Do we get any payment for eliminating the Sin Spawn? Dayo only started with 150gp and a bunch of his starting gear is no more =(

Assuming we get paid, Dayo would like to spend his time trying to build back up his paper collection. I was wondering if we could houserule some costs.

Stationary is 1gp for a 9"x6" sheet.
Paper is 4sp for a 9"x6" sheet.
Rice Paper is 5cp (unknown size)

Real world origami paper is typically 6"x6". Would you mind if three pieces of origami paper cost the same as two pieces of 9"x6" paper?

Furthermore, I was wondering if we could treat stationary as masterwork (+2 Craft), paper as regular (no modifier), and rice paper as improvised (–2 Craft). When it comes to folding Origami, I can't conceive of a tool, and so figured the quality of paper could fill that role.

Further furthermore, in Pathfinder, if you want ink that's any color other than black, it costs twice as much. Would you be fine assuming that the same is true for colored origami paper?

I cant help it goblins are so stupid they think red paper is very thin meat ;)

Those costs seem very reasonable. Altough how much colored paper you're going to get in Sandpoint remains to be seen. Altough Nisk would probably be able to make you some different colored Ink. Oscar can introduce you :P

Also, good that you mention money.

Split the 500 evenly amongst the 5 of us?

Or is there a "party fund", and everybody gets 1/6th?

On that note, has anyone set up a Google Sheet Item tracker? Not that we've found anything of worth, yet.

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

I believe we all have our own cash piles, though justin has said before he'd loan money out at what he assures the party are reasonable interest rates, and Snowflake is carrying one of his cure light wounds potions.

I am absolutely terrible at tracking treasure, and wouldn't be surprised if I've missed stuff. But at this point, oh well, I'll live.

Sovereign Court

One of those days I really need to tally up what money I actually have.

Putting it into a google sheet would be a bit of work but in the long run make things easier.

[retired]

I have some free time this weekend.

I'll set up a document with 6 tabs: one for the group and one for each of us.

The GM (or myself, or whomever) deposits everything we acquire into the first tab (the "group" tab), complete with hyperlink to the post where we acquired it, and then we as players individually copy and paste whatever we agree on into our individual tabs.

Or make just one giant sheet that we can all see.

We will still be level 2 for this?

Yes. I'll let you know when you level up.

So the handaxe, the goblin's silver dagger, and the quasit's Tiny dagger all need to be accounted for?

[retired]

Well, that's a good question.

For every physical table I've played a Campaign at, I generally experienced one system of loot tracking.

For digital games I guess there's a different system. This is only my second AP online, and as Warren can attest to my previous one didn't last long.

So I'm open to whatever system the group decides on. As long as it aids or smoothes out gameplay and doesn't complicate anything for anyone.

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

If we can find a buyer for the dagger that would be good.

Of course with +8 hide we're probably out of luck.

Sovereign Court

I'm not sure if there's one standard system of loot handling. Some tables seem to focus on fairness, others on getting items to those who get the most utility out of them. And there's always a bunch of people who dread all the accounting.

Dead Suns:

Usually you hand accounting off to the spreadsheet nerd. Some people just love spreadsheets.

So there is the mwk axe, silver dagger, 2 ranseurs and the tiny returning dagger that you need to decide what to do with.

Honestly, if you're wondering where that wealth by level went... its in that tiny returning dagger. Its a perfect weapon for the quasit, but it does do a lot of screwing over for loot.

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

Anyone NOT for trying to sell that thing?

Dead Suns:

Make justin tiny and keep it? ;)

No, no, we'll stick to the sell-the-dagger plan.

Dead Suns:

Its a tiny +1 cold iron returning dagger.
Can someone do the maths on that? I've been having a headache on and off all day and math is hard now :(

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

8,301

+1
returning= +2= 8000
300= masterwork
1= dagger,

Dead Suns:

Then lets add 5000 GP to your loot. Vorvashali would have found a buyer for it, and he would have kept 150GP of masterwork as a 'finders fee', as no one in Sandpoint could afford to buy this dagger.

Justin crosses something off the bucket list by buying a small wash basin and rolling around in the money. After that...

shopping list:

Bathtub, collapsible (its a wash basin for a human)
Bedroll 0.1
Blanket 0.5 (Keeping the infirmaries. Giving them a new one)
Tent, Small 10
Compass 10
small steel mirror 10
Net, butterfly (childrens) 5
Signal whistle 0.8
6 bottles of wine 3 (its not the WORST wine they had)
String 0.1
Rope 1
Cheese 0.2
Tailblade 11 (Getting a goblin dog slicer fitted with straps)
Bucket 0.5
Saddlebags 4 (Bitey will be happy to have proper saddlebags as opposed to the sacks with ropes he has now)
71.2

67.2

Leave a will with the temple. Home warren gets 75% the church gets 10% the party gets 15%

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

Should also put in for a mw thie.. erm trap springers set and a lock to start practicing on

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

Throw us the money and we ll throw you the dagger on the count of three

well in this case the intent to throw the dagger is genuine. thats a new spin on it.

