Hi all - just a little notice on my availability: I am leaving Thursday for a week-long work trip to Colombia, and then the day after I get back, I turn around and head to Puerto Rico to help with hurricane cleanup until mid-November. I will have internet some of the time, but will be very busy so posting time will be limited.

I'm also going to be out of touch soon -- I'll be in London/Paris, leaving Oct. 20 and returning Oct. 30. Not sure how much internet access I'll have in that time...

Yeah, Cartagena is beautiful, haven't been there in many years. I did a lot of work in Colombia 20+ years ago, and was back last fall - it's so nice to be there when there isn't a drug war raging, I hardly recognize the place.

Not sure how day jobs work with pregens in SFS. The guide says 'Pregenerated characters can participate in Downtime activities as long as they have the appropriate skills to do so.' Does that mean I get a day job check if the pregen has a skill that allows one? It seems to say that, so I guess I don't, even though my own android operative who will get this credit has a Profession skill. Sound right to y'all?

Unclear, but it certainly might be. We had the space battle, the goblin fight and this one - so this might be it, or there might be another. Like our Starfinders, we'll have to see what fate holds for us!

I'm not 100% sure either, but I think the most important part is the gained credits part. If I remember I'll cross through the tier 3-4 part and chance the credits part next to it. If I don't..remind me.

Sorry, I missed the question till now. But yes, it seems that if your pregen has a skill it can use during downtime you can use it for a downtime activity.

As I mentioned been out most of the week with sickness, but I'd like to thank you all. This was my first society game and my first starfinder it's been pretty interesting.

I know I put in stats earlier, but if it's not too late I'd like to switch it to my 167355-703, Exo-Guardian, no day job. Apparently you're not supposed to apply a higher level adventure to a 1st level PC who has XP on it already, and my -702 already has 1.
