Davlamin Jubilost |

Round 3 Action-
Spurring Moonchaser on, Davlamin positions the wolf to flank the chest-stealing man with Skeith. Your welcome ;)
As Moonchaser is positioning, Davlamin casts Shield of Faith, a protective white aura enveloping both the Gnome and Moonchaser. Once the wolf has moved into position, Davlamin holds on tightly as the stalwart mount bites in a fury.
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 Attack roll
1d8 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8 Damage
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12 Trip CMB if attack roll hits.
Attack rolls assume flanking, using the information I have at this point in the round.
The dice really hate me in this game :D.

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

As Moonchaser moves around the platform to get behind Angvar, the man aims a kick at him. Unfortunately, the platform is slightly too high, and the kick swings wildly into space. Moonchaser snaps at the foot, but misses. It's just above his easy reach. Davlamin, during this time, casts a spell to protect Moonchaser. His spell energy takes the shape of a large, round shield before it fades into a mere shimmer protecting the wolf.
Round Counter: 3
Initiative Counts:
Goons 1,3 - 24
Vesara - 22
Skorabor - 21
Angvar - 18
Skeith - 17
Thuvalia - 17
Bouncer - 14
Goons 2,4 - 10
Barnabus II - 7
Davlamin, Moonchaser - 5
The goon remaining farthest from the action moves straight toward the wolf attacking Angvar, seeking to interpose himself between them.
Vesara. Also, those of you who have pre-posted actions, your actions are noted and will be included as they come up.

Davlamin Jubilost |

Davlamin Jubilost wrote:Its becoming more and more obvious to me that I need glasses ;). Both spell effects on Moonchaser then. Isn't acid splash 1d3? 1d3Another one for the glasses. Vesara cast "Acid Dart" (the special ability for conjourers i think), not "Acid splash" (the lvl0 cantrip) :)
Lmao.

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

Vesara takes a step toward the action on the platform, then throws her hand out. A small missile of goo flies from her hand toward the tall man, striking him in the shoulder. It sizzles and smokes as it begins to eat its way through his clothing, and he cries out as he feels the acid bite his flesh.
Skorabor moves to stand next to Skeith/Dias. He stands on the edge of the platform, swaying slightly since he's not fully on it. He swings his axe at the one-eyed woman named Thuvalia. Unfortunately, his swing causes him to lean backward, meaning his axe shaves just beneath her jawline.
Angvar, realizing that they are now in grave danger, grabs the chest and tries to run for the exit. His path to the door being blocked, however, he is forced to try and run around Skeith/Dias and past Skorabor.
Opportunity attacks for Skeith and Skorabor! You want to roll, or should I?

Vesara |

The spell can also be used to create a greasy coating on an item. Material objects not in use are always affected by this spell, while an object wielded or employed by a creature requires its bearer to make a Reflex saving throw to avoid the effect. If the initial saving throw fails, the creature immediately drops the item. A saving throw must be made in each round that the creature attempts to pick up or use the greased item.

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

As he tries to run, the chest slips from Angvar's grasp and lands next to the brazier.
Skorabor, you miss cleanly, and you can only do melee basic attacks for AoO. I'll roll for you in future, though.

Skeith |

AoO roll of 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 - I as well have no problem with you rolling my AoOs in case I'm preoccupied and it helps move things along faster. 1d6 ⇒ 6
On my round
Skeith moves towards the next nearest perceived enemy. If he can do so and still attack then 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21 with a damage roll of 1d6 ⇒ 2. If not, then void that last part and just move as much as he can.
Sidenote: Seriously wish I could roll like that when it matters the most.

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

You won't need to move to be able to attack somebody. Thuvalia is right next to you. As a side note, I missed that Davlamin/Moonchaser also had AoO on Angvar. I'll roll those, since it seems to be the consensus.
Moonchaser AoO: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 for attack roll, 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 for damage roll.
Davlamin's mace slams Angvar in the thigh, rendering one leg useless for the present. Moonchaser snaps at the man, but Angvar is still too high to reach. Angvar drops, bleeding, to the platform as shock renders him unconscious.
As Angvar drops, Skeith/Dias shifts to deal with the next perceived threat, this being Thuvalia. His rapier darts out, scratching a deep line across her cheek.
Her cheeks stinging from the slash she just received, Thuvalia turns to run for the door, abandoning the others.
Skorabor AoO: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 attack, 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 damage.
As Thuvalia runs, Skeith/Dias's rapier darts out again and traces another red line, this time across her neck. Skorabor's blow is more solid, landing with a crunch across her shoulder and dropping her to the platform, bleeding profusely.
Seeing what happened to Angvar and Thuvalia, the goon who was making his way around behind everything leaps onto the table, rolls across it, and attacks Davlamin from behind. His wild swing misses as Moonchaser moves slightly.
Barnabus and Davlamin?

