefit of the surprise and combat manreuvers?

With catch off guard you can use is as an improvised weapon to hit someone. Just be careful, that your battered weapon doesn't fall apart :P

As Sailing Master I'll probably need some Knowledge Geography, Knowledge Nature and Astology or summin right?

Most important is profession sailor. Geography would probably help too. Survival lets you predict weather. But all rolls about ship control are as far as I have seen profession sailor. This is all roleplaying flavor and where you would like to stand on the ship from now on.

On the cool spot behind the steering wheel? I'd suggest you take another look at the player's guide. They suggest for example for the gunner: Feats: Several feats presented in Ultimate Combat can be used with siege engines. These include the following: Master Siege Engineer, Siege Commander, Siege Engineer, and Siege Gunner.

There is also a lot of stuff about how ships work and such.

If you all come up with a cool feat that helps you as a ships officer then I might throw a round of bonus feats. So who wants skill focus (Profession (cook))?

We also will need to come up with some suggestions about ship changes to make. Therefore it would also help if you know something about that from the players guide.
