Three thick chains are bolted to the northern wall, and the floor is covered with bones, half-eaten rotting meat, and mounds of foul-smelling dung. This appears to have been the kennel for the hound you slew earlier.

The huntsman take their time searching for any loot, Zed, in an unexpected move rolls up his sleeves and starts rooting around in the offal. His time as an apprentice many years ago saw him in similar situations with some regularity, so the ickiness of the situation doesn't seem to faze him.

Bearing the body of Unrak slows your return through the wilderness, and you reach Solasgaard at last on [color=teal]18th Desnus[/color], amid a steady rain that matches your somber mood.

Once Unrak has been duly laid in state at Castle Redleaf, you attend to several important matters. Marc and Augrym take the drake's head to Akiros and Oleg for the reward (earning you a total of 1,200 gold crowns to split between you) while the Baron writes dispatches to both Restov and Mivon informing them of the mortal blow against the trolls. Restov sends the promised reward (another 2,000 gold crowns, as well as 10 BP of supplies that have been added to the treasury) and the southern trade with Mivon soon strengthens, bringing reliable customs revenues (base income increased by 1 BP).

For completing these three quests, each Huntsman (living and dead) earns 960 XP.

On the ride back, Taranis will use animal messengers to contact a priest to arrange for a raising. He'll ask the others to use orizons to fix some of the broken treasure

The stately display is a bit different, as Unrak is coming back. Still, Taranis keeps his brother in a gentle repose as he makes contact and prepares for a Raise Dead and Restoration.

He'll have someone make contact to turn the drake skin into armor (Can I get a price?)
