There's no definitive ruling on it, but I don't believe characters that don't use spellbooks can just copy spells from a spellbook.
Every spellbook-using character may copy spells from spellbooks found in a scenario. Spellcraft DC 20 to figure out an unknown spell. Spellcraft DC 15 + spell level to scribe, cost for scribing is 10 * (spell level squared). This page has more info on it, like the time it consumes. Though I'll ignore the time while at the end of the scenario.

Sweet that is good to know! Thanks Steph!
@Oric I thought Oracles casted divine spells like a cleric? So they wouldn't use a spellbook would they?

Will update later with what she can afford to learn. Thanks Stephnyan! I have to get back to my computer because Herolab didn't poost her spells known, my mistake for not catching sooner but as we weren't resting it didn't hurt anything. However I feel bad for being unorganized. I remember that she has shield and mage armor, I just didn't prepare them for this adventure. ;)

The lore Oracle has this mystery at higher level.
Arcane Archivist (Su): Your experience with lore-filled tomes has granted you the ability to cast arcane spells as if they were on your spell list. Once per day, you can cast a spell from the sorcerer/wizard spell list as if it were on your list of spells known. The spell consumes a spell slot one level higher than the level of the spell. You must have a spellbook containing the spell to cast it in this way, and the spell is erased when you complete the casting. You must be at least 11th level to select this revelation.
Oric would like to have a nice library by then :)

Oh! Well then that changes things! :D Oracle is a very neat class and so is Magus when done correctly. Magus can be quite a beast at higher levels. I haven't got Oracle past two but Lore is one of my favorites and I totally forgot about that mystery. xD I am very glad you survived our last combat there. I was having some doubts thinking that Dalsine was a 'cheap shot' like BBEG, the hit a guy while he's down type. :/

Chilly Hell yeah! Your Punching Daggers were nasty in that round xD. I had planned on a fighting retreat around the room if Dalsine broke free, but...
He never stood a chance. >:)
Again great job everyone. Even Oric. If he had gotten Shael instead it would have been a rough fit I think. Grappled and Staggered Conditions made for some slightly debilitating minuses for Dalsine. A level 4 magus though is scary! xD
Will post which spells she selects shortly~

I've been searching for info on Muesello, but the scenari odoesn't even tell me what's happened to him. After searching the internet I discovered he gives you a mission in 'Library of the Lion,' which is a rather new season 5 scenario.
I wrote this last part to add some closure to the story, because I feel like the scenario's conclusion leaves the end a bit open.
When searching the mansion Race and the other party members find no evidence to suggest Muesello actually died. It eventually turns out Chalfon lied to anger Shael. Muesello was captured after the party had fled into the basement, and imprisoned. He was released after several days of torture.
Some days after the ordeal at the Dalsine mansion the party members are asked to assemble at the Grand Lodge in Absalom. While waiting Muesello enters the room. "Thank you," he says, "Dalsine was a dangerous man, and his plot was twisted. Because of you the Society was saved."
Once the Pathfinders leave the room someone pokes Mort's shoulder "Hi!" a cheerful and familiar voice says. Mort recognizes the voice, and when he turns around he sees Ionnia. "How are you, hero?" she asks with a smile.
May many adventures follow ;)
