Once the others have cleared their makeshift camp, Blue will remove or obscure the evidence of they're having stayed there and follow behind. When he catches up to Rohan and the other stragglers, he asks,

Blue looks at the now trampled ground in front of the complex and sighs, wondering how many signs might have been trampled by his eager cohorts. Did the solitary goblin leave, join others, go below? Did others come looking for them? At least Vanea's work on the bridge has ensured that no one could weaken it.

He brushes off the dirt from crawling through the briar and draws his bow, ready to enter.


An open flight of wooden stairs winds up to a trap door in the cieling, thirty feet above.

I don't like this silence... not to the point that I would ask Eloviel to sing something, but I just find this lack of noise disturbing

Vanea tries to make herself as discret as possible, in case anything attack

But it's hard not to see her. Usually, she does everything to be sure people not only see but watch her, and part of her must be reluctant to the concept of stealthiness

Looking sidelong to Eloviel, It would be seeming Vanea misheard my comments, neh. She is attempting I think to be greeting the boys as any good Calistrian priestess would, ja.

He then whispers to the group, Vanea, perhaps they should be to handling their own "weapons" for now, your support for them is to be needed too soon though I am thinking.


This large courtyard is open to the sky. Tenacious clumps of partially trampled grass grow fitfully here and there in the hard-packed earth, in places stained with blood or scratched with furrows. To the north, what appears to be two dead goblins lie slumped at the entrance to an outbuilding.

That's odd.Maybe i should check on the goblin corpses to see what killed them? Be watchful.

Vanea waits until Blue sticked some arrows in the goblins, and then cautiously approach the bodies

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

If nothing happens, she checks the goblins for any visible cause of death

Healing: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18


Copper finds a short hallway, while Vanea finds that the goblins are indeed dead, bludgeoned to death by something powerful.

Blue, could you try to see if you find any tracks around the dead goblins? I can't find what killed them, only that they suffered bludgeonings wounds. We need to know what attacked them, and where it came from.

Blue nods to Vanea and first listens at the door to the outbuilding near the dead goblins. He then checks their wounds for signs and the grounds around the for tracks (particularly indications of whether they were dragged here after being pummeled or were killed on the spot here, perhaps while guarding the outbuilding).

Nic listens to the group's discussions, watching their actions. Golems sound to be not too likely, a bit too much for the too little I am thinking.

Nic looks over the area, seeking signs of a golem's passing, namely scuff marks along the floor, turned stones, scraps of paint or similar marks of what passed this way.

Tracks are many, in fact, to many to track. Countless goblin and goblin dog tracks overlap eachother. Vanea and Blue also both spot some horse tracks.
