PFS 3-21 Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment (Inactive)

Planning to run the Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment. Only request is for players to be able to post 2 or 3 times a day.

This Scenario is for tier 1-5. We will decide on the sub-tier when I have all the applicants in.

Hey "Haku", I would be up for this with one of a few characters. I'll be GMing this one for my local group on the 19th, so I'd be down to play.

How soon were you going to start?

Hoping by either tonight or tomorrow. Would be good to have you on this one, Derek! It was one of my favorite scenarios! What are you thinking of playing?

I would like to play too. I'm currently in one other pbp society game, but that is no taking none of my time, since i spend the whole day at home.

I'm open to make any character a party needs, or if it's simple i would go with Falksat, but in any case i haven't completed any society games before (as i only master home game adventure paths), so my available character would be level 1.

And I do have time to post multiple times a day.

Walter, just a first glance at Falksat. His damage for the greatsword should be +6 because you are using 2-handed. (Remember 1.5 Str bonus when 2-handed; same with Power Attack.)

I also notice that you have the Northern Ancestry trait and your background has you as from a tribe in Qadira. Not that it is a problem, it just seemed counter intuitive. (Qadira hot, Nothern Ancestry cold resist.) ^_^

Otherwise, you would be welcome. Let us see what the average lvl is. If it is too high, you can play a lvl 4 pre-gen instead, if that is feasible to you.

*Derek here* I have this level 3 ranger who is free right now, and willing to play up or down. My other characters are probably tied up for another couple days, so he's my best bet right now.

It's ok for me. Falksat has that trait cause he was made to apply for a Reign of Winter AP, but i wasn't one of the chosen ones. It does relates to the background (even tough in far way), but that was also focused for the AP. That trait is gonna be traded for one other. His gear also will be modified (not winter stuff)
I just mentioned Falklain cause it's ready, but if there are too many melee in the party i would make something different. I'm not lazy ^^

And yeah, a pre-gen character is not a problem.

@Osric (Derek): How many charges do you have left in your wand?

@Walter: Sounds good. I did notice that we was not a PFS character. It looks PFS legal though.

@Yamato (Wreck): What kind of ranger will he be? Melee or Ranged?

I have 47 charges left. I will need to upload chroncile sheets and such, but I'm also going to buy an Oil of Bless Weapon and an Oil of Magic Weapon. I'll have less than 50 GP left after that. Depending on tier, I might add an Oil of Daylight for 2 PP.

Okay this is what we have so far:

• Osric Longstride - Ranger 3, focused on ranged, but capapable melee
  
• Falksat - Fighter 1, melee focused
  
• Yamato Miyazaki - Ranger 1, ranged combatant
  

Ideally there is room for two more. A spellcaster would be nice, or a divine oriented character (since it IS an Empyreal temple.)

I've got this third level magus that I wouldn't mind throwing in. I don't have any of his stuff typed up though, so I will do that momentarily.

@Nuntio: Okay, that will give you guys another front-liner to help Falksat out. Let me know when you have him set up. I would like to start by tonight when I get home from work, if possible.

I have a 2nd level Barbarian I could play...or I could create a new cleric easily enough if no one else signs up with a divine caster.

@Deane: A divine caster isn't necessary, I just think that it would be nice to have someone that at least has a little Knowledge (religion)... for flavor... ;)

Two characters I would love to run through this scenario the first is a, 5th level seductress, er... enchantress, with a little knowledge of religion. Always willing to play down if needed. Link to Peri

@Lordzum: Peri will be too high level, since it seems that we will be running Tier 1-2. Donkey Teeth may work... Do you have any background for him? (Though it is not necessary...)

Ok, I put up the gameplay thread just to give you guys an idea of the start and you can start some rp:

• Falksat - please finalize your character and register him for PFS if that is who you want to play
  
• Deane - Your barbarian looks good, what is Superstition (Ex) from? If you still want to make a cleric, you may do that as well.
  
• Donkey Teeth - Looks good. Haven't seen anything that puts up any red flags.

Superstition is a rage power....it's in the Core Rulebook, page 33.

Nuntio, you can still join, but you would have to be the last one. You would just bump the APL to 3. Which would still be the lower tier.

Deane, ok, I was just wondering. Superstitious is fine.
