The gates and walls seem to be intact, save for claw marks on one wall, muddy footprints on the north gate, and a pack of ravening adventurers picking the southern gate's lock.

Thus far only the south-western tower has been searched, upon which were found two masterwork crossbows and a bucket of bolts.

Nothing of worth was found here either. Pity. The Inquisitor's keen eye spotted a half-written letter from the captain of the prison guard, which ended mid-sentence.
