Assuming Dak is ok with Ethans 5' step Runk will be moving to where he was and attacking once someone is on the other side of the hound.
With them lowered by the hall would that let the stabby halfling flank?

I was just looking at my Chracter sheet an notice the ransuer I am using was collected from the dungeon under town. Did I ever get it appraised or checked for magic?

They've taken less damage from both fire and electrical attacks, too, though.

It was the ransuer off the statue rather than from the sin spawn, which I believe was MW. I think we checked for magic and it wasn't but could certainly double check.
As far as energy resist goes (ooc wise) Yeth hounds don't have any resists but these might be special Lamashtu varieties.

I took 9 points of damage and had 12 hit points left, but you described Ethan going down.
I have 3 hit points left after the hound's attack.
Was I tripped by the hound, or was this just a miscalculation?

Also, adjusted some damage on the dog he is down 10 more than I had him based on a miscalculation on my part concerning the fire/electric damage

How do we stand resource wise at this point? I kind of feel like we're fairly committed at this point to pushing forward (both due to the goblins at our back and the loss of surprise) but I know we used a lot of our magical resources on the hounds.
Out of combat healing is covered by our wand but how stands all the rest.

I agree with Runk, we are story line committed to pressing on, but we are zapped of resources. I have no uses left of my Arcane Pool and only one spell left I think. Unless we can find a way to hide out in the complex and rest I think we have to try and take the last of the villains weakened.

Zizou has one lvl-1 spell left. The wand could work in-combat, too, couldn't it, just it would take an action from Ethan or Zizou, who has +10 UMD.
As for continuing, conceivably we could be fighting 2 other conspirators, one with a tiger if I recall correctly. Remember how much trouble we had with Gogmurt's panther, by the way.
I think we should see if any of these passages offers a discreet path to return here, bypassing the goblin fort. Didn't Runk hear the ocean from one door?

The wand would work in combat as well and I suppose at our level is as good as spells.
Not sure where the tiger though is coming from (though perhaps I missed something). As far as I recall we have a wizard/sorceress to find and the demon-lady in charge to account for.
We could look towards the cave. I'm sure it leads out but not sure if there's a way to navigate the sea. That might take care of getting back in but would still leave the bad guys to react to our attack.
Back to the tiger topic, perhaps you're thinking of what I read as the wizards familiar...I was thinking more house cat sized though.

Years ago we had a Dragonlance game and the younger brother of the DM was playing a Kender. The rest of us got fed up with his running off antics and came up with a plan we called "Operation Kenderhoist." We worked it all out with the DM ahead of time and then in game when the Kender was about to run off we told the DM we wanted to put our plan into action...everyone made our rolls, the Kender player was told what he needed to roll. We hogtied him and stuffed his mouth with a rag and hung him to a tree. Not something I would do today...we were all in Highschool at the time. It was funny and his little brother was PO'd at us and quit playing for two whole weeks.

My vote is burn them. It's a bit of a resource waste but I've seen one or two hit points be the difference too many times. I'd reather burn a bit of gold rather than lose a character (plus the wand is pretty loaded still).

I tend to be more conservative with the healing. I only need 1 hp and more likely than not the 1 hp isn't going to make a big difference keeping me alive...but getting more than one hp back later will be more useful than getting only one back now. In my opinion we should only use the wand if its three or more hp that are needed. But what ever the group decides I am cool with.

Since Blake is okay with being down one hit point, and I am okay with being down two, I figured we'd save the charges for more desperated circumstances.
