There is not much to see along the hall. Small puddles here, a dead rat there. But suddenly... The floor Drops away here as the corridor turns east, though a seven-inch-wide ledge continues along the south wall. The walls are very smooth, offering few handholds. The remainder of the passageway is filld with a five-foot-deep trough filled with foul-smelling, thick green sludge.
But you can see a wet section of walkway which seems to have risen short time ago after hundred of years in the sludge.
This section of ledge is slightly slippery, and as a result a successful DC 7 Acrobatics check is needed to traverse this portion of the ledge.

Ting goes through the room into the hallway to the east assuming the hallway to be unoccupied to the door at the end of the hallway and checks the door to see if it is locked or trapped.

Taking the key, he approaches the door.
Once Ting verifies it is safe, Alex will use the key on the door and then take a look inside. Perception check for once he opens the door.

An area along the south wall is enclosed in a cage of thick iron bars that extend from floor to ceiling. Within the enclosure sit seven black iron chests. To the north, the stone wall has collapsed, revealing a rough-hewn tunnel.
A ghoul is lurking in the mouth of the tunnel to the north awaiting a chance to leap upon whatever dug this tunnel.
Alex can see two slots in the floor, one just east of the treasury cage and one just west.
