"That's rather disappointing." Lynn says to herself and leaves the room. Checking in the shrine dedicated to Iomedae the hidden phrase Azrael found she moves on to the door with the magic seal. "Let us inherit thine arms, Iomedae." she tells the door.

Othirubo cocks his head as Lynn approaches a solid wall and starts to talk with it, after a moment a bright enough light that can be seen in the whole room fades as the wall moves back with the sliding sound of rock on rock.
P8. Hidden Armory
This small chamber is free of dust. A holy symbol of Iomedae
hangs unmolested on the wall above a weapon rack filled with
swords, crossbows, and spears. Three wooden dummies wear
pristine suits of armor. A shelf holds several leather quivers, each
stamped with a golden sun. Two silver shields hang from pegs
on the wall
The weapon rack contains
three cold iron longswords, two cold iron shortswords, two
heavy crossbows, a composite longbow (+2 Str), a masterwork
cold iron heavy mace, two cold iron longspears, 50 cold iron
crossbow bolts, 100 cold iron arrows, a +1 longsword, 5 +1 holy
arrows, and an arrow of evil outsider slaying.
The armor dummies hold two sets of masterwork
chainmail and a +1 breastplate emblazoned with Iomedae’s
holy symbol.
The two heavy steel shields are both marked with the
holy symbol of Iomedae. One is a masterwork shield, and
the other is a +1 blinding shield.

Lynn bags 20 of the cold iron arrows and the mace and casts detect magic. "Come here and see! Crystalhue is early this year, and the gifts are bigger as usual."
"Though it looks like Iomedae is the giver of gifts this time, though I don't remember her having such a tradition."

Tinks stands next to Lynn and identifies the items as Lynn looks them over.
"The sword has some simple magic imbued, the arrows I deffer to you, the breast plate is magically hardened as well, making it more protective, and the shield seems to be able to shine with a sudden flash of light to blind opponents. The magic also hardens it like the breast plate."

As you move around the mass of bodies that SteelGate has gathered, the group moves into the room that leads up stairs. There is a door at the top of the stairs that is designed like a prison door, most likely to allow defender's to attack those trying to take the second level.
When someone climbs the stairs to the second floor a liquid is dumped down the stairs. DC 14 reflex save or fall prone down the stairs taking d6 fall damage.
"You will not get up here, leave or suffer." A voice shouts from above
[ooc]DC 14 acrobatics check to climb the stairs, Door is locked at the Top, DC 25 to open.
A spear comes through the door to attack anyone who tries to open the door.
Spear: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 71d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8 The spear goes wide.

Dealing with the Tiefling Azrael looks sad and says Very well. We will have time to learn more of each other. For now you must be secured. I am sorry for any discomfort. He ties the tieflings legs as well and gently sits him one the floor. If you try to escape I shall be forced to render you unconscious. Do you understand?
When discussing the found weapon cache:
By all means, if my vote counts for anything. Azrael says. I shall carry these arrows, if that is acceptable.
When the group is ready:
Climbing the stairs Azrael manages to just make it to the top despite the slippery alchemical dumped down them.
Reflex Save: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
Taking out his tools he manages to dodge a spear stabbing down at him and he focuses on the door.
Disable Devise, take 10: 10 + 15 = 25

With a flourish Azrael throws open the door and steps back and out of the way. Have at them. he calls as he readies his bow.

"You know - you could have shot them through the bars." Lynn states while she tries to climb the stairs. With little success. She slips, falls down the stairs and lies at the bottom of them like a beetle on it's back. "Gaaah... Please don't mind me, feel free to go upstairs while I sort myself out again."

"Scuse me, pardon me." Iko says as he steps past Lynn onto the first rung of the latter and leaps up with great speed.

I moved people on the map to where it seems to make sense, I put your prisoner in the chapel.
Iko dances up the stairs past Lynn and Azrael, rounding the corner at the top of the stairs are 2 Tieflings in Leather armor with large clubs in their hands. Iko's blade find an open spot on the closest Tiefling but the demonic skin is enough to keep it from reaching a vital area. The Tiefling grunts loudly and seems to increase in size as it goes to swing it's club at Iko.

The second Tiefling moves up to smash into the the group stuck at the top of the Stairs. He grows like his companion in size and muscle mass.

Looking confused at how he could miss 2 people jammed into a small space.
[ooc]The top of the stairs is a 5' square. Lynn could attack the yellow one and Azrael can attack Yellow, pink is basically out of LoS for anyone not at the top of the stairs.

'Ugh, need room to move." Iko says then decides to roll between the tieflings legs to the other side, coming up with a slash of radiance at the back of the tieflings legs.

Mean While back at Defender's Heart
Aliva hobbles up the stairs, "bring the Food upstairs, Nestrin needs some prunes too if you have them, if not well I guess he will have to wait longer." 2 young girls Follow Aliva up the stairs to the map room, on the table is the map of the city still with the forces if Irabeth arrayed above the Garrison with a single figure representing your force.
"I wonder how they are doing, can we send another runner?" Aliva fidgets in her chair.
"My child your wife will be safe and is in good hands with her company around her. Might I take another look at your leg?" Nestrin moves his chair over towards Aliva and looks at the bandages, adjusting the Straps keeping her leg straight.
"I told you that I could fix this with my magic, you are sure that you wish me to heal Aravashnial first?"
Aniva nods, just then Horgus and Aravashnial come into the room sitting down and taking some food for themselves.
"Any word on how things are going?" Aravashnial asks while taking a sip from his mug.
Horgus sets out his food and looks at the map, "Has anyone visited north of the city? DO we have anyone there who may be stuck outside the city proper?"

The Tiefling steps away from the top of the stairs towards the west, Iko tries to trip the tiefling as it moves, a foot hooking behind an ankle and an sword to the teeth to quiet the Tiefling.
Trip: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25
Sword: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 121d8 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Iko drops the Tiefling but as it goes down the Tiefling squirms to the side out of the way of Iko's blade.
Ground attack: 1d20 + 7 - 4 ⇒ (13) + 7 - 4 = 161d10 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Iko kicks the clumsy blow away from his shin just in time.

A door opens from Lynns right and Iko's left, a familiar looking creature steps into the doorway, a Schir demon stands in the doorway.
To the South West in the room to Iko's right voices can be heard as well.
Schir Initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Charge with Gore: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 263d6 + 7 ⇒ (5, 1, 2) + 7 = 15
The Schir charges down the hall, lowering its head just before making a solid impact with Iko's side goring the monk.

Lynn turns her attention to the other Tiefling and smacks it with the mace. Then she steps away to make room for the others to come up. "Make haste, there is again one of those ugly rhinoceroses."
There is no Shir on the map. If threatened I five foot step preferably in a position where I can use the glaive next turn. If not threatened I'd move to a position to make more room for the others.

Azrael's Arrow flies true, lodging deep into the Tiefling, the rage int the eyes of the Tiefling is there but his body is starting to slow down as the wounds take it's toll.
The Schir swings at Iko again, tasting the blood that drips down his horns.

Iko gets slashed hard, but tenses up like a snake ready to recoil.
Suddenly Iko slashes across from top right to bottom left with Radiance...

then spins and repeats the spinning attack, slicing through the air in another arc...

Iko's attack slides wide of the Demon, as he spins Iko catches just enough of the Tiefling to cause a minor wound, dropping low and thrusting his foot out he tries to trip the demon but the goat like legs are more solid than they look and Iko's leg isn't quiet enough to pull the Demon down.
The Tiefling bleeding from multiple wounds, looks at Iko then Lynn before deciding to swing his massive club at Lynn's face.
