Hey everyone this is my first time running a PbP. I'm looking for 4-5 PC's for Shattered Star.
Calculate attributes using a 25 point buy.
Any Class or Archetype (except for summoner) from one of the Core Pathfinder books is fine.
I prefer the core races, but a good backstory can definitely get the go ahead for one of the 'rarer' races.
Your characters can select 3 traits, 1 campaign and 2 other.
Feel free to look at the Varisia: Birthplace of legends and the Shattered Star Player's Guide for options while stating up characters.
For equipment use the average starting gold listed in the starting gold table. If I've missed anything let me know.

Burtis is a Large man who cares around an even larger warhammer, This man is from the land of Giants and Dragons. He has a very muscular body with a very large upper chest and arms. He wears no shirt but a single piece of scale mail over his right arm. Every place else is uncovered. His shorts are covered in mud and tar and other things. This man loves his drink and he loves his battle he will battle anyone anywhere. Growing up he was taught how to kill and kill fast. He came into town to gather some information that might lead him to his next trophy kill.

Additional Traits: Instead of merely having two traits at the start of character creation, taking this feat gives Katie the ability to have four.
Druid Weapon Proficiencies: Katie is trained to use weapons that meet the cultural approval of her people.
Endurance: Katie gets a +4 to some physical actions. (Bonus feat granted from Shaman's apprentice.)
Traits
Anatomist: Specially trained in nursing and medicine when she was back home with the Druidic Orcs, Katie has learned how to apply that knowledge in knowing where to strike on the body. In short, she gets a +1 on attack rolls to confirm critical hits.
Beneficent Touch (1/day), Katie is so good at healing magic, once per day she can reroll a one on a "Cure" spell.
Caretaker: Trained at the Druidic Orc's nursing school, Katie became a model of the caretaker. She gains +1 to all Heal checks, and Heal is a class skill for her no matter what class she takes.
Gifted Adept: Since magic so permeates the Druidic Orc's society, everyone knows a smattering of it. Katie, however, became the top of her class in perfecting one spell, "Cure Light Wounds." She always casts it as if she were 1 level higher than she actually is.

(Katie doesn't bother with rations. She casts "Goodberry" as her daily food supply.

Druid Sub-Domain: Seasons: Granted Powers: Untouched by the seasons. Katie can simulate an endure elements effect that lasts 1 hour per level.
Spontaneous Casting: Katie can convert stored spells into Summon Nature's Ally spells.
Wild Empathy +1 (Ex): On her home island, almost everyone can talk to animals. They are such a part of life, that wild empathy is easy for a druid to learn.
Sacred Tattoo: +1 to all saving throws. For Bre-ayne Orcs, this trait replaces Orcish ferocity.
Shaman's apprentice: Grants Endurance as a bonus feat. Since druids are 80 % of the population (as are Half-Orcs) on the Bre-ayne island, nearly everyone was apprenticed to an elder druid. For Bre-ayne Orcs, this trait replaces Intimidating.
Katie is a tall Half-Orc with sage-green skin. She has red hair and green eyes, and wears green monk's clothes. Finding this too revealing and provacative, she also wears a sweater jacket to protect her modesty and provide pockets. She also has a belt pouch and a reinforced scarf. Furthermore, she has a tatoo of a leaf within a pentacle.
Personality
Katie is generally friendly and kind.
She is, however, relatively guarded due to prejudice against Orcs and Half-Orcs. Her clan, the Bre-ayne Orcs, renounced evil and barbarianism in favor of goodness and druidism, with intention of becoming the masters of divine nature magick. When you're that deep in communion with the planet and Gaia herself, why bother conquering anyone else? How... not neutral! But most people don't know the Bre-ayne even exist, and she's certainly not telling anyone. Occasionally she may slip up, beginning to mention the Bre-ayne, but hastily interrupting herself and changing the subject.
Background
Kathleen Eaglefeather comes from the Bre-ayne, a group of Orcs and Half-Orcs who have renounced barbarianism and evil alignment, in favor of druidism and goodness. Naturally their existance is a greatly kept secret. Having been sent off on her vision quest as a teen, Kathleen was captured by a paladin of the Silver Crusade, and joined him. Though it was quickly learned that Katie was no warrior, she was trained in medicine by her mentor, a druid and nurse, back home. Though useless in the thick of a fight, she can offer a party medical abilities and healing spells. "Cure Lt. Wounds" is actually Katie's specialty. She is an excellent herbalist as well.
Kind and benevolent, Katie dislikes combat situations, and would prefer to seek a peaceful outcome. She gladly steps in and helps those whom she considers to be less fortunate than she, though she does tend to get into infrequent trouble because she believes no one can own any part of the earth. She almost never refuses to help people if she can.
It pains her, however, that people still look at her and see nothing but an Orc. Because Elves have been the cruellest to her, she doesn't trust them, even when she adventures with them. But she seldom gets hostile. Instead, she believes, as do the Druidic Orcs she came from, in the mantra of overcome evil with good. Not good as in bashing necromancers, that's not good, that's just violence. But good as in works and compassion.
She comes from a place where her Orcish kin are above the savagery of the barbarian, preferring to specialize in communion with nature, and she is no exception. Though she'd like to return home, she still feels she has not yet lived up to her incomplete vision quest. As a further complication, Katie has come to accept the Silver Crusade as her own. But because that advocates for cities a touch too much for any true druid, she seeks to find a balance between her pagan faith and her political convictions.

