Razor Coast, a devil’s paradise, where a man’s fortune can bleed out quicker than a spitted pig, and where the dawn sky blazes across endless oceans. Oceans that for centuries hid a lost people of whom legend whisper were born into these wild reaches as the sons of sharks. Here, within in the kraken’s clutches, law means little while gold breaks all boundaries and blood, pearls, and rum pay for all sin.

Oro-Tu, a larger-than-normal Tulita of coastal variety, follows Leialoha down. He was sent to find the shaman Milliauka, but quickly recognized Leialoha as a Tulita. Being new to Port Shaw, and with no contacts to assist him, he simply introduced himself as Ilamuku (protector) and agreed to help his kind on their mission while deciphering his own. He nods a silent greeting to the others, the sewers not being a place to chit chat.
That was my first impulse, use Leialoha as an excuse for being here haha

Since Oro-Tu did not have his bow drawn and both hands free, he pulls a shortspear from his quiver and throws, hoping to score a hit on the creature before it closes in melee with the people in front.
I am not sure on distance, but the range is 20ft, so -2 attack per 20ft past the first. If there is no way to throw without hitting an ally, he would instead move up closer to the front with spear in hand to throw when he can get a clean shot.

Here is the revised map
sewers2.
Silas, take Negative Levels: 1d4 ⇒ 3
The range is 80' for you Oru-Tu and with their staggered formation, there is a 20% chance of hitting an ally. Either take the -6 to hit and the chance or move up.

Thanks for the map super helpful. We are spread out! I wouldn't risk throwing and hitting an ally, not raging yet lol
Oro-Tu draws his spear, hoping to throw, but realizes he is too far from the creature to risk throwing past his comrades. Instead he keeps the spear in hand but moves quickly forward (30ft move to near Wexley).

??? The Bodak is creature C. It is down to the right 30' from you Silas in front of the gate. You guys entered the sewers about where Oro-Tu is on the map. If you are doing nothing else Silas everyone else roll init for round 1. How far did you move up Oro-Tu?
Beth, if it is considered sunlight, it takes the extra point of damage.

I think the confusion is because the map you posted cuts off 15' in front of Silas so it doesn't show the creature or gate? I moved 30' straight up, that's all I can do with a standard action. Should be next to Wesley I think. If we can tell it was a gaze attack, or Silas tells us as much, will avert my eyes also.
