DM Greg:
If I move into the water and not able to get to the creature with the single move, Borrum ready an attack on the creature. If we are not using the underwater combat rules, then the readied attack was against an AC25. Did this really miss?
Swim: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (6) - 2 = 4

Also I am confused on the type of action the creature did to get three attacks. a Spring Attack would have only allowed one attack (move, single attack, move) and a pounce would have not allowed movement after the attacks.

The water churns where Borrrum when in and the water turns blood red as the fight continues below the surface.

DM Greg, Combat:
After those hits, Borrum has no desire to move closer to it. Instead he would like to use this weight to just move on the bottom of the pool instead of doing any swimming, he knows his own limitations. He would move back 5' (an actually move action), increasing the distance between the two of them and then ready another attack against the creature, minimizing the number of attacks the creature can do.

Readied, Waraxe(2-handed), PA6, IS0: 1d20 + 13 - 6 - 0 ⇒ (19) + 13 - 6 - 0 = 26

Borrum:
1) no without the penalty you included for underwater combat the attack does hit. I will adjust accordingly Intimidation DC : 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 10 + 2 = 15 You were able to move and attack it on round 1. On round 2 it was able to get three attacks using the a normal full attack action using its natural weapons (and it has three: 2 wings + bite)