Malena is playful and always looking for the next fun thing, if it be a good game of cards, or a fight with goblins, or just a bit of roughhousing with friends, she takes time to read and investigate things that interest her, she has a soft spot for anything that looks good on her, meaning most jewelry, and will try to find out how to best get more of it,
background
Moving from place to place while growing up has left its mark on Malena, she has learned the best weapons are the ones not seen, and while her family stopped at Magnimar, she joined in the mock battles that they had, she learned how to better use her weapons while duel wielding making her main hand more precise, But she grew board with it, seeking more from life then mock battles, she started to play into the stereotype that all varisian's are thieves, even if it was just for fun, she learned to gamble and steal from people, and when they got home they found the cheated money or goods back. Malena loved to be a trickster, and while she took a book from some robed man one day, she started to read it before she gave it back, she did not understand what it was saying but she felt power in the book itself, and wanted to know more. The pathfinder lodge in Magnimar was a safe bet to find out why she felt power from the book. After a short exchange of information the pathfinder lodge told her that it was a wizards tome, and that she might be able to become a wizard if she put in the time. the recommended some books so she could learn the basics on her own, she took there advice and got the books. as she studied she found out that just being a caster was no fun for her, she wanted to go up and protect and get in the face of things, rather then just stand back and cast. so she started to practice her scarf techniques as well as casting, in the end she found she was a capable fighter and a passable caster. she was very proud of what she had done in her short time on the world, and is looking for more adventure, she has left her family and gone to Magnimar to see the pathfinder lodge and see if they might point her in a direction that will help her have fun and be productive. after all cant just go around stealing all her life, that would just get dull.

Tiefling Conjurer of noble, though bastardly Chelixian Origin. Nothing more than a slave, beaten regulary by his brutal stepfather, who saw his wives infidelity as a shame on the glorious name of his house, he escaped with some other slaves, notably halflings in a midnight dash for freedom. One of the rescuers from the bellflower network took pity and adopted him into her care. It took months to transform the shy and meek into a young man? with a curious fascination with knowledge. His mother took him to Magnimar and they settled in a very unusual relationship and are the reason for many a raised eyebrow when he calls her "mother" in puplic.

You don't know a true friend until you have charged into a room of kobolds, or orcs, or Zombies to fight at their side. You don't know true joy until you stumble out of a ruin, almost blinded by the bright light and the sweat, ichor and blood in your eyes, clutching that long lost relic. You don't know excitement until you have that moment with your hand in a small hole trying to open a secret door, and the slightest mistake not only locks the door forever but releases poison gas into the tunnel.
Rameth pauses, fingering the clasp on his cloak, made from an ancient copper coin.
So why become a Pathfinder?...Couldn't tell ya. Rameth smiles and waves the waitress over and signals for another round for the table.
EDIT: Rameth will also have to drop some gear to be Average and not max, He will lose his coin, the holy water and alchemist fire to get to average wealth

Bimbur Longstrike |

Count me in.
Bimbur is ranged combat, scouting, and tracking in one package. He won't truly start to peak until third level, but that is how it is with dwarven zen archers. If there is no true thief or trap disabler, Bimbur can quickly be changed to have disable device as a class skill and have +11 disable device at first level with masterwook tools if needed.

I'd like to submit this character, Adrielle Terryne, a female human cleric of Shelyn. I made her for another shattered star campaign and really like the character. Needs to be adjusted to a 25 pt buy but I would bump her con and int to 14. I would take indomitable faith so a +1 to will saves for the third trait

Donaon was born in Magnimar, the third child of a minor noble. After a disastrous duel which resulted in the death of a rival's son, he was disowned by his family and set out to seek his fortune on his own.
Leaving his father's manor with a horse, lance, sword and armor, he arrived at the Pathfinder Lodge, eager to demonstrate his skills and bravado.
