My stat line is inclusive of buffs. Any active buffs are in the spoiler block. There will be more to come as we actually enter the complex but I will update my stat line as I go.

Yeah, Marduk can cover his own greater magic weapon.
Marduk has stoneskin and barkskin (as a 3rd level spell). I’m happy to pass out stoneskins if folks don’t mind chipping in for the cost. I can hit the whole party with barkskin too if nobody can do it more efficiently.
I don’t typically update my header to reflect buffs. Would you prefer that we do?

Hugo will cast the heroes feast each morning, but it only covers 12 hours I believe (is not/cannot be extended).
I have not updated buffs into his stat line - but usually do once cast. So if these will last 24hrs - I will update them.
I also like to put temporary buffs (hastes/bard/etc) on the combat map as a reminder for attack rolls and save adjustments. I hope this is ok
Hugo keeps Breath of Life and divine interference handy as well.

I would very much appreciate a Barkskin if you have the slots spare. You are welcome to use a charge of one of my lesser extend rods for it. I assume it would be one of those "just before we go in" type of buffs. Artemis could use it as well although if you want to preserve slots I would rather she had it than me.

Nalshene will also be buffing herself with Umbral mage armor, greater false life (for Narshala as well). She's happy to give out endure elements to anyone from her wand, but doesn't have much in the way of buffs that can be given to others (most of hers are range Personal so she can only affect herself and Narshala with them).
Nalshene greater false life: 3d10 + 16 ⇒ (8, 8, 7) + 16 = 39
Narshala greater false life: 3d10 + 16 ⇒ (9, 4, 10) + 16 = 39 Ha! same number. Look at that.
Both are now reflected in the stat lines for each character.

Haha, I've half forgotten what a glorious buffstorm high level play is. I'm happy to pay for any scrolls of barkskin to be cast on me, and since I'm not doing any casting myself, I'd also be happy to pick up a rod of lesser extend to help with the extension of any buff spells the casters are throwing on me/others? Is that extra rod needed for any of you nice casters, or should I not bother?
Urko, I certainly appreciate any buffs you want to throw on me, but with my armor at +3, the magic vestment will only really be a net +1 for me-- if there's something else you want to do with that spell slot you might get more bang out of it. Your call.

I have 9 level 3 spell slots and I shall be casting it on you the day before we actually leave for the mount so it will have refreshed. It will only last for the first 8 hours of our exploration unless you loan me the extend rod.
I took it from Marduk that he was happy to use his 3rd level slots for Barkskin (he has a ring of spell knowledge with it). That nets a +5 natural armour bonus rather than the +2 a scroll would provide.

Working on the list of buffs that I can contribute. Will post soon. For now, I'll just mention that Sweet Mawd can cast commune 1/week (6 questions, CL 12) but I always struggle to think of good questions for this. Any suggestions are very welcome.
Also, GM, what's your feeling about us using spell slots for long (i.e. hours/level) buffs on the day before we enter the Mount? That is, can I, for example, cast extended Mage Armor (30 hour duration) on myself late Sunday night before going to bed if we are intending to enter the Mount on Monday morning (i.e. saving myself a level 1 spell slot for the adventuring day)? In some of the other high-level play that I've done it has seemed to be fairly routine to do this, at least with the players around here, so I've done it too, but I've never been sure whether this was acceptable or not. The answer will affect my choices of spells because I have a number of hour/level spells that I can cast the night before if that's an option.

I don't think anyone has mentioned Heroism yet. Who would particularly benefit from it? In my current spell set up I have 4 slots of it (and will use 1 on myself). It's a morale bonus in case it matters re stacking.
Actually, I think someone else said they have Delay Poison covered? In which case I could have 5 slots of Heroism.

If casting "the day before" is allowed, I will cast Greater Harrowing for everyone who would like it (it can have some drawbacks along with the benefits). Also Lucky Number for everyone. I can also cast Extended Countless Eyes on at least some of the party (means you can't be flanked). Ditto with Ward of the Season.

Before entering the Mount, Agata will use her Dragonbone Divination Sticks. 1 improves Fort, 2 improves Ref, 3 improves Will: 1d3 ⇒ 2

Casting spells ahead of time is fine. But I'm going to need a final tally from everyone who is contributing buffs to the party, as I don't want to get confused with who is casting what on whom. The more precise you are in your tally, the less headaches for me.
Edit: I am going to start a google sheet for everyone to list buffs and duration. That might come online very late tonight, depending on my workload.

As far as commune goes I usually set it to questions like:
In the next 7 days are we likely to encounter...

Evil outsiders
Dragons
etc etc
Different answers can help our prepped casters decide on particular niche spell choices.

