Isham I would totally like to pull off a horse charge like the riders of Rohan, but I think that the rules won't allow us to do it, unless ARC is going to let us sweep in behind the 40 riders ahead of us I think that we will have to dismount. Other wise we will all have to hit a DC 20 just to move for the round while mounted. Also the spell casters will have to make concentration checks and if they dont have combat casting there will be additional penalties.
On a side note:
I keep making reference to Thorvald shaggy coated horse. It is like an Icelandic Horse I decided to post a pic so you guys can see it.

Sorry about infrequent updates and answers lately. Ive been dealing with a bad cold on top of preparing for christmas and work. Hopefully everything will settle down before new years but I doubt i will have any chance to post between the 24th and the 26th due to six christmases in six cities. Appologies in advance.

This looks pretty dang cool for our game. Ana could get some new evil, um I mean heritage spells. Thorvald might find something cool for feats or the Viking class.
I originally made Ana as an experiment to see if I could make an interesting character with core rulebook stuff only. But then again, new years are made for breaking resolutions. We'll see.
I would say you were successful. I think so far Pathfinder has kept things pretty balanced, I know in 3.0 3.5 things got pretty unbalanced and if you stayed "core" your character was "poor". I am betting that book I made a link to would add some interesting flavor though.
What are you guys up to? Right now I am sitting in the car in the rain trying to soak in the heat from the heater. When I get home tonight I still have wrapping to do, but all my shopping is done. I have had Christmas Parties to go to two nights in a row. The food has been way too good. Thorvald will have to go on a diet in January!

Thats awesome ARC, I have a 3 yearold daughter. Things were tight this year so I shopped the sales heavily. I hit a sale at the local Disney Store and got 50% off on princess dresses AND they threw in the shoes and jewelry packs with it if you bought two dresses. I went a little crazy and got 4 different dresses because the dresses are usually $50 and the dress with all the accessories $80 apiece. I had already purchased some disney pajamas earlier in the year. My daughter had never had a Disney dress before, but she loves the movie Tangled and Cinderella. Later on when I got home I realized that I hadn't gotten her any toys or dolls and I had spent all the gift money I had. I was feeling like I may have really screwed up. Kinda like Jack from Jack and the Beanstalk.
When we went to see Santa yesterday the Jolly Old Elf asked my daughter what she wanted for Christmas, The only thing she said was, "please bring pretty princess dresses." He asked if there was anything else that she could think of and she said, "No, just pretty dresses that glitter." Man, I really felt like some Christmas Magic had shone down on me. I am so excited to see her face when she comes down stairs. My parents got her a pop up princess castle, like a tent, I think I am going to lay out the dresses and the accessories like Santa brought them around the tent set up by the fireplace.
I have to work tomorrow, I didn't ask for it off because there are people I felt needed it off more than I did, but I found out that my partners at work are going to try to make sure that I can get home for an hour or two to see her when she comes downstairs. It is really neat to see the Christmas Spirit come to life.
I'm visting family in another part of the state.
Spending time with the folks and tryign a new turkey recipe.
Visiting family - Poughkeepsie NY and Hurley NY. Back to VA for the 26-30, back to NY for a long weekend and New Years, then back to VA for the 2nd.

Hey ARC Thorvald has 10 rounds of rage. At first level barbarians get 4 rounds plus con bonus then get 2 additional rounds per level so 4+ 2 Con bonus+2+2=10 total. I corrected this on his sheet and in my combat header.
