Oh, Maximo! How did you get so high of level? I remember when you were the same level as Sad Rock...oh, about 2.5 years ago! Geez, has it been so long!?! (Sad is still lvl 4.)
/me weeps for the passage of time, for lack of the darkness upon which to stare, dreams of mortality, fleeing delusions of competence, and of sad rocks.

Oh! I had forgotten that you played Sad Rock! Wow, that was a while ago. That was one of my first PFS games on the Paizo forums (and a whole lot of fun, even though Mortika sort of vanished at the end). I've put a couple GM credits into Maximo over time since, but other then that he's earned all his xp in PBP. He's my favorite character, and I've recently out him on the slow track to get more mileage out of him.
Is Sad Rock of a level that could play with this group?

'Sad'ly no. Sad is only lvl 4 and is stuck in some sort of Drownyard business with a interesting group of yahoos.

Latheas is lvl 8...which I think puts us nicely in high tier.

:O
I didn't realize that Sad Rock = Painlord.
Been a while for Sad and George as well. Lithrac's Silver Mount game.
George has also left Sad Rock behind. :(

WAIT!?! THAT WAS YOU!?!
You're the piddlespotter that burned Sad Rock repeatedly!?
I'm trying to remember a time when George didn't hit Sad with some sort of incendiary. I hope George's aim has improved for sake of whatever chump brave pathfinder is near your carpet bombing. ;)
p.s. That was an interesting group to: I believe a young PbP GM named Tyranius was in that. As well as lesser known GM, GM Wakedown who was pretty hilarious throughout the scenario. Also EF was there playing 'CharRaisin'.

Hahaha, I completely forgot about that group. That was a good time. I love Sad Rock. That was one of the more eclectic groups I've been in.

Life is just crazy right now. I am looking at another hour or so of housework before I can even thing about looking at the thread. I want to make this work but, with everything that is going on in my life right now, I know I am not going to be able to give the kind of time necessary to pull my weight. I would hate to drop the game before we finish, so I think it is best to pull out before I start. Many thanks to Painlord for the invite. I am very sorry for any issues this may cause and hope I can join you all in the future. Cheers, Crispy

Huge props to Maximo's player for making a dewy decimal system joke! I'm really enjoying following along. Pretty sure you're the first PbP group to run through the scenario.
You like 'arcane' libaratorial references, do.you? Just wait until I summon a swarm of small guppies to help us search!!
Yes, microfiche!!
/me tiitters, runs back into the IC
Hail and well met Robert.

Props from the author! Thanks! As Painlord has often said, PbP offers many opportunities to roleplay in ways often unavailable at the table of a live game. With the group of top notch players in this game you should see all sorts of greatness.
I'll try to get a review up after we've finished the scenario, and I hope you'll give us some more feedback too at some point.
