I'm willing to modifications. Satu is CN, but that has different reasons as "i do what i want". It's more to show the inner conflict between her true heritage and what she wants to be. So in most cases she acts CG, but sometimes not.
I would also be game for a fresh start if you want that as a GM and willing to at least discuss any modifications to Satu.

The only exceptional thing abour her is that the original GM and i agreed that i can use "unchained rage" and rage powers instead of the normal ones, because i think it's easier and prefer that.

Thanks for your considerations here.

Changes in what way? I mean they're not overly close to their mother, they don't have her ear or anything. Honestly I think the only reason they still live is because they are her children.

Well I read all of your game last night and it seems the Jadwiga don't know a whole lot about their heritage (players) and a lot of that will come to light as the adventure unfolds and players learn about "white witches". If you were direct decendants of Elvanna and knew Nazhena... you'd know exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. So there are conflicts with what you're telling the party and the facts of what really happens in Irrisen.

So I am curious mostly to know how much you do know about "white witches" and Reign of Winter.

The changes I would suggest making is you're not Jadwiga Elvanna and that you're Jadwiga (some other previous queen) and that you're not associated to the current workings of the white witches, Jadwiga Elvanna.

Yes, Shadow who was our first GM knew this. I actually, as a player, know everything up to book 3. I tried to run Reign of Winter in RL and it feel apart because of life. Frjya is actually a character from the RL game that was made for the players to actually care about what happens to Irrisen as a nation. Putting a face to a place so you could say.

For the reason of player vs character, as in why things may be wrong, I ran with the "I don't get told anything really because I'm the black sheep of the family" angle. She knows things are not right, and her mother is planning something.

For GM:
For example she know Baba Yaga is late. But before anything in the capitol happened she was sent to Nazhena in hopes the closer in age they where would help Fryja become a "proper" winter witch. When she left they took their chance to escape through the portal as it was the only place that lead outside of Irrisen.

The thing is, the players don't have to care about Irrisen at all. They only have to care about Golarion. So because you ran the game in RL does that mean you read the books in their entirety? I only ask because I consider myself a historian of Irrisen and know a lot and would hate for our knowledge to conflict.

I know nothing of the adventure path itself and little enough about Irrisen. I suspect that the only reason we avoided conflict at the lodge was based on our personal confusion (we had a GM switch following a replacement recruitment) and GM fiat.

They don't need to care, I wanted them to. Mainly because I wanted to do the contunied part for the AP if it allowed. But that was as a GM, now as a player I just really enjoy the character. I did read them, though it's been a good four or so years since and I haven't picked them up to read.

I also consider myself a historian of Irrisen!! ^_^ I've read everything I can get my hands on about the place! Though most of my books are packed away because we're about to move on the 15th. I am glad to meet another who enjoys the land so! If you had to choose who do you think the worst Queen was?

Edit: Also I have read the module The Witchwar Legacy, and have that in PDF form so I do still have some access to that.

The worst queen clearly is Baba Yaga.

Ha! I can't argue with that! I do have to say that Morganna gave a new name to a mother's revenge for me.

Tashanna probably would be the worst of them all.

Hello players of this table. After some discussion with Frjya, I think I decided that if I were to take this table I would like you on a fresh start. We will pace through the stuff you already did fairly quickly and you'll be where you left off in no time. If you accept my rules, please post in this thread and start the discussion.

Reign of Winter with GM Deadly Secret - Table 3

If this group would like a different game master, I wish you the best of luck.

Happy Gaming
