GM Crash |
An unnamed siege castle has stood in the Cairnlands for hundreds if not thousands of years, magically sealed after the death of its forgotten master. But recently, a minor earthquake rocked the land, accomplishing in moments what dozens of scholars, sages, and adventurers could not achieve in years—the quake caused part of the siege castle to collapse, opening its interior for the first time in centuries. The locals now call this tower the Fallen Fortress.
A wealthy historian hires adventurers to collect any historical artifacts that might still be within the ruined tower.
I will require you to post at least once a day. I will make the Initiative rolls for you. As soon as we get 6 players we will start.

I regret to say that usually when they say "first-level characters" they mean just that; but I don't know what the exact rules are on whether or not GMs can pick up other characters to round out a party (after all, there is the "play if at all possible" rule).
Regardless, Graxzos here just completed his first PFS mission, and thinks that this sounds like something much more suited to his...dedicated skillset, you might say.

In the Guide to Organized Play under Replaying Scenarios (pg 20), it says regarding exceptions to the "you cannot receive more than 1 player Chronicle and 1 GM Chronicle for the same scenario rule":
"There are two exceptions to these rules. All Tier 1 scenarios
and Tier 1–2 sanctioned modules are available for unlimited
replay with a 1st-level character for credit. The sanctioned
modules may also be played with a 2nd-level character
once for credit. GMs may receive another Chronicle sheet
each time they run one of the Tier 1 scenarios or Tier 1–2
sanctioned modules, but may only apply a Chronicle sheet
to one 2nd-level character per adventure."
I have played this before, and if there's a problem with a level 2, let me know. But I was hoping to do my 1-time application to a second level character.

In regards to MoFF: It is technically a Pathfinder Module so it "may also be played with a 2nd-level character once for credit."
For players: With one more person on another page interested that makes 10 people. I could open one more thread and have two "tables" going for this with at least one level 2 PC on each. That should even it out for ease of play. Everyone here should exhibit the pathfinder chosen and I shall distribute everyone evenly. :) We don't need anymore people now though.

So, we have Lily, Wyrgan, Jhon Doe, Valandil, and Talonwile can report to here. Meanwhile, Necress, Camlin, Graxzos, Dax, and HighonHolyWater are going to post here.
@Boderus Flower: I'm sorry, but we are all booked up. You can be an alternate for the second thread though, seeing as how we are still waiting on Dax and HighonHolyWater.

Arcane Focus: Some elven families have such long traditions of producing wizards (and other arcane spellcasters) that they raise their children with the assumption each is destined to be a powerful magic-user, with little need for mundane concerns such as skill with weapons. Elves with this racial trait gain a +2 racial bonus on concentration checks made to cast arcane spells defensively.

Feyandoria has, noblest of elven features fitting his status as the son of a king. Pure Silver hair hanging limply down slightly past his shoulders, like tiny slivers of moonlight. His ears are long even for an Elf nearly reaching past the top of his head. However unlike most Elves of his status he does not have the fair almost pale skin. Feyandoria's skin is a golden, as if he were covered with honey. He can be seen wearing what ever fits the occasion whether it be armor, a wizards rope, or a courtly suit. However he rarely covers his hair or hides his ears, displaying them both proudly for the world to see.
Near Gnomish in his obsessions and compulsions, he spends all his time creating and researching magical items. It is his passion his, hobby, and when ever he can make it possible also his profession. Although he will take caravan work and other jobs to get by. Feyandoria is also arrogant befitting his statue, far exceeding the stereo typically amount tolerated for his race. However this does not seem to damage his charm.
The eldest son of the Elven king Feyandoria, was supposed to take the throne after his father. When his magical talent first started to show their greatness, his father sent for a tutor from the academy. And Feyandoria studied magic for several years under this master. When his talent had matured enough his father sent him to study at the academy, but Feyandoria refused upon discovering the study of magical items. He decided that this was his love and life's pursuit. His father thought he would grow out of this but he did not. He spent all his allowances and free time studying and creating magical items. When his father wanted him to attend court, Feyandoria could only be bribed to go, and by giving him some rare tome or magical items. The final straw came when his father tried to step down from the thrown to enjoy his last few decades of life, Feyandoria refused to take the throne leaving it to one of his brothers to take care of. For this he was exiled from home land. So he wondered the land plying the trade of Wizard until he became a pathfinder and joined the Dark Archives.
