Zaddion follows closely to SIster listening to her interrogation of the commander.

Zaddion smiles to him self with a cold look of reaping in his eyes. It's kinda unnerving if your on the receiving end


Deathstroke takes picts of the hologram from all angles, via his Spy Mask.

"What types of air defenses does Saint Annard's Penance possess? Can we be dropped off inside the prison itself? We can keep the prisoners busy while your ground forces organize. And we should move quickly, before they consolidate their hold on the defenses."

Deathstroke would look grim if anyone could see his face.

"To be honest, Commander, if Heresy is involved, a large portion of your forces down there may not be yours, anymore. Would explain how the prisoners were able to plan and execute on such a large scale without being detected."

He looks at Brother Sariel.

"I think if we ensure the prisoners don't get control of the command center, it'll go a long way to stopping this thing in it's tracks."


"We don't know the full situation. All comms and visuals are gone."

"As for air defenses we protect the planet so nothing is required firing from the planet. If need be we will eliminate all on the planet from up here if we can not retake."

"Safest bet is for your group to go along with one of the shuttles on it's way down already and then you do as you need once your off the port."


"How long do we have before bombardment begins?"

Deathstroke was neither surprised or unnerved by this turn of events. Working under a ticking clock of doom seemed to be standard operating procedure for the Holy Ordos.


"Normal protocol is if we can't take back control of the planet in one week it's gone."

On that note Brother Sariel moves into one of the birds. There is no seat big enough for an Astartes in power armor so he grabs ahold of a bar inside and prepares. Brim follows the big man in.


Deathstroke nods at the Commander.

"Then we better get moving."

Deathstroke moves onto the shuttle and straps himself in.


Zaddion waltz into the shuttle and cleans a seat and props himself into his seat.
"Locked and ready for departure"


"looks like we'll have to do it the hard way" Justine get to a seat and waits her mind getting ready for battle.


Your shuttle takes off as soon as it's full and you start descending down toward the planet. As you grow closer to the facility you can see the distant lights of fire grow brighter and brighter. Things are far worse than you could expect.

Some buildings are toppled over, fires burn everywhere and you can see the small figures scurrying across the landscape in masses.

The shuttle lands but it's not a light landing. You hit the ground hard and the shuttle automatically starts taking fire. As you peer outside you can see an armored vehicle surrounded by what looks to be a hundred people raging with 3 penal officers on top trying to hold them off with their guns but they are about to be overrun in a few moments.

Please roll initiative to determine order of actions.

As soon as the hatch opens Sariel lunges forward with such speed and grace that should not be possible for a man of his size in power armor. He crashes into the horde of inmates with such force swinging his nemesis sword there is nothing but blood and crushed bones from where he lands.

A large portion of the horde has just been decimated but many more still exist.


Zaddion rushes in drawIng the dual blades from off the hIps followIng Sariel like his death reaping shadow to wipe up and stragglers
holding specific actions until I get access to my character sheet how many enemies are we dealing with are there loadsbof hordes or a specific amount of baddies


It's just one giant horde.


Justine being at the bottom of the transport, patiently waits for her comrades to get out for her to make her move.

Brim grumbles and walks off the transport taking a quick shot at the horde of men with his Bolt Pistol and moving into cover.


Deathstroke activates his Sky Eye before moving out to confront the Horde with sword in hand.

"We need solid intel. Deal with these scum, and hold position."


The horde tries to attack Sariel being the closest threat but don't seem to have any affect on him.

Sariel then proceeds to lay down the pain along side Zaddion together they dispatch the horde.

The guards on top jump down once the last inmate is killed and thanks your team.


Justine Goes out of the transport surveying the scene, seeing how they have dispatched the horde quickly she calms down and surveys the situation.
"Good job team. now that this area is secured we can begin our operation. we must be careful if there is some remaining resistance."


"We're on a penal world where the prisoners outnumber the guards by more than a thousand to one. We have a week until the surface of this world will get viral bombed into oblivion, and we have no idea who is actually behind this. I would say that Resistance is In Extremis. We'll be fighting block to block to our goal, unless we come up with something suitably clever."

He waved the Guardsmen over to where he stood. He addressed the trooper of the highest rank.

"Trooper, sitrep." (He spoke in Military Tongue, to give them a sense of familiarity.)

He allowed the Sky Eye to continue to run, gathering intel on locations and strengths of allies and enemies, street layouts, and building states. (We can use this info to come up with an actual plan.)


Zaddion revels in the carnage that he has created... blood slicks the floor straining the walls covering him from head to toe.

How does frenzy work?


The highest ranking trooper (these are all arbites) steps forward to speak. They are all gawking at the grey knight like they never seen a space marine before.

"Sir... the situation is bad! We have lost control of the compound. We don't know how they did it but the Warden and all officers are dead as far as we know. Communications are down and there is almost no place safe. We were here trying to hold off the prisoners until aid or evacuation came. It seemed like they all went mad and were on a killing rampage. They were even killing their own people without reason..."

The trooper looks a bit disturbed (probably lost of sanity or gained corruption).


"Aid is here. Police this area. Gather up and inventory all weapons and gear. If you find anything with strange markings on it, brig it to our attention. I understand an Inquisitor came down a few days ago. Do you know anything about him or his retinue?"

Deathstroke wanted to keep them busy so that they couldn't dwell on what's going on. The last thing he needed was panicked Arbites.


Za'da finishes his post massacre rituals of blood and carnage and rejoins the group.
"i am going to scout ahead. Spring any traps take care of any loose stragglers...

