DM Frogfoot |

Caln and Arwen, inside the pit you are greeted by visions of your own failure - the reason you now have the shaken condition. You see the temples of your goddess cast down, your friends scattered and broken, as a result of your failures. You know mentally, somewhere, that this is the result of a spell cast on you, but the emotion drags you down regardless.
Up top, Arthur and company struggle and strain to lift the two men out of the pit.

Arwen McLyntier |

I can't, i can't i just Can't let myself get dragged down like
Caln ! I am going to climb those 15 ft and push you toward the top. you can use me as a stepping stone
Arwen will take 10 on the climb check making it 12 (with the shaken penalty) in order to climb. Once under caln he will give him a boost up using his massive strength.

.Suny. |

Str Check:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3(Aid another. To help get peoples back )
Or maybe not. :(
Talking's a free a action, right?
"Think ye selfs thinner!" Suny yells to encourage people to use the reality to their advanrage.

Caln |

Caln barely hangs onto the rope as his very beliefs are under attack. Hanging there limply he's roused to motion by Arwen pushing him and he slowly begins to pull himself up the rope.

DM Frogfoot |

Slowly, carefully, Caln and Arwen struggle up the lip of the pit, finally managing to escape...barely. Only by working together do they escape...when Caln's fingerhold slips and he slides a foot or so down the rope, it is Arwen that steadies his grip and helps him climb all the way up.
All of you can detect movement, just outside of clear vision radius in the fog. Indistinct shapes that disappear and reappear elsewhere.

Arwen McLyntier |

Slapping Caln on the shoulder Great Teamwork, Thank you every one He grins a big Grin So there is physical strength in these arms in you Arthur. Haha from someone sitting all day in a walking Chair. Hahaha Great Gods Arthur!
He seems positively happy even though that great drops has shaken him
Alright lets move forward.

.Suny. |

Suny gives Caln and Arwen a reassuring hug after their ordeal. (^_^)
"Okeys...whut's next?" She whispers, mindful of the shapes looming in the mists.

DM Frogfoot |

Arwen stands at the lip of the pit as he addresses the elf, Oozula floating alongside in ethereal form. Arthur feels exhausted but rejuvenated from being the hero of the moment.
As you look around you, a chorus of hissing from all around you erupts. It's loud, aggressive, and chilling...like being in the middle of a nest of angry vipers. However, no shapes can be seen.
Suddenly, a shape erupts out of the fog! It flies through the gathered party, slashing at Oozula and darting back into the enclosing fog before any of you can react. Luckily, with a surprised yell, Oozula is able to dart out of its path.
Cold damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (4, 4) + 2 = 10

.Suny. |

Will Save:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15 (>_<)
Suny scrunches her eyes shut and thinks 'happy' thoughts rilly, rilly hard, like!
Goin' fer all ethereal an' floaty!
Initiative:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16

DM Frogfoot |

Suny becomes more ghostlike as she ascends a few inches in the air to join Oozula. She is suddenly slashed at by the fog! Only her catlike elven reflexes allow her to throw her head back like she's doing the limbo to avoid the strike. Arwen lunges with his longsword and Oozula makes for her spell, but whatever it was that is attacking them is in the fog and out of sight again in a breaths' span.
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Cold damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (4, 4) + 2 = 10

DM Frogfoot |

No initiative.
Oozula will save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Oozula, you see an opening in the fog, letting you see a gray stone wall with a door in it about 10 feet away. As she exclaims and points it out to her comrades, the path is revealed to them as well - roll a DC20 Will save. Suddenly, she and Suny are attacked again! The kobold is able to take a rolling dodge to the left to avoid it, but Suny is caught from behind, and a frighteningly cold lash of pain streaks up her spine!
Suny: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Cold damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (3, 1) + 2 = 6
Oozula: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Cold damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (2, 3) + 2 = 7

.Suny. |

"Every one think floaty!" Suny calls as the sound of the ceiling begins, even as she continues to keep looking for the other flying attacker.
Perception:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Getting ready to try somat clever.

Caln |

Will Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Caln shakes off the effects of the place and then makes his way to the door. Jaxx, any traps on the door?

Caln |

Door? You see a door? Bugger!. Jaxx checks.
No traps! Go, go, go!!!
[Dice=Perception, traps]1d20+8
And through the door Caln goes.

DM Frogfoot |

Caln opens the door. As soon as the door is pulled wide the doorknob fades into mist in his hand. Laughter sounds all around the deputies as the door fades away into nothingness.
All around you, the mist begins to swirl. Whirling around you like a top, the door begins to spin as well, in an opposite direction. As the world around you spins, the mist begins to coalesce, forming a pack of wolflike shapes that snarl and slaver.
Roll a DC 15 Will save and an Initiative roll. If you fail your Will save, you automatically go last.
Surprise round:

(that's three rolls total - Will save, Initiative, Reflex save)

.Suny. |

Ref Save:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
Initiative:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Um...Suny is still all 'Floaty', right?
And Suny's reaction is "Doggy!" As she tries to hug the critter in return,
CMB:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
(^_^)
So...Suny is completely surprised...and now trying to chase a doggy?

DM Frogfoot |

Caln, your faith steels your nerves and your will, and you stand - well, you got tripped, so you lay prone - alone among the whirling misty maelstrom in which your comrades are stricken. The wolves surround you, snarling. Though they are as ethereal as Oozula and Suny, their bites hurt just as badly as real wolves...as the injuries your party has sustained prove. The will of Pharasma fills your blood and bones with a divine elation - you feel Her presence as Her champion as you stand among your enemies.
Friendly reminder: Caln and Arwen, you're still shaken from your exposure to the pit.
Initiative:
Caln
Wolves
Deputies
Battlemap updated.

Caln |

From his prone position, Caln pulls a wand and with a quick flick of his wrist Casts Summon Monster II (specifically a giant spider hoping that will prove a more desirable target for the wolves). The spider should appear in the midst of the biggest clump of wolves.

Caln |

If you wish, Caln, you should be able to insert images onto the map...you can use Paizo's avatar system to find a spider image you want to use and paste it onto the battlemap!
I have no luck modifying the map using an IPad, sorry. Please place the spider one space below and to the right of Caln.

DM Frogfoot |

Fort save wolf 6: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Ref wolf 6: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Fort wolf 6: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Arthur's gun discharges with a loud BANG! Though the wolf manages to avoid the worst of the flames, the fog whirls and whips all around you in reaction to the sound and the wolves howl in answer. The wolf that was nearest to the muzzle blast shakes his head, growling, but dazed.

.Suny. |

CMB:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21 *GLOMP*
"DOGGY!" (^_^)

.Suny. |