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

Barnabus steps over the prone form of the dealer, and stares at one of the goons on either side of Davlamin and Moonchaser. Almost as if being forced around, his head turns, and his eyes lock onto Barnabus's eyes. A ripple shoots from Barnabus to the goon, and the man's head snaps back around.

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

Davlamin swings his mace at the nearest goon as Moonchaser tries to take a bite out of the man's leg. Moonchaser's jaw connects, and yanks the man's foot forward. His head flies back, and the mace neatly misses his nose. The man screams as Moonchaser bites down on his foot, biting partway through his boot.
Round Counter: 4
Initiative Counts:
Goons 1,3 - 24
Vesara - 22
Skorabor - 21
Angvar - 18
Skeith - 17
Thuvalia - 17
Bouncer - 14
Goons 2,4 - 10
Barnabus II - 7
Davlamin, Moonchaser - 5
The goon who was just bitten swings wildly at Davlamin, but doesn't manage to connect at all.
All around you, people are blinking their eyes, and the general cacophony is dying down.
Vesara, Skorabor, pretty much clean-up time now.

Skorabor Skalfgrin Boulderback |

Skorabor turns against the goon that took a swing against Davlamin and rushes forward. He takes a overhead swing with his axe once he reaches his target. If he can reach that is...
Move action to move adjacent to the goon. If i can't make it in one move, i'll take a double
Attack roll (including power attack) if i can reach the goon: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Damage roll: 1d10 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19
damn....

Skeith |

Skeith grins satisfiedly as he peers around, attempting to see how many threats are still present. As long as there is at least one goon remaining, he figures it will be easy enough to glean information from the survivor. Worst case scenario? They let the hall's patronage have their way with him. He figured the cheated gamblers would rather enjoy that.
Moving to the next goon he sends another slice through the air, hoping his blade would allow for yet another hit. 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20 - 1d6 ⇒ 3

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

Vesara readies her sling, keeping an eye on the remaining goons, ready to hit them should they try to escape.
Skorabor races to help his friend. His wild swing whistles, allowing the man to duck before he can connect.
Angvar moans, but doesn't seem to be conscious.
Skeith/Dias, seeing that there are still men making trouble, nonchalantly slides his rapier through a gap in the man's armor, then withdraws it coated in a sticky red substance.
Thuvalia continues to bleed.
The goon who went the long way around takes a wild swing at Davlamin, hitting him with a numbing blow to the shoulder with his sap. Davlamin, take 5 nonlethal damage.
Barnabus, Davlamin, then Round 5 if necessary. And, since I forgot to earlier: Battleplot4.7

Davlamin Jubilost |

Round 4 Action-
Can't see the plot but never mind.
Wincing at his aching shoulder, Davlamin and his mount both respond in fury, but fail to land hits on the goon.
Davlamin-
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Moonchaser-
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9 Attack
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 Damage
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12 CMB check to trip (free)
... Curse you dice gods... ;)
Edit: Oops. Changed so i'm posting as the right character!

Skorabor Skalfgrin Boulderback |

My actions for round 5
Displeased with how the goon dodged his last attack Skorabor unleshes a series of wild wacks with his axe, trying to take advantage of Davlamins position right behind the goon.
Attack roll (including power attack and flanking bonus): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Damage roll: 1d10 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16
SCORE! crit comfirm roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
Extra damage from crit: 1d10 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18
If that drops the goon i will use my move action to get adjacent to Davlamin and the last remaining goon

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

The goon who hit Davlamin turns his head, and locks eyes with Barnabus. His head snaps back.
Davlamin's and Moonchaser's attacks, while being aimed at the right man, miss to either side as he turns in profile to you.
The goon between Davlamin and Skorabor, turning to face the new threat, swings wildly. His sap goes over Skorabor's head.
Skorabor, seriously? 34 damage to a poor first-combat weenie?

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

As Vesara watches on, still keeping an eye to make sure none of the goons run, Skorabor delivers a powerful overhand blow. The blow splits the man from nose to groin, and the two halves crumple. Skorabor just steps around the body, moving to help his friend.
Vesara, sorry I took your action for you. It seemed like what your character was doing, though. If you like, it can be ret-conned.

