I believe it's a first post first serve when it comes to our block. When everyone's done, then the DM will resolve things and push to the next round.
Since we got surprise, we will be able to take two actions before anyone else goes. A Surprise round has either a move or a standard action but not both. Swifts and five foot steps are also available for a surprise round. Also in a surprise round you can charge up to your speed.
If you want to post your first round action, I suppose that's good since we'll be going again anyway. I didn't do it because I want to see what happens before I do so. It might be helpful, as some are being, that you differentiate between your surprise round actions and your first round actions.

Edit: Also, on the map, you can change your position. Since the DM has enabled that, I think he wants us to move our own names around. Again, I'm assuming this.

Hero Lab's being a pain at the moment - in order to acess my new ACG datapack, I need a license reassignment. >:( At any rate, I've updated Nic's statblock to reflect the changed feats. There were no other real changes to the class at lower levels, so I'm good for now.
