No worries Nilfyr! I myself have been obviously awkwardly scheduled and it's getting hard to get the urge to turn on my computer and go online given the events that is part of 2020.

But hope all of you are doing well and making it through!

The wall of force blocked the arrows which didn't do enough damage to even harm it pass the hardness.

Wind Form (Su)

A Bralani can shift between its humanoid body and a body made of wind and mist as a standard action. In humanoid form, it cannot fly or use its whirlwind blast. In wind form, it functions as if under the effects of a wind walk spell. It can make slam attacks and use spell-like abilities in either form. A bralani remains in one form until it chooses to assume its other form. A change in form cannot be dispelled, nor does the bralani revert to any particular form when killed (both shapes are its true form). A true seeing spell reveals both forms simultaneously.

Seeing the lich protected from arrows, both Bralani cast mirror Image on themselves, put up their bows, their scimitars and step to threaten the minions.

Fort Inevitable Map map Gardens map

GM Update! So a lot of family stuff took over my free time the past few weeks, so once again I must apologize for my lack of communication. But things are normalizing and I finally have time to look at this again!

Also, I hate smart wizard battles in higher level. But gotta give you guys a run for your virtual money as I can although I am running out of cards to play against you beasts of PCs!

Nilfyr continues to go through the ranks of crystalline warriors, the first swept with a spinning backfist and then punched into the ground which causes the warrior to shatter into a dozen large pieces. The next one meets an even more violent fate as Nilfyr's momentum increases , the fauchard launching the yellow warrior off the ground and then splitting it in two midair.

Thunderstealer VS PA tail @ red dashed: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (11) + 19 = 30
Damage on hit: 8d6 + 28 ⇒ (5, 2, 2, 6, 6, 5, 1, 2) + 28 = 57

Thunderstealer's massive tail strikes the last one in that area, splintering its crystal body into a shower of shards that dust the bralani.

@Artemus: With the others in the room dead, I figured you'd direct the bralani to engage the last warrior fighting Faeros

Between scimitar and arrows, the last warrior goes down in a hail of blows.

But the dread of their missing foe keeps everyone on alert...

@Belcher: Ahh yes, I did forget about Belcher, but he does indeed evade so all is well!

@Art: It does seem appropriate, and all things considered, Pathfinder lich monster has terrible saves. And did check and undead do be immune to exhausted, but the success is the important thing! But the Spellcraft... first I thought you wouldn't be able to react to it as quickened, but after your question, I checked a few threads and now realize I cannot see any reason why you couldn't react in time to try and counter it, so give it a go! Succeed and I'll remove that damage and put a frown on the lich.

@Nilfyr: You are correct, since the boon has to be selected at the beginning of the round, so no speed boost for you.

Nilfyr sends Desna's blessing upon the others, inspiring them to new feats!

Art is unable to prevent the Cone of Cold as his more powerful spell slots have been consumed. But he does counter the missiles with little effort, and absorbs some of the power for himself.

@Art: I did have to calculate that!

Lich Fort: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15

Artemus properly deduces that the lich is still susceptible to the powerful magic and harms more of Athemon's physical form.

"I still stand, human.", the lich's red eyes glowing with hate.

Until Faeros fires a trio of arrows, specifically blessed to put down the foul undead wizard.

Lich is down to 4 HP at this point and a single arrow with Holy on it will do the trick.

With the lich's body destroyed, the remaining soldiers are of little consequence, leaving the party victorious over the last remnants of evil from ancient Azlant!

The rest of the room has little of interest aside from Nhur Athemon's throne, but an invisible barrier blocks access to it. However, Faeros spots a button along the side of the throne near the right hand rest.

Lich loot for the rest of the scenario: boots of levitation, ring of protection +2, headband of intelligence +2 [Linguistics], scroll of dominate person, scroll of teleport, potion of invisibility

also removing the silence as I assume at this point Nilfyr will dismiss that.

Artemus' studies reveal that a powerful wall of force protects the throne, but he also spies a button on the underside of the left armrest.

Art: You also know that eventually Thunderstealer can bash down the wall of force, but it is going to take a long time, probably better part of an hour.

Artemus quickly finds himself on the other side of the barrier with his magicks. Sitting in the throne, he can almost feel the old might of Azlant through is bones. Nilfyr shakes his head briefly, trying to focus once more on the task at hand. "You all know how I feel about leaving enemies behind me...even if their attention is focused elsewhere..."

He confirms that everyone is healed, then readies himself to open the door with prayers emanating from behind it.

Nilfyr uses his CLW wand to heal himself, at least

Nilfyr are you sure you know how to operate that wand?

Faeros agrees that leaving enemies behind us could be dangerous later.

Figuring to take the known enemies first, the party heads towards the chanting.

Six stone pews crowd a dimly lit chapel. At the north end of the room, a flight of seven slim stairs leads up to a stage. A massive curtain of thick black fabric completely obscures the north wall beyond the stage area. Two different sets of double doors dominate the chapel's southern wall.

Over a dozen bodies of knights in ancient armor lay desiccated on the pews. However, four of them stand in the back on the stairs, rising from a kneeling position with axe and shield ready, green glowing shards of crystal embedded inside their chest. Their green glowing eyes flare up in excitement to shed blood.

Both Kn: Religion or Kn: Local can be used, but good enough in any case :)

Faeros chooses to prepare himself for these foes. First with magic, then he sees their stance and assumes that they must use ancient viking fighting styles. They can rage to cause further pain and are a master of their axes. Much like the soldiers fighting alongside Nhur Athemon, they appear undead, but seem to react as the living.

The warriors begin their assault, moving towards Nilfyr and Thunderstealer. The half-elf's polearm is faster though...

The warrior is powerfully taken down. He stands back up and takes another cut from Nilfyr in the process, but is still outside of combat range.

The other warrior does manage to get in and swings his axe at Thunderstealer.

Artemus' pride shows through as he casts a simple defensive magic to fool incoming attackers. Meanwhile, Nilfyr continues to show his polearm skills. The first swing drops the red warrior, the gaunt form now unmoving.

@Nilfyr: You technically still have a move action left if you want to do something different. However, since technically Thunderstealer is before you, if his actions can free up some space for you to move, you can then continue your full attack on the Black warrior. Will have to see what our paleo expert does!

Actually, I assumed Nilfyr wouldn't be able to get a good trip in on the black warrior and used Vital Strike with the standard attack. However, if space opens up for Nilfyr to move without triggering an AoO...

@NIlfyr: Ahh, I saw missed the Vital Strike on the attack roll, but now do see that in the damage roll. But we'll still see what Thunderstealer does for your move action.

Thunderstealer safely falls back in what appears to be to nurse his wound, but is really a feint for a savage mauling by the smaller raptor lurking behind him in a quick rendition of "Crouching Druid, Hidden Dino". Rotted green flesh is flayed apart and the black berserker is no more.

Nilfyr ducks into the room to make a new stand for his party, polearm at the ready.

@Nilfyr: Place yourself as necessary, but need to know your location to properly have the remaining enemies act.
