What Chuffy wrote. It's true he was aiding me, but that was a whole other action. To be specific, his action. It was my action in which I grabbed hold of him, and tried to pull myself free, to gain the +5.

Now I think about it, I should've probably included both the +5 for grabbing hold of him while trying to break free (my action), and also the +2 for his active aid (his action). Those were separate bonuses.

Ah well, we scared Lotslegs off :)

As Chuffy points out which way to go, Poog tries to free himself again.

With Poog loose, and being hurt only in their pride, the goblins pick up a partial trail back to what must be Lotslegs' lair.

The lair itself consists of a deadfall of several old trees. Scattered amid the trees are dozens of bodies, some of which are goblins, but a few of which are humans. Lotslegs has seemingly retreated beyond sight, which isn't remarkable considering the injuries.

Perception DC12:

You discover the following items among the bodies: 24 gp, a Small masterwork light crossbow with 11 bolts, a single pearl worth 100 gp,
2 potions of cure moderate wounds, a potion of bull’s strength, a potion of bear’s endurance, and a wax-paper-sealed package containing six pieces of licorice-flavored taffy.

When the looting is done, feel free to rp this, the goblins resume their trek for treasure.

The old shipwreck.
Despite what Scribbleface's map might suggest, the ship is not in fact at the coast, but close enough to hear the faint susurrus of waves
crashing on an unseen swampy shoreline. As you approach, it becomes obvious, an old ship lies in a shallow pool of swamp water. A decent 2 master. However, this [i]is
the supposed lair of the Dread Goblin Cannibal VORKA!

The shipwreck itself is upright, held in place by the mud and sludge it now sits in and supported by thick growths of marsh gorse and other foliage. The derelict leans toward its stern at a noticeable but not unwieldy angle, and its railings are as decorated with hanging moss as they are with goblin skulls and bits of bone.

Varocious barking can be heard around the area...hungry, aggressive barkings.[/i]

"Ooh, Reta take taffy. Potion too!" little BigBad exclaimed as she swipes a taffy and the potion of bull's strength. After making sure the party grabbed all the goodies (taking the crossbow and bolts if it's still laying around), she happily stomps onward (quiet stomping, of course) to the fireworks place.

As they approach the shipwreck, the sound of barking sends a rush of adrenaline through Reta as she pulls out her weapon. "Dogs. Reta kill!"

Reta and Chuffy can have the bows. Mogmurch have things that explode but not many, so if we encontered another one, I don´t mind to have it

Coming within close proximity, the group enters the large fenced area.
Strange writing is faintly visible along the ship’s prow, while the soggy, swampy “yard” that surrounds the wreck is encircled by a rickety
wooden fence. A thin curl of smoke waft up from a chimney that protrudes from an unusual box-like structure near the ship's bow.

The four see the shadow of something large at the side of the ship a bit in the distance.

Despite the sneaking around, Mogmurch finds no other dangerous creatures around the boat. Which leaves the plank at the front to "board the ship".

A vine-choked gangplank with a mossy handrail descends sharply from the ship’s bow to the muddy ground below. One handrail seems to be encrusted with a large ball of dried mud.

The plank though is quite steep and it will take a DC10 climb check to get up. May i have a walking order please.

POTENTIAL SCENARIO:
With Reta taking the lead and with no attempt from her of clearing the nest, a slight snapping is heard some seconds after she ascends the plank. Vines delicately attached to the plank snap loose and the ball falls down.

So.....Mogmurch may make a reflex save DC15 or the group faces the rise of the stingies.

The four of you get onto the ship.

Ze Upper Deck

The main deck of the shipwreck is cluttered with objects both natural and artificial. Thick swaths of leafy vines grow over the deck, and shiny green patches of algae and moss grow where the vines do not. The central cabin's roof has a wide edge, creating a canopied walkway along the ship's sides. A flight of steps up to the roof of the ship's main cabin, the entrance to which is blocked by a door decorated by a large number of rodent and bird skulls. A smoking stovepipe chimney extends up from the ship's highest point above.

Two of Vorka’s feral dogs live on this upper deck—one a mangy hound with one blue eye and one brown eye and the other a scruffy mongrel with a crooked tail. Both are quite feral and half-starved, chained to different masts via 20-foot-long rusty chains. The mangy hound is chained to the central mast on the upper deck, while the scruffy mongrel is chained to the aft mast below. It doesn't take long.....the dog that's closest to the goblins sniffs the air and smells them and starts barking, and the other dog soon joins in the barking.

Chuffy will slip up onto the deck and shoot the barking doggy! (Default closest unless it's engaged in melee first by one of the others, I can't see the dogs on the map yet.)

Chuffy's attack hits the dog in the shoulder, only infuriating the mutt more. Reta however finishes the job with a crossbow bolt to the chest and the mutt drops to the ground with a faint yelp.

Mogmurch closes the gap by throwing a branch only halfway towards the downed mutt.

Let's see what Poog does first.

Poog hits the 2nd dog in the shoulder.
Str: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20, in a daring move its fury is enough to break its chain and it heads at Poog.
Bite: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9 Dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Its bite misses him though.
