I just realized my first attack on flying kick is a kick so no glove dmg. Since no one mentioned any DR or issues with touching it...

One of the minotaurs looks like another Prophet of Baphomet. The other two are minotaurs, but looks undead. It is a class that changes it, so I do not think it grants you any more knowledge than what you rolled previously for the minotaur info.
