My bad, trolls have more HP than I thought they did. Orange is NOT down, but I will say he tripped over himself and is getting up this round.

Marc scores a fine hit, and a burning one at that. The trolls muscle each other to get at Unrak. The big man finds himself torn apart by wickedly sharp claws and pointy teeth.

The order of operations here matters immensely and is rather difficult to follow, but I think if Zed delays until after Unrak everything so far works out.

Following his baron's orders, Marc tries for a more difficult strike and jams his weapon against the stone. Unrak has better luck and scores a heavy hit before retreating. The fire elemental is ordered to attack and does so to minimal effect. A loud thump echoes from inside as one troll falls.

The other troll reaches over his fallen comrade to savage the elemental, while the last troll in the back gets up off the floor and clambers back into position.

Arrow slits face north and east to overlook the approach and outside ledge. Daylight shining through the arrow slits and broken stone doorway light the room with a dim illumination. To the south and west, darkened, wide stone staircases lead up and out of the room.

The trolls wear nothing but fouled loincloths.

The Baron leads the Huntsmen to the southern stairs. This wide flight of stone stairs leads up to a circular chamber with a high ceiling. A foul stench fills the air, emanating from the layers of filth caked on the floor. Only a dim light filters down into the muck.

Another set of stairs winds around the room, up towards the light.

The stairs climb 100 feet, ending in a small room with narrow open-air windows a little over four feet off the floor. These slits offer a commanding view of the surrounding lands. This watchtower is cleverly disguised as a rocky crag crowning the hill into which these halls are built.

There is a small trapdoor in the ceiling of this room.

Assuming there's nothing of note in the room, Taranis listens at the trap door before stepping back for Marc to open it.

All is quiet at the trap door, and Marc opens it. It leads out to the roof of the "tower," providing a 360-degree view for miles around.
