stat 1: 1d10 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
stat 2: 1d10 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
stat 3: 1d10 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
stat 4: 1d10 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

18, 18, 12, 11, 9, 8

after re-reading the creation, perhaps I misunderstood? When you said drop the lowest... did you mean the lowest of the 7 totals, or lowest roll of each set?

meaning I would go with the above... or

17, 15, 15, 15, 14, 12

4d6 drop the lowest, 7 sets drop your choice.

Liberty's Edge

stat1: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 6, 5) = 18 drop lowest 16
stat1: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 1, 3) = 12 drop lowest 11
stat1: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 4, 3) = 14 drop lowest 11
stat1: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 5, 5) = 18 drop lowest 15
stat1: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 4, 6) = 18 drop lowest 16
stat1: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 2, 5) = 17 drop lowest 15
stat1: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 4, 2) = 11 drop lowest 10

16, 16, 15, 15, 11, 11. 36 BP. Now I should choose a nice MAD build to go with those rolls.

Edit: oh, dammit the GM roll them. it was a nice spread.

So please, roll for me.

The F&F system with a straight 1d10 seem too chancy.

Crunch wise Syltorin is done. :)

Finally have time to fully stat up a character for this, so I'm getting to work.

These would be my stats:

Cool. I'll get to thinking then.

Either way, Focus and Foible is waaaaaaay more consistent than the other rolling method, so I'll go with that and see what's available.

1d10+8
1d10+8
1d10+8
1d10+8

Wow. Hmmmm.

18 15 16 15 12 8 (or something similar). Lots of options there.

I'd initially thought about a Kineticist, but on a further reading the class doesn't seem super great, so moving on.

I did like my tory idea though, so figured I'd ask if you meant ALL Path of War stuff was allowed, or just the stuff on the SRD?

The Mystic class fits the "elemental master" idea quite well too, so I wanted to see if I could get that to work. I have the PDF if you need to see it.

If not, a Belthousian Vanguard Commander could be great as well, a war leader of sorts. None too bright, but charismatic, canny, and strong.

Just the stuff I can access online. And the kineticist is a great class. I've played one in and irl game and he does great damage and has great flavor.

I played a Geokineticist at level 7 and it was okay, but Burn annoys me.

I had planned to play a Pyrokineticist this time but it really didn't come together at all and none of the other elements fit me well.

Vanguard Commander it is.

the awakened from stasis trait is good if you have burn woes.

Thecooldudenextdoor, will you roll for me?

Also, a question - one can play an half-orc without getting into trouble at every inn he stops for an ale? :D

I played a telekinetics, I loved throwing foes around.

And yea, suspicioun probably, but most people won't be hostile towards you.

4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 6, 5) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 2, 6) = 17
4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 5, 2) = 13
4d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 3, 1) = 11
4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 3, 6) = 18
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 5, 3) = 19
4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 3, 2) = 13

....How? It just lowers the time you need to sleep every night.

It does nothing for the nonlethal damage you have to take to benefit from any of your static class abilities (Elemental Defense and Elemental Overflow) and a decent number of your active ones until higher levels.

You can clear your accumulated burn in two hours, which is a pretty workable time frame in most games.

Well, you should have an 18 con. Or, 20 at level 4. I've personally only played an aether and a water kineticist. I really liked aether, as if I put in 2 burn points for the defense I equaled out my non lethal from that with a fast renewing temp pool. (Which was = to the amount of non lethal I had), toughness feat is great for them.

Combine that with earth for the DR/2 levels makes you very hard to hurt. I guess it's just one of those classes where some like it and some don't. ( even when I maxed out my burn, I could take a little over half my HP before I went unconscious.)

Just saw we can roll 7d6 and pick whether we like Focus/Foible better. Might as well give it a shot.

4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 4, 6) = 20 = 16
4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 5, 6) = 20 = 17
4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 4, 3) = 10 = 9
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 5, 5) = 14 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 6, 6) = 16 = 15
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 1, 3) = 14 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 6, 5) = 17 = 15

WOW.

Drop the 9 and I have:

16 17 13 15 13 15 (rearranged, 17 13 15 13 15 16)

vs

18 12 15 8 15 16

While an 18 is nice, I prefer having no dump stats, so I think I'll take the 4d6 array. Lets me qualify for Combat Expertise that way too.