Ok, just before midnight on the night before we are going into the Mount, I will cast:
tl;dr: each of my fellow PCs (or their companions) will receive 1 casting of Lucky Number and 1 casting of either Extended Countless Eyes or Extended Ward of the Season. I will also cast other buffs on the following day (before we actually enter the Mount).
Level 1
7x Lucky Number (24 hours) - on all 6 PCs + Sweet Mawd
Agata's Lucky Number: 1d20 ⇒ 14
Sweet Mawd's Lucky Number: 1d20 ⇒ 6
2x Mage Armor (15 hours) - on Agata & Sweet Mawd
(I have 6 level 1 spell slots and 3 pearls of power I).
Level 2
1x Defending Bone (15 hours) - on Agata
1x Merge with Familiar (15 hours) - on Agata (and Sweet Mawd) - note this doesn't mean that we are merged together, just that it's an option should need arise.
Level 3
I have 6 level 3 spell slots, so I will cast either Extended Countless Eyes (30 hours) or Extended Ward of the Season (30 hours), one on each PC (or their companion), as they prefer. For myself, I'll cast Extended Ward of the Season (Winter) on Agata. For everyone else, just post which you would prefer. [Note that I have 2 rods of Lesser Extend, which is how I'm extending these 6 castings].
Level 4
2x Greater False Life (15 hours) - on Agata & Sweet Mawd
2x Enchantment Foil (15 hours) - on Agata & Sweet Mawd
1x Detect Scrying (24 hours) - 40' radius centered on Agata
1x Spite (15 hours) with Bestow Curse as the triggered spell - on Agata (costs 250 gp in material costs - I have noted this)
Level 5
1x Overland Flight (15 hours) - on Agata
1x Greater Callback (15 hours) - on Sweet Mawd
1x 5th level spell slot used for Bestow Curse (which is triggered by Spite)

I have updated the buff list including stuff I will drop just before we start. It includes life bubble and delay poison on everyone, a generous smattering of greater magic weapon and magic vestment and a bunch of personal spells. I will be using heightened awareness from a wand and expending it whenever we start a fight. I cannot fail to UMD it.
I have taken an extended countless eyes from Agata and a Stoneskin and Barkskin from Marduk, all for Artemis.
Hugo, can we get a roll for the Hero's Feast temporary HP please. I think we all get the same.
I will be dropping Hunters Blessing the day before. I have chosen underground (I assume this will apply to the mount?) and Construct. Please note the bonus to initiative, perception and also attack and damage rolls.
As a note for our GM I have both deathwatch and eaglesoul active. Eaglecoul gives continuous detect evil. I think that is probably enough for preparation. Having 5 full casters in a group certainly leads to mass buffing.

Do you have any special abilities that let your A.C. go on your initiative? Otherwise you will both be rolling initiative seperatly, after which you can delay until Artemisis' turn.

It is the default rule for Mounted Combat. Your mount goes on your turn.

No, I have it as a spell known and since it lasts for 24 hours there's no reason not to cast it the night before. I've never (yet) encountered any harmful aging effects in Pathfinder, but I figure there's always a first for everything...
From a RP point of view, it does fit with the notion of Agata as an old crone.
I'm honestly not sure why I have it in my spell list - it's not one of my patron spells - so probably just a poor choice of a spell known at some point in the past.

GM: how long will it take us to reach the Mount from our lodging? For example, if we sleep at midnight, sleep 8 hours, spend 1 hour prepping spells, 1 hour dressing & eating breakfast (this hero's feast is delicious!), that's about 10 am when we set out. (I'm asking because I have a number of spells that I've cast that will expire just before 3pm).

Ok, some further notes about buffs before we enter the Mount. I'll also add this info the the Google doc:
1. Marduk, if you have the slots, would you also be able to cast Barkskin on Sweet Mawd? And can you cast Stoneskin on Agata? (I'll pay the 250 component cost).
2. In addition to the previously noted spells cast the night before we enter the Mount, Agata will also cast Delay Pain on herself and 4 of the other PCs (whichever 4 of the PCs and/or companions it seems most useful to).
3. Since no one has expressed interest in Greater Harrowing (and because on reflection it might be more trouble than it's worth), I will not cast it (unless someone requests it).
4. Just before we enter the Mount, I will cast Heroism on Agata and 4 of the other PCs and/or companions. If someone can provide one charge from a Rod of Lesser Extend, I can extend all 5 of these castings (giving 300 minutes duration).
5. Just before we enter the Mount, I will cast Extended Investigative Mind on Agata.
6. Just before we enter the Mount, I will cast Extended See Invisibility on Agata.
7. Just before we enter the Mount, I will cast Extended Longarm on Sweet Mawd.
8. I will also attempt to UMD a scroll of Nine Lives to cast it on Agata (just before entering).
9. Then Sweet Mawd will slather Agata with Alchemical Grease, stick Clear Ear in her ears, and stick Lore Needles in her head.
10. Sweet Mawd and Agata will both UMD (auto-success) a wand of Heightened Awareness.
11. Agata will use a chronicle boon to give herself 3 points of evolutions for 1 adventure (2 for +2 INT and 1 for something that I'll figure out asap).

Marduk, Nalshene, Hugo, Miranda: I will cast either Countless Eyes or Ward of the Season on each of you (or your companion) the night before we enter the mount, extended to last 30 hours. I've entered this on the buffs sheet but you should choose which one you'd prefer (and if it's Ward of the Season, you also need to choose which of the 4 versions of the spell). If you want to keep it super simple, Countless Eyes just means you can't be flanked, definitely very handy for any melee character. As long as you don't mind having lots of extra eyes growing out of you.

I am pretty sure this is a carfolk racial spell from ARG and therefore locked to them. I think you can burn a race boon now to access their options but that might be limited to racial heritage shenanigans.

Did you want the barkskin on Mawd instead of Agata? Did you have an extend charge to spare to extend it?
