Kaylee disappeared from your initiative.

It looked a lot smaller behind the crack in the wall. Trust in the Turn!

"Alright you giant snake-demon-thing. Bigger you are, the harder you fall," Jillia challenges the snake.

Jillia does her best to keep the giant freaking snake from falling hard on her, tumbling in to try and chip at it while the golem holds on.

Five-star Hound of Tindalos. Er, GM. Whatever. | RoW Encounter Map | A Fistful of Flowers slides

I apologize in advance for this "low-tier" encounter.

Jillia tumbles awkwardly around the snake, which is largely preoccupied with the monolith but has one pair of its six eyes on her ans she moves (and lamenting its lack of Combat Reflexes). Her attack is thrown off-balance by her landing and misses!

Jillia's move and attack catch the beast's attention, and while it cannot train all of its ridiculously-high-CR faculties due to its being impeded by the monolith, its three tails are not occupied!
tail slap 1: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15 Miss!

Inira's eyes go wide as the beast snags two of her companions! She shoots, her final shot hitting (and confirming!), but not doing nearly as much damage as she thought it would!

Kaylee, likewise horrified, begins to inspire courage in her companions! (Bard song up, 7/13 rounds spent)

I'm operating under the assumption that placing a disc is a standard action. If not:

After racing back, and passing wounded Pathfinders on the way, Nemis shouts "Take this one and get it in there! I'm going back for the next one!"

He then drops the disc for the others to hold and races back to grab the last disc.

Five-star Hound of Tindalos. Er, GM. Whatever. | RoW Encounter Map | A Fistful of Flowers slides

Nemis finds that the disc fits very snugly into the space, so much so that it takes several tries to get it into place properly (full-round action).

Inira moves in — spending a ki point on AC, I'm sure, right? — and provokes from the non-grappling tail!
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16
She finds that the ki point is well-spent, as the tail sails over her head while she grabs the disc Muzhaa'f holds and follows Nemis' direction to place it in the Moon slot!

Nemis can spend a Move action next round to finish placing his disc; Inira can spend a full-round action next round placing hers.

Muzhaa'f channels again, trying desperately to keep the party alive!

Jillia stabs with her short sword, not connecting! Keep the reroll for now; I'd rather you keep it to stabilize when necessary or otherwise keep yourself alive. :-(

I presume that Jillia had the disc in her backpack.

Dropping it is probably legal, but I like the idea that Jillia's focused on the xacarba and essentially forgot she had it...plus it doesn't waste Kaylee's good (re)roll, so I'm going to go with that.

Point of order, did Nemis take the disc I just extracted, or is he placing another one, currently?

There were two discs in the prison chamber (the room with the crack in the wall). Nemis has just pulled out the second of the two.

Wait, now I'm confused now about which disc Kaylee had.

Kaylee hightails it over to try to put the Void disc she is holding into place.

Move then standard to start the process of slotting in the disc. Three more rounds of lingering performance for +1 hit/damage and vs. fear.

Kaylee has the disc with the darkness spell that Jillia got from the haunt room.

Inira inserted the disc that Arletta gave to Muzhaa'f.

Nemis has been ferrying the two discs found in the xacarba prison room.

So to sum up now:

Disc 1: IN
Disc 2: IN
Disc 3: Kaylee has
Disc 4: Nemis has, and is starting to place.

Yes?

I REALLY hope this does something. The unspoken problem is how do we get our grappled friends out before they die...

Confirmed.

Can't let up.

"The stupid snake can't grab all of us!" Jillia shouts, trying to goad the snake into letting her go, but still trying her damnedest to free herself.

Muzhaa'f watches the discs go in anxiously and tries not to scream from the pain. Instead, he mutters some holy words in an effort to keep himself alive.

Cure Moderate Wounds: 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (8, 4) + 3 = 15 to self only, sorry folks

Nemis grabs the final disc and heads back to the panels!

Kaylee starts to insert the disc she got from Jillia's pack!

Jillia flails at the xacarba, her ribs making it painful to breathe!

Muzhaa'f needs a concentration check to cast a spell...

Inira, Oloch!

Crap.

Concentration: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

That meets the DC for continuous damage... but there's no point to trying to make the DC for grappled (which is DC 49, right?).
