Hecktor
The following is in best case scenario, and is probably subject to change.
Hecktor delays until after Jaxom, hopefully he resists the suffocation or passes it with saving finale.
If Jaxom indeed gives Hecktor flight, Hecktor charges Drazmorg.
"I'm coming for you, shriveled floating corpse!!!"
Flying tank!, buffs & penalty: 1d20 + 16 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (3) + 16 + 6 - 4 = 21
Dmg: 2d4 + 13 + 9 + 2d6 - 3 ⇒ (4, 3) + 13 + 9 + (2, 5) - 3 = 33 -3 is the level dependant power attack penalty.
Use of 1 hero point, for an extra attack.

Dmg: 6d4 + 42 + 18 ⇒ (3, 1, 3, 2, 3, 4) + 42 + 18 = 76
Jaxom, pass your save mate, pass your save :)

Jaxom should be further into the room as noted by my previous line. He has 12 squares of movement from Haste.
The Aurochs low softly looking for undead to trample.
The last Archon pews weakly at the lich.
Pew, Pew: 1d20 + 3 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 3 + 2 + 1 = 9
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4
Fortitude: 1d20 + 3 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 3 + 2 + 1 = 7
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6
Jaxom on the other hand is fighting for his life. The lich tries to rip the air from his lungs but by the grace of the Queen he resists.
Fortitude (Hero Point, Prayer, Protection from Evil): 1d20 + 5 + 8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 5 + 8 + 1 + 1 = 26
He staggers a bit as he chokes out. "Hecktor you must come to me for the spell. I don't have the strength to both move and cast" He is staggered for the round.
He does cast fly though if Hecktor moves close to him. You may need to spend two hero points for the extra movement and attack. Or you may have enough just from the haste.
Silas Hawkwinter
Silas senses the focus of the battle drift away from him, but he is left in a duel with another filthy Heucuva. He does his best to end it, but the undead monstrosity is elusive and he only managed to hit once. However that one hit was strong, smashing the things ribs! Any normal foe would have died instantly, but the unliving where no normal foes...

Hecktor
Hasted, i do get enough movement to move to Jaxom, then move up to Drazmorg, i think.
Let's see, i move 90 feet hasted, that's 1 move.
2nd move, if possible, walk to Jaxom and turn around, moving up.
Hero point to smack Drazmorg in his ugly face.
Jaxom, Stone-Twin
Hecktor you might have the movement. Jaxom should be much farther into the room. I tried to move 60 ft into the room last round but that wasn't reflected on the map despite my movement arrow. Jaxom should be near the base of the Ziggurat. That might give you the correct movement.
GM Niles
I went back through revision history and didn't see a line from Jaxom to anywhere...I saw a line that was kinda nearby but just floating between two empty spaces.
Lucanor
Having trouble with the map myself.
Lucanor moves to make sure he has a shot at the lich

Hecktor moves to Jaxom and then holds.
Gilmork fires four shots and all four miss the Lich.
Jaxom casts Fly on Hecktor
Hecktor flies up to meet Drazmorg and uses a Hero Point to get an attack (standard action). Hecktor's attack misses Drazmorg.
Round 5
Silas smashes the heucuva to bits.
Luc fires two arrows at Drazmorg, one of them strikes true!
Drazmorg casts a spell defensively and cannot fail his Concentration check. Drazmorg creates a Dimension Door than he steps through and disappears.

He shouts out in the room, in assumption Drazmorg can hear it.
"We'll end your reign Drazmorg, you'll meet your second death."
Silas Hawkwinter
"Wooahhhh! Checks THIS OUT!" exclaimed Silas as he drifted over towards Hecktor. He'd never been flying before and if anything it was better than they claimed in the stories!
Floating in midair not far form Hecktor, Silas remarks "Hecktor, I don't know what's coming out of there but it's been a pleasure Sir! Lets give 'em hell!"

Drazmorg plots the death of various heroes who may or may not be in his Inner Seal room.

Knowledge Religion: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Gilmork's jaw drops a few inches as he sees the undead abomination of something so mighty and magnificent.
It takes him a few moments to snap out of it and come to, raising his bow at the flying new menace and firing of three normal arrows at the thing.

Haste is back up.
Silas Hawkwinter
Re rounds/level buffs. Silas has bless weapon (on the twins sadly) and Divine Favor. The former is irrelevant, the latter is overlapped by Gilmork's prayer of which there should be a couple of rounds duration left. Silas has plenty of bardic performance rounds left and his other buffs are mins/level or longer so I suspect they're up for the duration of the fight.
Silas floats up next to Hecktor and awed whispers, "Look at the size of that thing! Damn, we gotta fight that! Well lets go!" He soars up over the ziggurat and moves to engage what appears to be death incarnate.
Not actually sure how much movement Silas has flying. He does have the effects of triple time and haste so I guess a fair bit.
Free action maintain inspire: 9/22 -- Had the count wrong before, it should be #rounds + 2

Protection from evil is still up, as Gilmork has buffed for 5 minutes. Heroism is also up, 10 mins/lvl. Bull strength too, at 1 min/lvl.
Divine favor up for another 5 rounds, including this one.
"Aye, to the end my friend, may that still be a long time from now."
Hecktor goes along with Silas, as far as possible.

I would feel much more sympathy if the spells I saved against weren't A) lose ability to cast spells (and be worthless); B) die over the course of three rounds; or, C) go blind and be removed from the fight that way. If we are going by resources expended and nail biting dread, then this has been the most successful fight ever. For the last week, I've been on the edge of my seat worried I was going to die and trying to figure out ways to be useful against such powerful enemies. I was actually want to congratulate you on crafting such an interesting and tense final boss.
Jaxom sinks to his knees and gasps for breath.
"Is it gone forever? In the tales, these unndying often have talismans to return them to a wretched life."
After a few moments he casts detect magic. Drazmorg might have fallen but they had not yet determined if they had stopped the corrupting magic.

@Jaxom Thanks! My statement was like 90% tongue in cheek, I didn't want you guys to have a TPK...or did I?

I've been mauled by a warg, nearly eviscerated by a lumber contraption and a few other tough calls i'd have to skim for, but i was genuinely worried i might kick the bucket here. :) No pain, no gain, right?
Tbh, i worried you'd be doing the breath attack thing in particular.
Nice job Niles ;)
Hecktor smiles broadly, as the impact of Arrow, magic and his and Silas' steel finally took down Drazmorg.
He can't suppress a hearty "Haha, he's down, HE'S DOWN."
He clenches Silas with one arm.
"A great attack my friend. Now, let's go down to the others."

I have to admit I thought the DR was going to get us, due to lack of planning on our part.
Covered in head to toe in grave dust, Silas stares down at the shattered form of the Lich. For a long time he stares blankly before asking in a small voice, "Why am I still alive? How! How is that even possible?" It's at that point the shakes take him, and he seems to fold in upon himself. when Hecktor takes his arm, Silas starts and looks terribly confused, "W. Wha. What others?"
Lucanor
"Easy Silas. Iomedae loves you, it seems. Either that or fate has decided we need a really good bard to tell this first hand account of this well into his old age." Lucanor tries to calm their friend.
He looks to Jaxom, "Phylactry is a possibility. Let's look around some."
