As they are so close together, Alldur is able to strike all three of the robots, one of them manages to evade the worst of the electricity but the other two take the full blast and immediately fall to pieces.

Zimdoz scurries up, and tries to dislodge his pellet blast before it blows up his dragon pistol. Toxic tanglefoot ordnance

+1 dragon pistol, scatter, pbs, ranged touch: 1d20 + 15 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 15 - 2 + 1 = 15

Zimdoz's shot misfires, and his dragon pistol gets the broken condition! No negative effect - will have to clear the broken condition next round.

Zimdoz squeaks and looks surprised. His pistol seemed to discharge it's pellets quite poorly, splattering goo in the wrong direction, and doing very little of value.

"Ok, so, I know, I know," Poshment begins, picking up one of the pistols. "I can't really be trusted with this thing. BUT. BUT! BUT! in this instance it would have been preeeeettttty sweet if I could have shot back, riiiight?"

He looks nervously at the others, already having waved the thing in most of y'alls direction with his finger casually on the trigger. "Riight?"

Picking up a pistol for the once in a blue moon we need like a point of damage to end the fight again. That is, unless the others want Poshment to remain gun free ;) GM, looks like we have two ways to move west: north or south. I say we go south!

Sorry, you can't go south- wall, so I've got you heading north

A line of runes is printed above the two door's on this room's western walls. Several tattered, strange suits of armour hang in shreds from hooks in a wide alcove between these doors. Standing motionless in the room is another gearsman, although it looks stronger than the previous ones.

Alldur ducks away as Poshment waves the pistol in his direction. 'I'm worried that thing will blow up in your hand if you try to fire it. Look at the corosion near the power supply. It's like holding an unstable bomb!'

Alldur points the wand at himself and understanding washes over him and he takes a look at the runes.

At this point the Gearsman looks at you and says,

"Primary objective complete. Fugitive exterminated but remains required per Unity directive one. Please submit traitor Casandalee or face immediate execution."

We've heard this line before! Taking Alldur's words to heart, Poshment chucks the pistol at the Gearsman and ducks for cover. "TAKE COVER!"

Zimdoz clears the misfire from his pistol, wiping his forehead.

"See, this dragon pistol almost exploded. I must have loaded it wrong. Make sure you don't do what I did, and maybe you can get the hang of it."

Spend a grit to clear the broken condition from the misfire, per the quick clear deed, at 0/1 grit.

Later

Zimdoz sighs when Poshment throws the pistol, and just tries to shoot the gearsman with a toxic paper tanglefoot ordnance.

"Must have been a dud, I'll try it again next time! Milani only knows we're going to hear the same line at least another fifty times..." Poshment reassures (or, at least, tries to). Pulling another pistol out, he holds it unsteadily with two hands and squeezes the trigger. Anything but the floor!

Poshment holds the pistol up and tries to aim for a few seconds before shaking his head. I'd shoot Grezzag or Vivianne!

Instead, he raises his holy symbol and releases a pulse of positive energy. "Get it!"

"Time for the blender!" Grezzag says as he spins his double axe before bringing it around horizontally.

Poshment drops the pistol and snatches the bigger pistol. "OH. MY. MILANI!" he squeals, struggling to get it overhead. "This is the coolest thing ever!"

"Ok, ok, new plan: I SHOOT EVERYTHING WITH THIS!" he says emphatically, barely getting his arms around the weapon.

North from A11! Poshment literally can't use the rifle (two handed and medium sized), but damn is he going to try!

The walls of this large room are lined with dark panels of glass, tiny buttons, and other mechanical devices. A set of metal tanks sit to the west, while a chair mounted on a swivel on a short platform sits to the northeast. To the northwest, a section of flooring has been ripped away to expose a tangle of metallic plates and coils of brightly coloured cables. Two round tables sit in the room's centre.

"I guess we give it a once over and move on?" Poshment wonders outloud while he wanders into the room, dragging the rifle along the floor with him.

Alldur nods and sets to carefully examining the room using all his various methods. While he searches, he talks with his gnome friend. 'You know, if you really want to get the most out of those pistols and rifles, you should really have Zimdoz show you how to fire them. At the very least learn how not to shoot yourself in the leg'

Alldur you realise that the plates and cables are an immense power conduit capable of accepting electrical charges. The chair to the northeast was the lab's operator station.

Poshment pouts. "But I do know how to use them!" he insists, stamping his little foot and accidentally setting the rifle off. A hole sizzles in a nearby wall.

"Ok, fine, fine, fine, I'll talk to Zimdoz about it!" he concedes. "Should we fiddle with this more or check another room? I like poking around these places, but only because I'm with others. Otherwise I wouldn't."

Nothing immediately comes to mind about what to hook up to the power conduit. Anyone else have thoughts on it? Otherwise, to the South of A11!

"Have you word from my master?"

The voice sounds familiar- it sounds the same as the voice that was talking to Xoud in the recording.
