Yeah. I'd let Muzhaa'f pick a different action, if desired — if he has a wand or something.

Thanks Oh Benevolent GM :)
Quickly losing breath, Muzhaa'f flicks his wrist to produce a wand and stabs himself with it through the coils.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
"Thanks... Oloch..." he gasps.

Inira tries to put a (durable) adamantine arrow into the snakes eye.
PB Attack, Ki strike to treat as magical: 1d20 + 9 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (19) + 9 + 1 - 1 = 28
Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Muzhaa'f releases and activates a wand, while Inira tries her luck again with her bow, hitting the beast! The arrow appears to do no damage, however!
tail 1 maintain grapple vs Jillia CMD: 1d20 + 37 ⇒ (15) + 37 = 52

tail 2 maintain grapple vs. Muzhaa'f CMD: 1d20 + 37 ⇒ (13) + 37 = 50

tail 3 maintain grapple vs. Oloch CMD: 1d20 + 37 ⇒ (14) + 37 = 51

Kaylee finally slips her disc into plance, and a moment later Nemis does the same!
The party looks on in astonishment as the four panels fuse into a single piece. At the same time, a burst of magical energy erupts like a wave from the panel, washing through Starwatcher Tor. The wave releases Jilia, Muzhaa'f, and Oloch from the snake's grip and carries the xacarba and the monolith into the chamber from which the fiend emerged, the doors magically reforming as they pass through, giving a glimpse of the monolith raising its fists to fight before they reseal!
Out of combat!
After healing, the party hurries over to the crack, which, like the doors, is sealing up before your very eyes. Everyone can still see the battle raging within, but it seems the damage dealt by the party (25 pts required at low tier, and you guys dealt 26!) has taken its toll, and the last thing you witness before the crack completely seals up is a thunderous blow dealt to the xacabra by the monolith, and the great serpent beast slumping to the floor!
Juliet Dias and the other archaeologists are very grateful to your party for coming to their rescue, and you note that the ivory sphere on the balcony has once more gone dim. Juliet shares some of her notes on the Azlanti find in gratitude.
Congratulations! I was more than a little worried at the end there! I love this scenario, but it really would fit better as a 5-9 rather than a 3-7.

Cayden's Codpiece I was worried there for a "minute", more like a week. Thank you as always TS! Well done everyone.
After watching in wonder, Nemis takes mental notes of the entire ordeal for recording later. He spends plenty of time speaking with each of the explorers here, but never really volunteers to work.
After returning back to the Ridge site, he checks in on the agents there.
To each person he thanks them for their contribution to knowledge, and for giving him a chance to expand his mind.
He is quiet on the return to Absalom, but takes the time to write to his brother Agis, a fellow Pathfinder.
No Day Job for Nemis, normal progression. I'm assuming this place counts for the Scarab Sage Faction goal of "Explore an ancient site during the course of an adventure. To qualify, the original occupants must have abandoned the site at least 1,000 years ago, and it must cover at least 2,500 square feet (a 50-ft.-by-50-ft. area)."

Jillia winces as she shouts a victory cry.
"Between Oloch's brawn and Nemis's brains and Inira's archery and Kaylee's enthusiasm and Muzhaa'f's determination and my good looks no ancient serpent could ever stand against us!" Jillia exclaims, offering everyone a four-foot-three inch high-five (Nemis last, though, so he can get an idea of how to properly execute a high-five). Each high-five is accompanied by a wide grin and a word of thanks (and probably a grunt of pain or two).
When the party reuinites with the no-longer-ensorceled archeologists, Jillia asks "so do we have any idea why the golem ran off to try and fight the giant murdersnake?"

"Probably because it started collecting discs and came close to escape," Muzhaa'f replies, rising from his prayer to Sarenrae. "And a good thing it came, too."
"A tale for the Chronicles indeed..."

"OHMIGOSH GUYS! That was CRAZY! You guys did SOOO WELL! I can't WAIT to tell Nalshene about this one! I'm gonna start sewing a new patch on my scarf RIGHT NOW!"
Kaylee sits down right where she is and starts sewing, heedless of anything else going on around her.
Wow, just looked that thing up... CR15!!!

Well I suggest that as every great deed this one should be celebrated with strong drink!
Oloch suggest as he wipes sweat and blood from his face.
Hooray! Thank you for running Thunderspirit!

Nemis gives a rare chuckle at the younger agent's enthusiasm. "Years ago, the dig site we were just at had an incredible episode in Pathfinder history. An awakened ape-man-beast assaulted the dig site. The Pathfinders were out manned. The leader himself descended upon the agents and workers. Within the dig stood a machine, like the one we saw today. An agent (I believe his name was Castamir) made a mental link with the metal monstrosity and "piloted" it like a captain on a ship to do battle with the creature. The metal man was from ages long past. I do believe that it's mission to protect was never full completed. This new dig site likely awoken that mission..."
Nemis then gets into super technical detail about the whole thing, boring Jillia to tears....
