Upper floor bandits are firing into the earth elementals inside and outside, the upper floor rear bandits are watching to ensure no one is sneaking into the fort during the distraction......

Note: moved some of the upper level bandits so they can see the elementals. Moved the lower level bandits to engage the elemental. Moved Auchs to the stairs down as he lumbers to join the fight. Obi has shadowed Auchs and then moved around and is hiding under the stairs...

Ellaria moves closer to the bandit, whispering urgently to him: "My friend! Look what these evil men are doing to that harmless elemental. They've attacked him without reason. You must help him - move closer to that fight, and try to hit the people fighting the elemental in the midst of battle, so the others won't notice that. In any case, don't worry - I'll help you!". She then proceeds to cast a spell, causing a large amount of rocks and pebbles to drop down on the bandits fighting the elemental.
Cast Stone Call - all the bandits in that area take 2d6 ⇒ (1, 4) = 5 points of damage (no resists).

Several of the bandits take hits from the falling stones and the elemental, two go down from damage received.

The elemental hits and takes out a bandit, the man was there one instant and completely gone the next as if the elemental killed and buried him within the same instant!

If you're talking about the owlbear, apparently some other bandits opened it's cage while I was offline. It's what my spoiler says.

So there are more bandits?! Yet unseen (or mapped), to go along with those visible/known? Considering an owlbear itself is a CR 4... and the Stag Lord and the 3 lieutenants are all not pushovers.... plus the regular bandits... smells like trouble.

Might be trouble....The regular bandits are mopped up except overhead archers......
Leaving the staglord, Akiros (former sleeping knight), Auchs (large man w/toys from upstais), Dovan (shady character from the game).....
Staglord and Akiros losed the owlbear when they saw the group fall to the elemental!
feel free to remove all elementals/fallen bandits

Assuming no actions....on your parts to attack the owlbear
The owlbear ignores everyone instead begins feasting on fallen bandits at a terrible pace, as the axe like beak tears through flesh and the creature tosses back its head to move the food into it's gullet....

Others went downstairs and either died outside or inside the fort!
Lower level map changes.
AD 14 and surrounding area is an owlbear and bandit corpses!
The gate running AJ 10 to AN 10 is now running...

The owlbear continues eating and screeching at times, also pawing the ground glaring at you then it's eyes dart around wildly!

Only the "named bandits" and archers remain and they are safely behind bars, (and upstairs) and have released the owlbear.....
that of course excludes Ellaria's charmed bandit ;)

The door is heavy, but yes you can lift the bar and push open the door.
The gate is directly in front of the Owlbear!

Torod, hoping that the owlbear is more interested in eating than attacking, slowly makes his way to the gate and tries to get it opened. Eventually, the owlbear will be done eating and he wants it to have the option to leave.
