Ben retraces his steps to the right hand tower. hoping the goblins at the top don't hear the others following him.
stealth: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 11 = 23
Reaching the towers makeshift door Ben draws his rapier. Is everyone ready? he whispers to the others.

Knowing that he is not the quietest individual around, Marsk makes sure to give Ben a long head start.
Stealth: 1d20 - 5 ⇒ (17) - 5 = 12

GM Viskous |

Ben can still hear the goblins snickering and snoring from up above, their doesn't appear to be any response to the party approaching the tower. Though Ben was pretty sure he heard a goblin say "What was that?"
1d20 ⇒ 17

GM Viskous |

You are all at the base of the tower, and your goblin companions are starting to get restless. As far as you can tell, the goblins in the tower haven't noticed you.
"When are we going to get in the tower and kill those rotten Icetooths?"grumbles one of the four.
Map updated with current position, I assumed that Zandru would stick with the group.

forum ate my post and I didn't notice sorry
Ben eases the door at the base of the tower open and slips inside. He sighs when he hears the goblins comment about killing the goblins in the tower. They were supposed to wait with the gear. damm it.
Right quick and quiet as can be. Ben whispers waving the others into the tower.
stealth: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (14) + 11 = 25

GM Viskous |

The inside of the tower is a filthy mess, goblins have been living here a while. The stairs spiral around the inside of the hollow tower with an opening at the top. They appear to be very solid and in good repair. Other than the piles of goblin detritus about the floor of this tower and piles of branches and bones, this room is clear of anything of interest. Goblin noises come from above, and well some from the group that are following you all.

Ben waves for Zandru to take the lead. Thinking if the stairs hold the Big half orc then they will hold the rest of the party. He follows close behind. When they reach the top of the stairs he circles away from the half-orc trying to find a position to flank the goblins from.

Surprise Round!
As you get to the opening at the top a goblin appears, completely surprised by the group walking up the stairs.

The Goblin captives wait quietly in the base of the tower chewing on random bones and stuff they find in the mess down there.
Surprise round, move or a standard action, the goblin is adjacent to Zandru blocking the path up the stairs. I assume from description the marching order is Zandru, Ben, Pellacia, and Marsk. You are basically in a single file line climbing the 5 foot wide stairs

Hard to move without knowing the spaces available, so I think I'll just pass my turn, since I don't think I can color spray in this building without causing friendly fire.

Ben should have no trouble getting past Zandru on five foot wide stairs
Ben dashes forward and lunges at the goblin at the top of the stairs. I'll deal with this one, take care of the others he calls to the others.

Round 1
The goblin, even though surprised was able to dodge Ben's strike. He screams as loud as he can, "Longshanks!!!" You hear the sound of two other goblins on the roof of the building stirring. There is a sound of glass breaking and small explosion up above.
The goblin in the doorway, then draws his dogslicer and swings it wildly at Ben, scoring a minor hit.

Yes, but you have clear line of sight. You should be able to aim a cone to only hit the goblin.

Unfortunately, one goblin isn't really worth wasting on color spray over, I'll delay for a shot at multiple goblins, while dedicated melee people can eliminate the single target.

Marsk grabs the holy symbol of Irori that dangles from his neck on a chain, stretches it out towards the goblin, and says, "O Irori, give my companions the skill to become victorious in your name!"

Hp 7/9 There should be no reason for the others to not be able to pass Ben and the goblin. the stairs are 5 feet wide and Ben and the Goblin are small sized creatures. Since the dice roller hates me feel free to kill the one Ben is fighting.
Ben takes another cut at the goblin, but the agile creature evades his blade. What are you waiting for! Get them! he yells to the others.
