Watching both the Bodyguard Skald and Brains Burglar vault past the balcony in the direction of trouble, Uke looks over to Thrandir and Jurgan and says to the Noble Wizard and Warpriest Bashful Admirer of the Barmaid, "It seems that the spirits have decreed that we shall see battle this evening...", before heading down the inn stairs to follow after those two.

Uke knows better than to jump off a ledge balcony while clad in full armor. ;)

Not sure where Uke would be on the map if taking the "long way" around...

You can, as alternatives, climb at DC 14, or backtrack throughout the inn and get outside in 2 rounds.

I assume the creature with the question mark is 'kidnapper.'

'Well it sounded like it was coming from this way.' Drawing his short swords as he moves south around the building, Vaunu sees what he assumes are the watchmen and stops as he nears the mysterious creature in the shadows. "Stop right there, you have some questions to answer!"

Jurgan gets up from his seat and moves towards the exit, where he may have just seen his comrades come jumping down.

"Ahem, truly appaling. Such a busy day and now a busy evening.
The troubles i suffer in the name of the pursuit of greater knowledge."

Jurgan exits just outside of the door.
Vaunu arrives at the scene of the crime, sort to speak, and sees a most unsettling sight.

A pale woman with large bat wings, sharp claws and missing everything below the torso, holding a watchman by the shoulders. Where her lower body would be, is the sight of her entrails, as if she were cut in half.

She shows a mocking smile.

"Make me."

The watchmen have no idea what is going on.
The one being held tries to get away from whatever is holding him.

Despite his frantic struggle, he can't manage to escape the clutches of the woman.

Can’t Move on map due to iPhone use. Will move tomorrow, but going up 20ft to be at end of north building

Move, Swift Action Fervor to cast divine favor, +2 Hit and +2 Damage for 1 minute. Standard action to cast war blessing on himself, giving +1 Dodge AC for 1 minute.

Thandir ran up to the end of the building...and seeing the...what was it? Undead? A demon? Whatever it was, he grinned. He chanted prayers as he ran, causing his axe to shimmer with divine power. Then, pointing at the creature he bellowed as loud as he could:

”I AM THANDIR HALFTUSK! STRIKE ME! FIGHT ME! NO FEAR! YOU FEAR ME!”

He was quite proud of his eloquent taunts. The creature was certain to fight him now. And then he would have his trophy to win the affections of the most beautiful (bar)maid he had ever laid eyes upon. Yes, life was good.

Jurgan, having finished his coffee, sees Uke coming down the stairs in haste.

"What is the matter? Why are you so eager to get down?"

"Some lamp went dark out over some distance from here; Vaunu, Belegar, amd Thrandir went off the balcony to see what goes on!"

Uke makes his way past a few tables, and ends up outside just near Jurgan and Thrandir.

Uke manages to rush out of the inn quickly enough to see both Belegar and Thrandir standing outside. Judging from the way that the Half-Orc Warpriest is bellowing out his challenge as he moves out of view, some kind of trouble definitely lays ahead but the Nagaji Samurai isn't able to see what that sort of trouble even looks like from his current vantage point.

As turns out, the upper half of the woman is quite fair, but her overal condition makes one foolish to spend too much admiring her.

The woman smirks.
"It has been a long time since last i knew the feeling of fear.
You do not yet inspire fear, half orc. Prove your words."

She taunts him right back.

Jurgan stares at the creature. "I say this with utmost respect. You are one of the vilest things I have ever laid my eyes upon." with that he flips his hammer in the air and snaps his fingers directing the hammer at the foul creature.

Wiping the things blood of on his jacket, Vaunu looks up calling, "Why don't you come back down here and we can finish this."

Jurgan quickly weaves his hands together in an intricate pattern and then points his palm at the creature.

Uke will accept that Rage song, getting +2 Str and Con and Will, -1 to AC, and make the attack...

Rushing into the fray, Uke will take a slash with his "sheenish"-silvery Katana at the winged, half of a "woman" at nearly the same time that Thrandir and Vaunu does.

AOO attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20. +1 from Raging song included to the normal +10.

if Hit: 1d8 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 7 + 1 = 16. 5+2 Str damage plus the +1 Razor sharp mod; the katana counts as Silver, if applicable.

Round 3:

Trying to get a better lock onto that flying, blinded creature, Uke places his Katana back into its' sheath, then draws forth his sling (he still has to fish for a sling bullet though).

When the woman flew up, Uke swiftly sliced a mean one across the flank, which she seemingly felt well, given the angry gritting of her teeth.

Jurgan's ray flies upwards, yet her being 'the vilest thing he'd ever seen' may have messed with his aim.

It was all he could do, but Thandir was pretty proud of himself. This would surely work! If not, well. He might as well get comfortable while the dwarf blasted her with magic. Maybe he could find a rock to throw?

If she refuses, can he find anything to throw at her?

The watchmen will not be as effective with bows against her as you would be, and until just now, they couldn't see a target.

Vaunu starts looking for a shadow to slink into, 'Yeah come on back b*$$%. Thandir my fight you with his bare hands, but I'll stick this sword in your spine while your not looking or I'm not from Kaer Maga.'

Belegar keeps up his rage song.
I don't know what else he'd do.

Seeing that she was still blinded, Thandir took an arrow, and with all of his might threw it at the creature.

She is blinded so I might hit. She has DR so I need str to damage or we’ll keep doing nothing. Swift Action Sacred Weapon to make it +1.
