About Tolgarov

background:
Tolgarov is a very fat human, weighting nearly two hundred pounds for barely more than 5'3 feet high. Tattooed everywhere, he is bald and his black pigseyes are driven by a cruel glow. His complexion is pale, almost greenish and its teeth are particularly sharp and when he smiles, two of its canines stand out particularly. He seems embarrassed by the light and protects himself from it by a large hood. He is dressed in ostentatious way, his large hands adorned expensive rings of the worst taste. His dresses are detailed and from high quality. Around his neck, he wears a stylized key. His family, wealthy varisian's merchants, hails from Kaer Maga and allowed him to follow the esoteric teachings of the Bloatmages. He has a pretty bad reputation and stand close to the Sczarni. Its caravans are deemed to be particularly well kept and his bodyguards crooked.

Wayfinder (empty) A small magical device patterned off ancient relics of the Azlanti, a wayfinder is typically made from silver and bears gold accents. With a command word, you can use a wayfinder to shine (as the light spell). The wayfinder also acts as a nonmagical (magnetic) compass, granting you a +2 circumstance bonus on Survival checks to avoid becoming lost. This dark image of the Sihedron surrounded by arcane runes seems to move, like water trapped beneath two panes of glass. When gained, the brand melds with the largest existing tattoo on your body (or the one with the highest caster level if you have other magical tattoo), otherwise it moves every 1d4 days to a randomly determined location elsewhere on your body.
A character marked with this arcane tattoo receives a +2 profane bonus on attack and damage rolls against creature brought to the Material Plane via a conjuration (summoning) effect, and gains a +2 profane bonus to AC against attacks from such creatures.

Forewarned is Forearmed (Sczarni faction): Whoever is after Guaril Karela has armed, Tymon-trained gladiators at his or her disposal. Knowing this, Guaril hires a few specialists to train you and other faction members to better understand and combat this type of foe. You gain a +1 dodge bonus to AC against attacks made with weapons that have the performance quality.

His dresses are detailed and from high quality (but also of the worst taste). Around his neck, he wears a stylized key and some sort of a seven branched star as an amulet.
His has a pretty bad reputation in the society as a merchant. Nevertheless the man has a true presence, troubling and intimidating.
