She moves her jaw a bit almost as if she is trying to chew on the air before starting to talk in a low voice, but slowly reaching a full speaking volume and beyond.

A large sofa sits awkwardly near the entrance, somewhat blocking the door. Sets of chairs and tables are arranged throughout, and statues of grandiose gnomes occupy the corners of the room. A set of stairs at the far wall leads down and up.

DC 14 Perception or Survival:
Despite the lack of dust on many surfaces, this house looks abandoned for a long time. The carpet and sofa show almost no wear, but do not seem brand new either.

Kvina hems and haws a bit over Merisiel's words, wanting to help but uncertain about he legality. But she brightens up a bit when Quintus explains the local good Samaritan laws. "Oh, good! So our being here isn't illegal at all! But I think i'll still stay in the hallway, I'd hate to intrude in comeone's private home without invitation... And you are all very competent, and apparently knowledgeable, Pathfinders!"

She pauses a second after Sesotho's comment, before responding, "dishonorable might have been too strong, but for me it seems right. We are not honoring the man's home or his privacy..." She pauses for another second as a worried look comes over her face, "But if he does need help like Merisiel and Quintus are suggesting, than it would be much more honorable to come to his aid."

Upon hearing Quintus' conclusions, Kvina sticks her head into the room for the first time. "If he really has abandoned the place, he probably doesn't care much about the privacy of the things in here. We should investigate."

Getting a post in to start things moving again, sorry if this is against the code or not Kvina-like

Deciding that it's probably okay to enter the place if it is abandoned. Kvina moves into the room and looks around for a few seconds before deciding there is nothing of interest in it and decides to start cleaning out the must and dust. She notes there are no windows in the room to open and with a slight frown moves to the double doors and throws them open hoping there is a window or two on the other side.

The woman then losses her longbow from her back, pulling it and its string out and in one smooth motion stringing it, bring the bow back up, knocking an arrow and finally firing it.

The fight was ended soon, and the beetles were easily overcome. It was good to come in as a group, facing all three bugs alone might have resulted in a different outcome.
