Invoke the rule of the ethereal dumpster. It's a living dumpster that lives on the ethereal plane and is full of epic leveled hobos and hookers. It follows around the party but goes unnoticed since it's on another plane. It randomly shifts to the material plane, eating or vomiting out players as it sees fit. Explains all character absences.

By the way...I've looked closer...the posting rate here really isn't bad. I'm adjusting...bear with me. Oh...I'll have maps up of this place as you get farther into it...

...and I'm presently working on a map of Wild Roc Roost, for those of you that have been there...and you'll probably eventually visit it...and may spend some time there.

One feature of the city...built partially up a mountain...is an elevated street, supported by arches...that leads up to the palace. Some of the wealthiest folk in the city live on High Street...yes, including Hortense.

I am sorry to have to do this, but I will be pulling out of this game. I'm starting a new semester at school and I'm taking 20 credit hours, and I fear with too many games I'll be too distracted to focus on school. I'm sorry to do this so suddenly and leave a gap, but my schooling is more important. I wish all of you the best of luck!

Sorry to see you pull out, but definitely understand. 20 hours is a very heavy load. Good luck, as if luck had anything to do with it, in the coming semester. You will be missed.

Its weird that the magic aura disappeared. Does that happen when a potion is consumed? Maybe someone drank a invisibility potion?

I would like to stress again...I really like feedback. I want to run all of this campaign online...and make it a VERY epic experience for all involved.

I want to hear about any sorts of things you've always wanted to do...end a war? Start your own kingdom? Build a castle? Travel to exotic planes? Fight a gigantic dragon from the Abyss?

I have plenty of flexibility in this AP. The whole thing is a major framework, with details carved in sand.

Sorry I only got back yesterday and still trying to catch up on stuff, both real life and here. With my character being new I am still trying to get my feel of him and where I want him to go. I'll put some thought on some extra long term goals though!

Ok, guys...this was supposed to be one post per person per day...not one post from the group and one from me...actually, I asked if we could do 2-3 each...the constructive criticism I've gotten was for maps...which hardly seem used...and for me to sum up combat rounds...but that didn't keep people posting enough that I can keep them fresh in mind, myself.

I want to run this game, but if I'm responsible for 75% of the energy, I might as well just have one dedicated player. Are people giving up on me already? I mean..
with almost nothing said, when I've been begging for feedback?

I like the group. I like the characters. You guys can roleplay...I've seen it.

I check all my groups at least once a day. Admittedly, I was a bit... Not here for a few days, but I fully intend on staying till the end.

Well, often times when the energy sags, the players are often confused as to what is happening or whether they should post if someone who should has not.
When that happens, try posting a recap of where people are and what they see.

Ok...I can appreciate that. Are people finding the grid references helpful? They were meant to help clear confusion.

I like the grid references, but having an easier spot to find the link for it would be nice. Maybe in the short description above?

Yeah, I too have been checking, but combat does lag things up a bit in any pbp. Take an action, wait for the next round to cycle around. I suppose I could start posting Cauis' verbal reactions to others' actions, if that would help the energy some.