Dead Suns:

Yeah. As its a returning dagger. I see where you are getting with this.

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

Despite the snark, justin will chip in for a wand of cure light wounds. if we can find one in this town.

Of course there's a more economical low level healing wand...

Whoops, we already have mw thieves tools from tsuto

[retired]

9 gp starting + 1100 gp earnings:

+1gp - sold utility knife because one of my kits already has one
+5sp - likewise sold scroll case; paper is kept in waterproof bag anyways
0gp - quarterstaff (for waltzing matilda)
1gp - 50 packets of tea (oh yeah. this is going to be a ritual for him every morning)
1gp - jar of honey (for the tea)
2sp, 5cp - cinnamon and nutmeg (also for the tea)
25gp - tea set (only comes with 4 cups, though)
3gp - cooking kit (giving the heavy pot and skillet to Goodwill local Pathfinder Society orphanage)
1gp, 5sp - new shaving kit
6gp - 3x Cold Iron Chakrams
10gp - 5 days Elven Trail Rations (liked the flavor and quality more than regular rations)
21gp - 100' silk rope (knotted to 80') attached to grappling hook
49gp - sell backpack, buy masterwork backpack (MORE POWER!)
50gp - 2x holy water (jasmine scented)
80gp - climber's kit
127gp, 5sp - went to Tambourines 'R Us and traded up
150gp - contribute towards party wand of Cure Light Wounds
360gp - pay a spellcaster to cast Masterwork Transformation on my Nine-Ring Broadsword

Leaves 225 gp, 2 sp, 5 cp remaining

And 25gp worth of origami paper, if available for purchase:

15 pieces of white paper for 4gp
3 pieces of red/blue/green/orange/purple/brown/black paper for 11.2gp
3 pieces of white stationary for 2gp
3 pieces of gold stationary for 4gp
3 pieces of silver stationary for 4gp
Total = 25gp, 2sp

Did we ever get the scroll from the red room id'd? The voices in my head are telling me flaming sphere but i can't find it.

Also I found a potion of CLW from Tusuto that i don't think we dealt with (we were worried the town was on fire at the time) , its thrown on oskar (most likely to need it while away from the group)

So a masterwork tambourine just doesn't have the rings? That makes it sound better.

Woran, are castings of Masterwork transformation on the table as far as something we can acquire? If so I think I'll put it on my armor.

Here are the items I'm looking to get:

Old backpack > MW backpack
50 ft hemp rope > 50 ft silk rope
Small tent (not taking it with me right now, just getting it for later)
Compass
Sunrod *4
Alchemist's fire *2
Holy water *2
Tindertwig *10

Plus kicking in for a share of the wand and the MW Transformation if it's available. I'll do a full recalc on Oskar's sheet tonight.

[retired]

It's actually cheaper to just sell your current armor and buy Masterwork, since there's a 60gp spellcasting service charge, but Dayo would rather keep the weapon he was first trained with.

When someone mentioned Cold Iron, he decided to go with the Chakrams.

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

ahah. found it. it was refered to as burning sphere. Justin will hold onto that for an emergency, or hopefully level 4 comparison shopping.

Dead Suns:

If was flaming sphere. It was stuck in the weird notes you found in one of the rooms. Vorvashali fished it out for you going over the notes.

So far, shopping lists look good. There are some casters in sandpoin who can do practical things (like masterwork transformation), who can do that on demand if you want to, but spellcaster fee makes it in some cases cheaper to sell and re-buy things.

M Large Canine Level 3 druid

Justins going to try to pick up a haramaki. Its a shoulder to waist sash with a big bronze target sewn onto it. If your life is going to be a h umilation conga, dance.

one explorers outfit in skirts. One in shorts (paying an extra GP for the tail)

Justin, as a proper follower of abadar, has a spreadsheet tab on dayo's sheet.

Would it help Justin's spells per day if I purchased a few scrolls of Mage Armor for him to cast on me? Nobody has Scribe Scroll in the group, right?

At this level fire away with a crossbow isn't a terrible strategy.

Justins plan for the gobo fight

Start the day with enlarge person and mage armor

Mage armor dayo for 4 hours.

Swap mage armor for magic missile

Give oskar a 5 minute enlarge person (2 levels +1 trait +2 power boost)

Fire with xbow and Renew enlarge as needed. Save a big MM for the guy in the fancy hat.
