it takes less than a minute for the party to hack trough the lizardfolk while under the protection of the obscuring mist
You can hear the roar of the dragon. You have no idea if it is in defiance, anger or frustration. Altough it might be a little bit of everything

How heavy is the raft/canoe we came here on? Borrum may go get it and bring it into the building while the mist is around. Then we can continue with the building/ruin and the dragon either continues to hover/fly around and get bored waiting on us or the dragon comes to us. Just my 2 cents.

Moving the raft out of the water so it doesn't sink, then going into the town hall building via the hole in the roof. A quick searching that level and healing as needed. Once done, move down into the water and search the next level down while the water breathing is going. We need to let the dragon come to us, not stand out in the open and continue to be beat down from a distance.

The party explore that last room in the town hall. This large room might have once been a well appointed library, but now its shelves lie in disarray along the east and west wall. No signs of any books are apparent. A large portion of the floor is missing which opens into the dark waters of the lake below.
Searching this room the party fine a suite of (magic: week aura of transmutation) full plate armor with embedded symbol of the city of Rhest (the elves can tell you that is was the suite of the city's champion), a periapt (magic: week aura of transmutation), a heavy silver mace (magic: week aura of transmutation).
Hidden away in a strong box: a horn 8 800 sp, 2 300 gp 130 pp a gold necklace (800gp) en 11 small gesm (each 30gp).
And inside a secret compartment well hidden at the bottom of one of the bookshelf a delicate adamantine chain on whics are threaded a lion's claw and teeth (Strong aura of necromancy / evil)
The only place the party currently have no explored is the structure attached to the town hall by the wooden gang plank

He looks around the group, "Hows da wounds doing, Eyes got ah couple ah potions left." He reaches into his belt pouch for a healing potion and offers it to the group.
