Seeing no one else make the connection, Ace will play the Mute Hag, the Empty Throne and the Uprising.

The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

The Mute Hag (Sonnorae suffers a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and damage rolls with her natural weapons)

The Empty Throne (+2 to Perception and Survival while in this location)

The Uprising does not work in this situation.

The mute hag shuffles over to her writing desk and begins scribbling you a note:

Mortals! How interesting. I hold a token. If you wish to have it, I will trade my Black Nib for one heart, one tongue, and two eyes taken from a mortal.

Not likely. She writes. She then continues after a pause:

Fletch waits to see what happens when Romulus attacks, as he knows the wolf's scent ability will have a good chance of finding the invisible hag.

Romulus's 1st bite, with Scent & Eldritch Claws and flank and haste: 1d20 + 12 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 12 + 2 + 1 = 311d8 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13

The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

She was invisible when she cast the spell and the two people who could see her weren't close, hence no defensive casting on her spell. I think she was also able to 5' step back iirc.

Tolgarov blasts the hag with a fireball! Although she dodges some of it, what does hit her seems particularly effective at burning away her flesh!

Fletch and Romulus each land an attack on the hag!

Maldoc lands a pair of blows against what remains of Sonnorae!

Kirrah moves in and bites but doesn't damage the hag!

Hawk falls over unconscious

Initiative:

1. Sonnorae (101 dmg)
2. Kirrah, Romulus, Ace, Fendahl, Hawk, Maldoc, Fletch, and Tolgarov

I'm going to wait on confirmation from Ace because unless he traded it for something else I think as an aasimar he has cold resistance and might still be alive. If he's alive, Fendahl's action is to heal but if not Fendahl can change his action.

Fendahl will either heal Ace and move, or if too late, will move to Hawk and cure him instead.

So either way he is trying to revive one or the other while Kirrah works to distract the hag. .

Here is where a channel healing would have been really handy

Fendahl, not impressed with Kirrah or the other combatants ability to take out the hag, and not trusting he would do much better with her, reaches down to tap Ace with a wand and then moves back.

clw: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8

"Ace! Wake up! You either need to take out the hag, revive Hawk or get clear.
If she blasts again, it will not go well.
I fear you came much closer to visiting your ancestors than you will ever know!"

Fendahl will move back a full 50' from the combat to regroup.

Should I take an action, EF?

GM:
If so, Ace will croak out to Hanspur, his ratling familiar, to get him and Hawkwren out of here. "Get me and Hawk to safety."

The ratling can cast Dimension Door at CL 6 which is enough to get Hawkwren and Ace to the area with the Unicorn and Goblicorn.

The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

In a case like this I revert to the actual rolled initiative order, which is the order the names are listed. So Fendahl acts after Ace, which unfortunately means Ace does not get an action this round.

Fendahl heals Ace a bit as the mute hag Sonnorae comes out of invisibility casting again her spell of subzero destruction.