4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 6, 5) = 14

4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 5, 3) = 19
4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 3, 2) = 13

It is for me?

(1, 2, 6, 5) = 14 drop lowest 13
(4, 5, 2, 6) = 17 drop lowest 15
(3, 3, 5, 2) = 13 drop lowest 11
(5, 2, 3, 1) = 11 drop lowest 10
(3, 6, 3, 6) = 18 drop lowest 15
(5, 6, 5, 3) = 19 drop lowest 16
(4, 4, 3, 2) = 13 drop lowest 11

less MAD than my roll, but still good.
16, 15, 15, 13, 11, 11

A question: an arcanist count as a spontaneous spellcaster for taking Dragon Disciple?

I thought they were for me :P

Will let our GM clarify that one.

Sundakan, I think we are not the ones who roll. The GM does it.

Is he? Everyone else has requested him to, but I prefer having my rolls in my own hands. He didn't seem to mind when I rolled for Focus/Foible.

If you read the OP by the DM he says you roll Focus/Foible while he rolls the other. Everyone was asking because of that as per the character creation guidelines given.

Except for those of us who have no trust in the dice. Like this little half elf who did not bother with random skewed dice. x)

And I was looking forward to not needing a dump stat too. =(

First off, I would like to say I really dig the feel of this setting. Secondly, I have been looking for a good campaign to play a kitsune. Thirdly I was curious if you would allow kitsune subraces.

Here is the link
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/uncommon-races/arg-kitsune

These are my Focus / Foilable stats for such a Character if you allow them

Str:8
Dex: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Con: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Int: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Wis: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Cha:18

So.....

"Hey, Cool Guy!"

Just waiting for confirmation on stats.

Was there a deadline?

Sorry folks, I've caught the flu for the past few days. Been a pretty rough one to boot. I'll finish things up during periods of 'don't feel like I'm dieing' haha.

Also, sundakan, I let people roll the F&F method, but I roll the 4d6 method.

That's disappointing. May as well try my luck though if you feel up to rolling for me.

Naught but a quick CnP.

4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 4, 4) = 18
4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 6, 3) = 19
4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 1, 5) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 4, 3) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 3, 4) = 13
4d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 1, 3) = 8
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 1, 1) = 10

Drop lowest roll, drop lowest set.

14 16 14 13 11 9

Yeah, I guess I'll keep Focus and Foible. The whole reason I took the other array is because there wasn't a dump stat on that one =/

Liberty's Edge

The rolls in the previous page, they were for albion or for me?

Just wondering, how many PCs have been submitted?

Still kinda waiting on knowing if those were my rolls, and if not for a new set :D

Sorry folks, still been sickly albion, the rolls I rolled after your posting asking are yours, the newest ones are sundakan s

Liberty's Edge

so, those were Albion rolls. You can roll for me?

1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
18

Human for sure
Taking the Tribalistic Alternate Race Trait. Refluffing it as more about the nation he is from rather than tribe.

As for class. I am not sure. I have a lot of leeway with the rolls.

Interested. Few questions first.

1) recruitment ned when?

2)when will we now whom is selected?

3) posting frequency?

4)not seeing the update for "the war" mentioned and the mentioned campaign info change/adjustment can you link it?

5) am i perceiving it right that this will kinda be a steampunk style world?

Looking at a couple of possibilities

half orc - rogue focus nonlethal

gnome or maybe halfling- bard = a superspy undercover type fellow

An absolutely "insane" gear oriented tech oriented gnome.--most likely alchemist -- would like to use some kinda throwing weapon and have some questions I'll PM if I choose to follow this thought

Catfolk - druid

JUST FOR KICKS HERE"S MY non race modified ROLLS FOR F&F

18 and 8 not decided where yet

1d10 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

1d10 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

1d10 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12

1d10 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11

Interesting...not alot of strong nor alot of weak rather average but only slightly.

DM: roll for me as well so I can see. PLEASE

lol I forgot to check the campaign info tag for the update....got it

Also when would we be looking at starting?

crafting allowed before game? if so how do you want it done?

Finally, someone that allows Path of War. Warlord from Oswell is my first thought.

1d10 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
1d10 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18
1d10 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
1d10 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15

18, 18, 15, 11, 10, 8

Was hoping for a little more balance. Can you give me a roll DM?

1d10 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
1d10 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
1d10 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13
1d10 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

Dm can you roll for me I think I xan do better than this
