[Roll20] GM Karael's Reign of Winter - The Snows of Summer

Exactly 1,400 years ago, a powerful witch from another world named Baba Yaga arrived on Golarion with her Dancing Hut, a formidable artifact that can travel between worlds and even between the planes. In a quick, brutal
conflict known as the Winter War, the self-proclaimed Queen of Witches conquered the eastern Linnorm Kingdoms of Raemerrund and the Djurstor Confederacy and founded a new nation locked in eternal winter-the land of lrrisen. After installing her daughter Jadwiga on the throne as Irrisen's first queen, Baba Yaga departed in her Dancing Hut, but she returned to Irrisen exactly 100 years later to replace Jadwiga with a new daughter, Morgannan, taking the former queen and the first generation of her descendants with her when she left again. Baba Yaga has continued this tradition every 100 years for the last 14 centuries, resulting in a succession of 14 queens of Irrisen. Most people assume Baba Yaga takes her daughters to explore strange new worlds, times, and dimensions, sharing with them the secrets of the multiverse. But the truth, hidden even from Baba Yaga's daughters, is far darker.

I'll be sending a party of four to the rigid winter of Irrisen via the virtual tabletop site Roll20 to determine the cause of a strange anomaly. A pocket of winter seems to have appeared near the village of Heldren.

Creation Rules:

Level 1
Point Buy: 15(4 players) 20(3 players) 25(2 players)
HP: Max 1st level. 1/2+1 for the remainder.
Traits/Drawbacks: One regular trait, plus one campaign trait. No Drawbacks. No Rich Parents/Chosen Child.
Races: Core only.
Classes/Archetypes: All. Prestiges are fine.
Feats: No Leadership until 7th level.
Alignment: Any good.
Wealth: Average for class, or roll.
No 3rd party material.

You're encouraged to begin play without cold-weather gear, and to do your best to separate player knowledge from character knowledge. Keep in mind, it is Summer in Heldren.
