Here's an instance where you're character might know more than you, so here's a hint if you've got at least a 14 int or wisdom an rolled better than a 12. You don't think that the bridge will fall immediately. While the bridge would need to have the capstone to stand indefinitely it will stand for at least a round or two before collapse.
In the future, can people make it more clear in OOC text if they are doing the action themselves or aiding. I only ask this since from Solace's post it sounds like she wants to aid Daniil to give him a +4, bringing him to a total of 9... I'll go with Solace as making her own check this time though.
Solace and Daniil heave on the pulley wheel. Daniil slips and sputters as he struggles with the wheel, but Solace gets a firm grip and pulls. The scaffold shudders from the force and you can hear wood creak, but the scaffold remains in place. A few more pulls like that you think and it will come down.
At Claustipher's comment the earth elemental looks a bit confused as he keeps up with Claustipher. "Usizo? Kuthiwani ... usizo?" The ability to empathize with others is clearly deep within the creature but not something that comes naturally.
All the townsfolk but Kining continue to sprint to the trees, a few people at the forests edge coming out and encouraging them to move faster. Huffing, Kining turns and starts getting across the bridge. "Should've just run." She mutters as she looks over her shoulder to see more hobgoblins coming towards the bridge.
"We should take after them, no point in dying here as the little one says." Lirosa says to Taidel before the pair start running.
"Falcon, its time we get to safety. The forest calls us!" Malcolm says before running.

Falcon's strikes land hard and fast, but don't harm get through the heavies guard. They do distract her enough that Elyas can snake his blade in and score a hit. The heavy looks pained and desperate.
Sander and Olivia head out across the bridge as well.
Talgrum being the most injured, and Falcon being impossible to hit I blame my dice, he becomes the target of the heavies next strike. Thanks Solace. I was mainly confused by it because I didn't think you would want to aid given that you already knew Daniil had gotten a 5.
Claustipher fires a missile at green and it strike the hobgoblin in the head, killing it.
At the crane wheel, Solace and Daniil throw their backs into turning it again, Daniil slips a second time, but Solace manages to give it a solid yank. The sound of timber creaking and straining can be heard. A sharp crack echoes and you can hear a splash as something hits the water. The bridge remains fairly stable, but you think a couple more solid pulls will do it.
Kining, Malcolm, Lirosa, and Taidel all get across the bridge and take off after the other townsfolk.
Falcon trips and slays the heavy, panting as the heavies body goes limp. Elyas takes the chance to start backing away, following after Ian.
Talgrum had made up his mind to stay and help. With the heavy dead he looks around for more trouble. Seeing the hobgoblin moving on the people at the crane, he charges it. Not suspecting the attack, the hobgoblins guard is down and Talgrum gets a cut in.

Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Green vs Talgrum: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Talgrum fort save vs DC 10 (-5 penalty due to WP): 1d20 + 1 - 5 ⇒ (13) + 1 - 5 = 9
Panicked by the nearness of the collapsing bridge the flanking bugbear and the hobgoblins struggle to hit the group. The last hobgoblin manages to strike a final blow against Talgrum, knocking him unconscious. The second flanking bugbear steps through the gap cause by Talgrum's fall, takes a hideous wound that nearly kills him from Olivia, and attacks Falcon. Falcon takes 4 more damage. I believe Falcon is at 10 WP, if not please correct me.
Olivia AoO: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Blue Bugbear vs Falcon: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Falcon vs DC 10 (-3 for WP below threshold): 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 - 4 = 14
Falcon remains conscious but is not fully coherent. Falcon is staggered and can only make a move or standard action. If you take a move or standard action you will bleed another wound point.
The force on its way from the Market Green looks on in dispair as it hears the bridge begin to fall. Knowing it has failed.
Initiative
Ninth Round - Sander, Talgrum, Ian, Falcon, Elyas, Olivia, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue Bugbear, Yellow Bugbear, Solace, Daniil, Claustipher
Tenth Round - Sander, Talgrum, Ian, Falcon, Elyas, Olivia, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue Bugbear, Yellow Bugbear, Solace, BRIDGE COLLAPSE, Daniil, Claustipher
Remember sprint gets you x3 speed in medium/heavy armor and +4 in no or light armor. Daniil and Solace can just make it...
The two yellow lines constitute being on the bridge for when it collapses.

Falcon, Olivia: I think you should jump into the river. I think it's your only chance to survive. Remember your Acrobatics checks to reduce damage from a purposeful fall.
DM Rostam
To expand on the possibility of a jump, the water is 20 feet down. Since the water is more than 10 feet deep (the river banks are very, very steep) a deliberate jump will deal no damage. You just need to deal with potential debris and swimming.
I will also note that getting out of the river will require a DC 10 climb check to get out of, once again due to the steep sides, and that the water is fairly rough, requiring a DC 15 swim check to do anything other than flounder. Failing the swim check by 5 means you will brush up against some of the rocks, logs and other debris in the river, which will be painful.
Hopefully you can make a more informed choice now.

”The river,” Falcon says. He drops Olivia to her feet as far from the enemy as he can and painfully staggers straight north east along the diagonal to avoid AoOs (just withdrawing).
Acrobatics to jump clear: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 he had 10 feet of movement left, he he clears ten feet of horizontal distance from the edge of the bridge. He takes a deep breath on the way down and after hitting the water, lets himself sink low to avoid floating wooden debris.
Fort: 1d20 + 4 - 5 ⇒ (15) + 4 - 5 = 14 He stays conscious.
Swim: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 just trying to stay under, so not sure if this is needed.
Daniil
Daniil puts his head down and runs for all he is worth.
Claustipher Whetwhistle
Ugh, swimming in pathfinder. That and falling are the best ways to kill a PC lol.
Choosing to save the want resources Clautipher spends some more of his internal energies to fire a bolt of force form his hand at the nearest hobgoblin in yellow armor.
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 bahh
"Manje yisikhathi umngane wami omncane. Balekela nathi."
"Now is the time my young friend. Flee with us."
Possibly foolishly Claustipher stands his ground on the far side of the bridge thinking he may send one more missile as a parting shot as the other retreat.
Great job on this so far GM!
