You're not losing any posts, probably. What is happening a lot is that there is a latency before the post shows, usually about 1 minute. So, sometimes you're posting twice because you don't see the original post immediately.
That is happening a lot, and the other issue is that when you go to recent posts when there are multiple new ones that flip to a new page, you won't see the older-newer posts because you'll taken to the top of the new page.
Both are things to watch out for.
