"Which might very well be us tomorrow, we will bring you some more beef"
Assuming we make it back to Absalom without problems: I propose to share the costs of healing at 10 gp per CLW at a temple
Ashen needs 2: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Brand needs 4: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Isabella needs 2: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Tam needs 9: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Tam needs 4: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
So that is 10 gp for each of us

Unfortunately, Isabella broke down the entrance to the third floor area so it can no longer be secured. Brand did manage to wedge pieces of broken lumber underneath the door to the second floor stairwell entrance, but it has no other lock mechanism.
Kazkaz seemed intent to follow you out of the tower as you continue downward but he suddenly stops just outside the tower and tilts his head. As if bidden by a silent command, he crawls back into the tower disappearing in its shadows.
You arrive at the gates of Absalom with the sun still high and not trouble. The guards greet you mechanically, but otherwise leaves you alone, despite the scratches and patches of blood upon your clothing. The group immediately heads to the temple for healing.
The rest of your actions in Absalom are yours to take. You may take the minimum 8hr rest and head back immediately, or wait 'till dawn.

Brand flips a coin up and down as the group walks, occasionally stopping to pick it up after missing the catch.
As they approach the tower, he puts the coin away and pulls out his morningstar and a piece of jerky. He begins to fiddle with the jerky in the expectation that the lizard-dog will come greet them.
After arriving at the door, he is visibly disappointed as he puts the jerky back in his pocket.
"Well all, back to it? Are we ready?

His morningstar now filling the area with light, Brand moves to the doorway to the northern room on the third floor. Cautiously opening and entering the portal, he sticks his morningstar in first.
"Lizard-pup, are you in here?" he quietly asks as he scans the room.
Perception: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (9) + 0 = 9

Kazkaz cannot be found on the third floor either. Also, there is no doorway to the north.
Isabella: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Elsabeth: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (18) - 1 = 17
Tam: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
Ashen: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
Tam does find that one of the walls are very slightly indented and is certain that it is a secret door (the wall marked is S). A focused search would yield a small gap between the stones where a key might fit.

Perception 2: 1d20 ⇒ 4
Perception 3: 1d20 ⇒ 20
As Isabella opens the door to fourth floor, which was unlocked, light from Brand's morningstar spills into the room. Inside, you see three more lizardmen asleep in old and worn beds with their clubs and javelins lying unattended on the floor next to them. The one in the southern wall stirs due to the sudden light as Isabella opens the door.

Brand moves to stand next to two of the prone lizards, his lit morningstar hovering over them. "ਖਲੋ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ, ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ!" he says.
Infernal: "Don't stand up, and you will be fine."

The first one to wake responds to Ashen in a series of hisses and growls amid his yelps of pain from a broken hand. In the meantime, Copper steps into the middle of the room.
"No... this is our new home, Tasskar has promised usss."
I just realized I spelled my previous spoiler for this as Draconian. LOL

Clearly frustrated at not being able to understand as the beings around him begin to speak, Brand backs off, wishing to disengage and give the creatures a chance to parley.
Tongues curse is difficult! Brand takes a five foot step and readies to swing if someone swings at him or Ashen.

Diplomacy, Ashen: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
The one awake does not seem to care what you said.
"Awake my brothersss!!! For Tasskar!" shouts the one with the broken hand (right-most position).
The stink of the troglodytes begin to fill the room as they ready themselves for battle. Trog3 already stood up where Brand took an AoO during its surprise turn.
While Brand steps back, ready to attack the others, the first troglodyte jumps at Ashen who had a ready short spear just to rebuff it.
Readied Short Spear Attk: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (13) - 2 = 11
The troglodite's touch scales brush it aside as it attacks Ashen in a flurry of claws and teeth.

Fort Save: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24 (success)
Scorpion Stealth Roll: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
The sting of the scorpion goes unnoticed by the waking guard. It crawls back as soon as it can and hides under one of the beds. Elsabeth's attack misses horribly and hits a bedpost.
Isabella moves to strike the other Troglodyte who was still lying down.
Sword Attk: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Sword Attk: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Meanwhile, the Troglodyte next to Elsabeth stands up (roll your AoO Elsabeth) and snaps at her.
Bite Attk: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
But it barely reaches Elsabeth who leans back gracefully to avoid the attack.
Round 1:Copper, Trog 2

With her bladed scarf still at hand, copper whips it about as she moves beside Ashen. With a foot on the bed, she brings it around against the troglodyte with a broken hand.
Attk: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
The scarf harmlessly scrapes across the troglodyte's hard scales upon its shoulder. The last troglodyte, mad with rage from what its companion said, finally attempts to stand up (provokes AoO from Isabella), and snaps at the only person beside it.
Bite Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
@Isabella: no combat reflexes yet for parry, but you can still roll for the AoO.
Isabella easily to dodges the wide bite from the large lizard in front of her and smiles while she moves as the thrill of battle envelopes her being.

Brand and Ashen keeps trying to hit the troglodyte but it moves just fast enough to expose only its hide with thick layers of scales. Completely ignoring their weapons, this troglodyte immediately retaliates against the sorceress.

Isabella delays as a piercing wound is inflicted to the Troglodyte on the western wall by Elsabeth, who retaliates immediately.

Tams leaves a very deep wound against her enemy, but it only hisses at her despite its numerous. It looks very weak however.
The staggering Troglodyte lashes back at Isabella in fury, despite feeling very weak but wanting to bring her down with it.
Bite Attk: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
It's unsuccessful as Isabella dodges with barely a look, allowing the creature to collapse next to her, who starts to bleed due to exertion.

Brand and Ashen both miss their attacks due to uncanny movements from the troglodyte, drawing their attacks in one direction before dashing to the next. It completely ignores the flimsy ray that passed next to it and focused on the more dangerous foe next to it.
Claw 1 Attk: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Claw 2 Attk: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Bite Attk: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Brand's defenses seem to much for it however, one claw was swiped away by his morningstar and another clangs dully against his armor. His bite was so slow, perhaps due to the pain he now feels from the wounds, that Brand could have stuffed its mouth with a morningstar if possible.
Round 3: Isabella, Elsabeth, Trog1 (7dmg), Copper
