I may be wrong, but I think you don't need to expend a move action to draw your dagger since your BAB is +1.

True dat. Thanks for the spot Ghilda. In that case I'll Move and draw, then use my Standard Action to Ready to attack any giant crab thing that comes for me or Barnabus.

Reefclaw 1: init: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Reefclaw 2: init: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
So the order is.
Barnabas II - 19
Marnir - 19
Kung - 18
Reefclaw 2 - 14
Jane - 10
Ghilda - 10
Reefclaw 1 - 9.
Marnir has moved to beside Barnabas II and is ready to attack.

Brass Knuckles, damage: 1d3 + 4 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 4 + 2 + 1 = 8 (+2 power attack, +1 peg leg (assuming aquatic subtype))
Marine Terror (Ex): Kung ignores the cover bonus to AC when attacking creatures partially immersed in water

Reefclaw 2 swims straight up to Kung and attacks.
Kung your attack just misses, your swing hampered by fighting underwater.
Reefclaw 2. attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9 Misses.
Jane and then Ghilda's actions now.
Slashing and bludgeoning attacks are at -2 underwater. Piercing attacks are normal. If you want to spellcast underwater you need to make a Concentration check DC15 + the spell level.

Readied Action goes off when reefclaw 1 approaches
As the giant crab thing swims towards Marnir he stabs at with his dagger, hoping to drive it off.

We'll deal with Reefclaw 1 while waiting for Jane & Ghilda.
Reefclaw 1 approaches Marnir and takes a good shot from his dagger, blackish blood spilling into the clear water.
It lashes back with a claw. attack: 1d20 ⇒ 7 - 2 due to Evil eye.
Missing completely.
Jane and Ghilda are closer to Kung, they won't be able to reach you this round. So Barnabas and Marnir can take their Round two actions on Reefclaw 1.
Marnir Saltvig
Marnir swims away from the snapping claws and again thrusts his dagger at the creature's soft underbelly.

Marnir: You miss.
Jane: You can't throw bombs under water. It would travel 5 feet at the most.
Please note you need to make a DC10 swim check to move half your normal movement if you are closing on the Reefclaws.

Kung, frustrated that his strike is not hitting the weird lobster-beast, becomes enraged. His peg leg starts churning a frantic rhythm under the surface of the water, which begins cavitating small bubbles of oxygen that float to the surface around him. He hauls back with all of his might and lets loose another strike at the beast.

I hate swimming... Data is currently back at the ship, sunning himself somewhere in the rigging.

Marnir sees the crab-beasts assailed by Ghilda's magic, and moves in for the kill.
Dagger attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Reefclaw 2 is wrappped around Kung, but looking hurt now.
Have to admit I was wondering about that variant channeling, but it will have an impact. Especially with a few more levels.
And speaking of impact. Have you made one physical attack in the whole game yet Barnabas? :)

And speaking of impact. Have you made one physical attack in the whole game yet Barnabas? :)
Nope... If the hexer is attacking the plan is going horribly wrong...evil eye lasts 8 rounds....
Marnir Saltvig
The crab-beast in front of Marnir spasms and rolls over, floating and bobbing on the surface. Seeing the other creature still grabbing hold of Kung, he swims toward the half-orc.
Swim: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Powering through the waves, Marnir lashes out with his dagger.
Dagger attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
"Slippery little bastards!" he shouts as his dagger slides off the thing's shell.
GM_DBH
Nope, that's a hit. It's lost it's dex as it has grappled Kung.
Marnir nearly guts the last Reefclaw as it struggles to hold Kung. It releases the Half-orc and floats limply to the surface with it's fellow Reefclaw.
The water stills again. Each Reefclaw, once the poisonous claws are removed will fill one crabpot. So I believe you've gathered more than enough to fill all four pots now?
Barnabas II still has the wrapped case he discovered, are you openeing it here, or back aboard ship?
Barnabus II
"So I found something else down there, wrapped and placed, should we sneak a peak or get the 6 pots worth of food aboard first?"
Barnabus casts detect magic on the bundle...
Marnir Saltvig
Marnir shouts in surprise as the tip of his dagger slides across the crab-beast's shell then suddenly plunges into something soft. Fearing for a moment that he's stabbed his friend, he's relieved to see the crab-beast spasm and die. "Close one there Kung."
Looking over at Barnabus he replies "I'd get a look at it first. If we come back with something valuable that we haven't hidden then those whale-humping sons of trolls we work for will take it from us. Better we know what it is, then try to sneak it back aboard."

Fort DC13: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
The half-orc struggles with the beast as he's pulled underwater. While going under, he feels a tingle of magic wash over his body as Barnabus attempts to help him breathe, but in his fury, he resists the attempt.
Will DC16: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14 (+2 rage)
He fails to resist the magic and his lungs begin seeking the refreshment of seawater. He gasps in a deep lungful and finds it satisfying. He begins to struggle with the mutant lobster for his freedom, but feels it go limp almost before he can get his first grip on the beast. He calms down as he rises to the surface.
Feeling fatigued, he looks from one friend to another. Not knowing who finished the reefclaw, he thanks them all. "Thanks."
He treads water as they discuss the artifact, slowly regaining his strength after the battle.
Kung is fatigued for 1 minute after rage; he will tread water until that condition ends before returning to the ship. (The conversation and inspection of the artifact may take longer, anyway, but if it doesn't, Kung will hold back before he returns.)
Louisiana Jane
"I agree, i can sneak around them easily, so after we find out what it is, i can sneak it aboard... or tie it under the boat. Who knows."
GM_DBH
Unwrapping takes a moment as the oiled leather has hardened with time, it peels away to reveal a light wooden case, with a simple latch.
Opening the case reveals a very fine looking rapier, still in it's black leather sheath, even the sheath is decorated with silver.
Barnabas II perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
Jane perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
Ghilda perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Marnir perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Kung perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
Inside the case Barnabas finds something even more interesting to him.
The rapier was resting on folded velvet, inside the velvet is a strip of leather, about a foot long and six inches wide. It has something burnt into it.
Barnabas recognizes what this is, he can see on the strip a unnamed section of coastline. This is an old trick among untrusting explorers and pirates.
A map is made, then sliced into strips, each person takes one strip to ensure they are all needed to make the map complete again.
There is no other indication of where the map leads to, or where the rest of it is. However the rapier once drawn has a fine detail etched along the blade of a rose vine.