There is one main entrance from the drop pad location into the facility. If you are going in solo all sneaky like please make the stealthy rolls.

The guard shakes his head about the Inquisitor. "I heard there was some figures of authority here but did not get to see or meet them sir. Perhaps if we make it to the control room we can get more answers."


Sariel swings his nemesis sword flinging the heretic blood off it and sheaths it watching his surroundings. He then proceeds to move toward the entrance of the compound once the guard mentions the control room.

"We should be moving we don't have much time."


"This place smells! If there wasn't another Inquisitor down here i'd say lets just burn this place and be rid of all this madness!" he grumbles as he follows Sariel.


The guards kind of give Brim the cold eyes as he mentions burning the place down because many of their brother in arms are still here.


The Sky Eye returns with a map reading of how to get to the command center. The guards seem to be leading the right direction.

Za'da draws a Z on the wall with the blood of his enemies making the bottom portion of the Z pointing in and arrow in the direction he is headed. And fly through the door without sound.


Deathstroke brings up the rear of the group, ensuring no attack from behind as they move towards the command center.

Your team heads into the compound with Zaddion melding into the darkness up ahead and the rest of the team following the guards.

Zaddion I'm assuming you keep looking back to make sure your going the right way because you don't know where the command center is.

On the way to the CS you see lots of death. There are symbols of the chaos gods drawn in blood on some of the walls but no encounters with the inmates.

You finally make it to the CS and the same is seen here. Death everywhere. All the guards and officers inside are torn to pieces. The monitors flash with fuzz and only static could be heard. The Guards that led you here look a bit on edge as they did not expect this place to be taken as well.


"Brim, old friend, we need you to get the Vox back in working order. Seal yourself in with the guards. They can protect you while you work. The rest of us are going to check this place from top to bottom and figure out what went on here. Then we're going to find the people who did this and kill them."


Zaddion ears perk up at Deathstrokes comment as he melds into the shadows.
"Let us not waste time then let the hunt commense" says a voice in a shadow"


Justine visage gets more serious as the taint of chaos become evident. she had to find the person responsible for this.

"lets stop this before it spreads more" keeping her words brief she readied her weapons.


Deathstroke consults the maps that he has of Saint Annard's Penance. Plugging the coordinates into his sky eye, he sends the drone to get maps of the closest manufactorum.

He addresses the highest ranking Arbite:

"Arbite, what is your name?"

After receiving an answer, he continues:

"You're going to be pulling double duty. First of all, you're responsible for keeping this area secure. Get on the vox and get as many loyal Arbites to regroup here as you can."

"Secondly, you will act as an information officer. We will have questions about people and places. It'll be your job to answer those questions expeditiously. Do you understand?"


The guard gives you a random name and salutes as you give him orders. Your sky eye heads out but will probably take some time to do what you ask of it.

In the mean time Brim attempts to get some of the controls working but he cusses like a sailor at the damage done to the place. Sariel looks calm but you can tell he wants to destroy the heretics here with a quickness and he looks to the rest of the group.

"I tire of waiting let us go to find where these heretics are hiding and set this place right for the Imperium!"


"Let's get this facility cleared. Everybody maintain radio contact. Once we finish here, we'll move out into the city proper."

Deathstroke heads towards the roof of the facility, clearing each floor, room-by-room.


Za'da stays in close proximity to the pact looking for heretics to display his masterful art of murder


"Split up. We can do this faster as individuals. Just be prepared to respond to calls for assistance. Scorched Earth. If it's not wearing an official's uniform, assume it's an enemy. If you can find out what's behind this, do so. The sooner we eliminate the source, the sooner our duty is done."

Deathstroke fades into the shadows, using his spy-mask systems to search for living people in the building as he goes.

Everyone splits up except for Brim and the guard who remain in the Hall of Justice to try to fix comms and get things running again.

The scattered group encounters prisoners scattered here and there and dispatches them quickly (not going to do combat for weak enemies).

Any specific location you guys want to head toward on the map?

There are only 4 of you looking to clear the area and it's a BIG area. It's clear as far as you guys can tell killing whatever you see. As far as securing the guards can only secure the one room where the comms are. There aren't enough of you to lock the whole area down.


Deathstroke radios the group.

"Brother Sariel and Sister Justine should check on the Hospitallers of the chapel. Zaddion should investigate the mineheads. Don't go underground without backup, though. I'll take the manufactorums."


Za'da nods in agreements and vanishes in a blink of and eye
Za'da thinks to hinself as he charges ahead .oO (I will bring death and choas to these heretics they will beg the G. EMP to take them)


Deathstroke slipped from the building, and headed to the manufactorum to the north.


"we will need to interrogate some of the prisoners, i will be heading to the chapel and make sure they are safe. though if we are dealing with heretics i am afraid it might be one of their targets" Justine looks for the directions to the chapel and memorises them, as she proceeds to make her way towards there.


The teams split up and head to different locations of the prison facility city. It takes you all some time to get to your destinations as this place is HUGE. Along the way you encounter a few prisoners and have issues with dealing with them. Any attempt to interrogate them gets you no information. These guys your encountering are just raving lunatics at this state and are of no use to finding out what's going on down here.

When you reach your destinations the areas are in similar state as the rest of this place. Death and destruction everywhere. After about 15 minutes looking around you all hear a garbled vox transmission.

"Oh my.... throne.. *gurgle*... HELP! Hall.... Lost..." and then there is nothing...
