Name: B Viggers
Character Name: Q'lack

Class/level/XP/faction: Hunter -1 / Liberty's Edge
Day Job roll: fisherman:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Depending on our composition, I can easily change the class around. I'm currently thinking of a frog with a blow pipe mounted on a Roc rather than the dinosaur.
I was trying to come up with a character myself, is how I came to the idea - I wanted to see what/how others were playing to see different concepts in action. And with this scenario and the theme, I think it’s a really cool pairing. It'll be fun no matter the mix. You can make design changes until first combat to get it right.
Hoping there's no shortage of unique character icons.
Setting up templates and maps now, should be all green ::ahem:: when everyone checks in.
@Gayel, the gameplay is beginning, we'll need for you to please finalize and get going very quickly, unless you think you'll be delayed longer than 12-24 hours, then let us know if we should call in those waitlisted.
I'll run another one afterwards, you can get your character in order in the meanwhile and go with the next group. I'll PM you then. Thanks for letting us know.
I always forget about that when I create new document. Try to do it just now let me know if it works. Otherwise I'll be back at my desk top in about an hour
I haven't yet, but I'm afraid I'll have to read it next Satruday, because I'm set to GMing it Monday 19th. I'm delaying the reading as much as I can to avoid spoiling my own fun, but in any case don't worry, I have no trouble separating player knowledge from character knowledge.
This is my first run at GMing a PFS scenario that I haven't played before. The full read-through and planning is a sobering experience. Makes me appreciate great games played - that I'd like to do equally well; also realize the not-so greats games played, and why they were.
I also ordered the Segang Expedition and the School of Spirits still undownloaded.
However, I am currently running both Segang expedition and School of Spirits online right now. I didn't find either one of them too hard to prep for. Segang is just a bit more involved because of the NPCs and favor points you have to track.

Seriously thinking about rebuilding Q'lack into a ranger rather than the hunter he was originally. Looking a bit more at the racial stuff, with a few levels he can get a swim speed and with horizon walker levels could explore virtually anywhere in the multiverse.

I'll keep him pretty similar. The Roc can fly away and hunt for a few levels. It's more about lining up how I see him long term and getting a bit of a grip on the concept.
I probably should not have accepted the game, but had the boon and no thoughts about how to use it, so grabbed the slot to force myself into thinking about it.
Just a heads up that posting may be spotty over the next week. My wife is set to be induced on Thursday which means I'll be at the hospital for a couple days. There is a chance I'll be sitting there in the hospital for a long time though, so I may get a post or two in. But after that, I'm sure we will have our hands full with the newborn. And of course it's the holiday weekend so everyone will be pretty busy anyways.
