There are some ancient slumbering evils in the world and if they awaken all of reality could be destroyed. For one insane cultist however that would be a good thing.

She resists the Baleful Polymorph (I think so anyway, please indicate the dc next time)

The Burning Disarm goes into effect but she doesn't let go and doesn't seem burned.

She avoids the first Quill and the second one hits her and deals no damage (so the poison doesn't kick in)

Lucather then goes and uses Psychic Crush[i]]http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/psychicCrush.htm on Reggie (dc 28).

Behind him, Elara's double lets out a low chuckle, building to a spasm of frenzied laughter. As its amusement grows, shadows leap off the floor and augment its form, making it grow larger, stronger, more terrifying. Two thick tentacles composed of darkness explode out from the double's head, two more reaching around from its back. fort: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (12) + 16 = 28

ok I have no clue how psionics work, but that makes zero sense for a failed save to do more damage than a regular one, that a failed save does a mere 3d6 less out of 22d6... Also my action was at top of round before any of his actions happened, so assuming it'd let reggie cat live, he'd be doing that still, assuming you let me heal hp dmg then do breath of life. Also I somehow didn't catch the ultra blast, because in your summaries you had psychic crush on reggie, and then no action this round etc...

Aegis/5 | HP (58/58) | AC/Touch/Flat 17/11/16 | Fort/Ref/Will +9/+4/+8 | Init +1 | Percep +2

With normal disintegrate, if you fail the save you take titanic damage, if you succeed you take decent damage. I imagine with psionic disintegrate you can amp up the decent damage.

Also, isn't he grappled by the cat?

Male Agithon Aasimar HP 27/168 AC 30 saves 16/12/16 Oracle of Life

the cat is unconscious.... or was before my healing

He escaped the grapple be becoming incorporeal. And yes the way psionic disintegrate works is it does 5d6 damage if you make the save but by spending 1 additional power point he can increase that 5d6 by 2d6. He spent 7 additional points to raise the 5d6 to 19d6. In this case making the save does more damage cause he got better rolls with the 19d6.

As for the breath of life. You cant heal before doing the breath as the creature is dead but the breath alone is enough to bring him back to life at negative hp were it becomes stable. You can heal him after as a swift action bringing him to 12 hp.

Can you calculate your hp Wyatt? I don't know were your at.

What is Elara doing?

The blast of energy affects both Elara and her double, sending them almost to their knees; with the departure of the woman, her double loses its monstrous form. Elara shakes her head, firmly recovering her focus. She looks around the group and growls "Kill me if that bastard tries to take me."

Stepping forward, she throws her hand forward, arm extending out darkness augmenting its length, towards her double.

Manifest Offensive Precognition on my double, spending 13 power points on it.

His AC went up when he went Incorp? He looses armor bonuses and natural armor bonuses while corp..

Aegis/5 | HP (58/58) | AC/Touch/Flat 17/11/16 | Fort/Ref/Will +9/+4/+8 | Init +1 | Percep +2

He's a caster, likely didn't have many of those; and neither of you rolled particularly well.

A 37 and 38? And dont have many of those? Bracers of AC anyone? Amulet of Natural Armor? Ntm he's some sorta fiend, im sure he has a base Natural Armor he would lose as well.. He would gain his charisma to deflect, but thats not the main stat for Psion's is it? I mean i went from hitting on a decent roll to now needing a 14 or better on my main attacks.. Granted im no full bab class but still.. Loosing all Armor and Natural Armor bonuses i wouldnt figure his ac to go up..

Male Agithon Aasimar HP 27/168 AC 30 saves 16/12/16 Oracle of Life

in all fairness I don't think reggie was including attacking from prone (-4), also unless you can see in the ethereal, there's 50% miss chance to what may have hit

Before he went incorporeal you only hit on a 41, but couldn't hurt to get the GM to double-check. It is to be expected, its a single baddie designed to go up against a full party of high-level characters, needs to have high AC and saves and damage in order to be a threat and not crumple like tinfoil.

Wyatt, are you sure that incorporeal provides a 50% miss chance? I don't think it does

yeah it just provides 50% less damage taken... and if he's got DR/- that makes potential for no damage from those attacks. I always keep importing 3.0 rules when I play with rules I seldom use lol

His ac didn't go up or down from going incorporeal it was always 39