Skeith |

Skeith, taking note that only one or two goons remain, takes his time to slip away unseen. Stealth check of 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21. Moving out of sight and out of mind, Skeith takes hold of that mental image of his usual 'skin' and lets the change occur, returning to his comfortable human form.
Since shifting takes a full turn these actions are for the next few rounds. Should be two rounds total, I believe? Also, if I'm ever absent for a long period of time, I designate the GM to go ahead and act accordingly. I'm a supporter of that in as it speeds things along.

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

As Skeith/Dias slips away, the only one who seems to notice is the one remaining goon. Given that he's rather occupied with a wolf and a gnome, though, he's too busy to do anything about it.
Seeing that his cohorts are either dead, dying, or unconscious, the remaining goon tries his best to flee. Almost immediately, Vesara's sling whirls and then releases a small, round bullet, hitting the man in the side of the neck. Almost simultaneously, Davlamin's mace lashes out and catches the man in one side as Skorabor's axed lashes out and catches him in the other. Bleeding profusely, the man sinks to the ground.
Having regained their sight, two of the bouncers step in to take custody of the goons and their leaders. As they do so, the clamor which had died down begins to surge again as people complain about the ruckus and loudly demand refunds. As they do so, you hear a voice attempting to call over the crowd. "Quiet down, folks, quiet down!" At this point, Skeith walks back in from where he'd been transforming himself.

Saul Vancaskerkin-Jlighter |

Saul mounts the platform, then turns to the crowd howling for their money back. He raises his hand, trying to get people to calm down, then gives up. He gestures to one of the bouncers, who bellows for the crowd's attention. As they finally quiet down, Saul speaks.
"Ladies and gentlemen. I know this has been a terrible shock to us all. None of us expected that the tournament would be attacked. Most of us were just hoping for a good night of gambling. The worst any of us were expecting was to be sent home in our skivvies. Still, I realize that you're all angry and that things didn't turn out the way we wanted. As an apology on behalf of the Gold Goblin, for the next hour we'll be cashing out chips at 110% value."

TheMan BehindTheCurtain |

The other patrons seem to realize that this is a better deal than they would have gotten otherwise, and so they line up to cash out their chips. Saul turns and ask the guards, Hans and Beyar, to take their "guests" into the back. The guards heave the unconscious and bleeding bodies into a back room as Saul watches. Then his attention is grabbed by a small woman dressed as a succubus. He turns, and most of the servers, dealers, croupiers, and bouncers are standing in a group before him. In no uncertain terms, they resign as a group.

Saul Vancaskerkin-Jlighter |

Saul turns to face you. "Well, thank you for your help in dealing with this...unpleasantness. If you all have time, I think I may have a proposition that you'll want to hear. I can hear profit coming just around the corner, and I'm never wrong about that. If you would join me for dinner, we can discuss things away from all this noise and commotion. And if you have any friends here, bring them along, too."
With that, he picks up the shrunken chest and takes it to put it in the vault. On his way, he gives instructions to a tall-ish Dwarf, who then comes over and asks you to accompany him to one of the private dining rooms, saying that Saul has instructed him to begin expressing his thanks and to escort you to one of the private dining rooms.

Davlamin Jubilost |

Davlamin sees his chips greater value with a grin, and then realises the implications of the staff resigning in horror. Standing atop a chair, he confidently addresses the staff members.
Now, of course your all very upset... Indeed we all are- what a terrible thing to happen during such a fun event! But still, everyone else here in this hall was at risk- I think staying just long enough to cash the chips in would be reasonable no? My good friend Skorabor the Dwarven chap over there thats rather handy with an axe... will be happy to watch over the transactions and ensure you are at no risk. Lets be reasonable shall we?
Taking 10 on Diplomacy, for 20 total.
Edit: Sorry DM you ninjaed me. In response to Saul-
Davlamin nods his head at the business-man's words, curious to see what he would want with a hermit like him. Looking around for Skeith and Skorabor, Davlamin follows Saul with both of them in tow.
My friends, are you wounded?

Skorabor Skalfgrin Boulderback |

As the last goon falls to the floor Skorabor looks around for any remaining foes to fight. Finding none he eventually begins to calm down eyeing the scene of the battle. He scratches his beard almost nervously at the carnage left in his axe's wake. He turns to Saul. "I... i didn't mean to make such a mess", he says sounding genuinly appologetic.
He accepts the dinner invitation enthusiastically. "Did you hear that, Dav? A prosperous proposition!", he says with a dreamy look in his eyes.
My friends, are you wounded?
"Ha, no my friend. It takes more than a few thugs to put a dent into a Boulderback!"
"Where have you been, Skeith? You missed a hell of a tumble!", the dwarf exclaims heartily as he sees Skeith and then he joins Davlamin to cash in his chips.
