One of the minotaurs looks like another Prophet of Baphomet. The other two are minotaurs, but looks undead. It is a class that changes it, so I do not think it grants you any more knowledge than what you rolled previously for the minotaur info.

Suspecting a caster Rocky avoids the reach of the 2 minotaurs on the sides and tries to grab the one in the middle. Possibly provoking if it has combat reflexes. AC 35 including Mobility.
