1. Noya - hear that, NPC competition? Bring it! It's on like Donkey Kong! (I'm assuming NOT combat.)
2. Vona -or- Mina - whoever a PC isn't after, 'cause I don't want to jump in stepping on another PC's toes. So I'm not bringing PvP competition; it's off, like donkey cough.
Try to remember the area/room your in, as certain characters are in other area's and NOT in ear shot or sight.
If you want to interact with NPCs in other areas/rooms you need to MOVE to that room or area or wait until they enter the area or room your in.
Fixed, keeping dad with daughter for now.
Also, if Kinshira strikes a conversation with Wu Chen's dad, and her player WANTS to be my main character's stepmom, that takes precedence over NPC choices.
This is not something I'm requesting, and Wu Chen is my character, not her dad. (Meaning the relationship with the dad + wife wouldn't really be the bit I'd want to RP. The focus on my end would be Wu Chen + stepmom & half-sibling.) Basically, I want to RP and go with what feels right, so I'm open to any wife for the samurai or no wife... straight up RP without any expectation regarding outcome.

yeah it was fun coming up with names for them,
Grabbed half the names from TV movies or games from the 90's that I felt fit the character idea.
The Two game ones should be very obvious, the names of Luk and Lord Locksly fit with what there were made as.
I'll wait for a GM post confirming what Wu Chen sees (regarding Noya). I expect she'll see the monk before dad does.

Since you new to PBP this will be some of the finer details that your learning about PBP in-game posting.
Wu Chen speaks in very broken common. No articles, no simple past verbs, no plurals (but a quantative word such as "both" or "many"), and improper word order. The grammatical errors are intended and you may notice they are consistent.
Her father's grammar is correct, and Wu Chen's will be in ~7 years. She is fluent in Draconic, but a beginner in Western Common.
Ah... but I will try to post evidence so you know I know I'm assuming. Got it!
While I'm clarifying... when Wu Chen says she needs a lady role model, she doesn't assume a future step mom is within reach. (Hopes, yes. Assumes, no.) She finds the warrior women fascinating, so she is in part inviting hem for herself, and *I* don't even assume Noya's going to marry the samurai dad.
As I said, I'm just going to RP and see where the step mom thing goes or doesn't go.

Do you need the dad to be fully statted/equipped, or can we just assume has has a katana, bow, studded leather armor, a horse and the quickdraw feat? I was tempted to make him a Yojimbo archetype since that's what I listed as his occupation, but he should probably be a default samurai since he gets a horse that way, which explains how he and his daughter got around.
I just really need the Stats, Race, Height, weight, Appearance notes, Feats and racial traits

When you sell loot (equipment, wonderous items etc), it is generally ALWAYS half the cost you buy it at.
You'll never get near the purchase cost, The best you generally hope for is 75% and that is IF you have a really good relationship with the buyer.
Odd ball loot like; books, raw gems, bars of valuable metal, (non-magical) statues, collectables etc, generally will sell much closer to there value, though for collectables you'll need to find the right buyer.

Also did I ever do a Detect Magic + Spellcraft check on the book to see what magical properties it has. I thought I did, and all I was told was that it was a prayer book to Torag written in dwarven that emanates magic. Just wondering if taking the book to Lady Cirthana might be useful since it is a religious relic.

I’m aware of this general rule for selling goods, but from a role play perspective since I rolled so well on the appraise check. I figured it was much more reasonable to do what Darion did.
Honestly in real life if you new someone was going to sell something you owned for twice what he paid you for it. Wouldn’t you try to get more for it?

I'm aware of 1/2 value. Likewise, buying crafting materials/components is 1/2 the sales price. I played one PF game for two years (not on this site), and the only time the GM let us get a better deal was if the buyer wanted to trade.
Ex: killed Cap'n Badguy who had a +4 Trident (+2 Corrosive Burst), so we got some shipwrights to build a 35K ship, using the 32K item to knock the price down to well within our means.

That said, please consider me a newbie, as this is my 2nd PF game and 1st with non-core and archetypes allowed. +CHA as my AC/CMD instead of +WIS makes a huge difference, and wow... Dragon Style is perfect for what I'm trying to pull off!

Not so easily, as they could be wearing casual clothes and not their clothes of the cloth.
