Sounds interesting but that would be a potential 3 gunslingers in the applicant pool.

Actually I wasn't planning on going gunslinger for that. Black Powder Inquisition was my thought.

I'm also planning on dipping into gunslinger at lvl3. the idea of exploding bomb bullets is too good to pass up.

Well, definitely coming in on the tail end of things, but I don't think I see one of these plain ol' meat shields in the lineup, so here goes.

I still need to flesh out his skills, feats, and special abilities, but will do that tonight.

Firearm availability in Osirion...Well Wati has the advantage of having a population from all over the place so I'm sure there's a gunsmith in there somewhere who can build and maintain advanced firearms.

I'll take that to mean "commonplace".
I'll work on the necessary edits to Treggor and post when I've finished.


I'll stick with my early pistol now, but knowing I have access to a smith that can eitherf sell me or teach me to make advanced fire arms is nice to know.

fyi, my guy plans on being ranged and melee, multi-classing as a ranger at some point, hence why I choose guntank archtype. He won't be as specialized, but he will have ranged if needed in a situation and melee if needed in a situation, I'll even listen to suggestions while in battle. And can still do pretty good at both. Gunslinger 12-13, ranger 6-7 incase you are wondering what combo I'm going for.

Everything's done except for his background. Working on that now - should be done in the next hour or so. Definitely before the Walking Dead season finale!!


Here is my submission. It should be complete with one caveat. I was wondering if you would allow me to take Versatile Channeler so that I can either turn or command undead?


Submitting a tripping fighter build. Uses a khopesh and shield.

He believes he might be descended from royalty. He once erred in allowing hidden treasures to be sold to the highest bidder. He realizes that exploring the ruins and retrieving items is a necessity, however he is determined that he will try his best to make sure that in the future the items only go to those that appreciate them properly. He feels this will honor his possible royal lineage.

just a question for anyone who has played this AP, I cannot decide fluffwise whether Conjuration (teleportion subschool) Or diviner is a better fit for my wizard's backstory, so now I ask, which do you guys thing would fit better for this AP :3.


Vinnick, since the AP was just released I am pretty sure no one has played it yet :). My advice to you is to d/l the Player's Guide for the AP and look it over. It tells you what classes and options fit well for the AP!


Updated the back story a bit. If chosen, it will be tweaked to fit in with everyone else.

I have knowledge of the schools, but no experience with them haha.

as my character believes knowledge without experience is useless, but experience without knowledge has no foundation. Leaning towards conjuration though I think.. teleportation subschool, got to be able to get to the sites of interest quickly!

Well by RAW you cannot take feats that change the ability so I'm afraid I can't allow Versatile Channeler

Fyi, if I do get approved elsewhere, I will make another alias, almost exactly alike, or if I get approved here, I would do it, not a problem for me, can be done in five minutes copy paste and I can handle two in the rare event I'm selected in both. The other one allows different traits, so that would be the only starting difference, as far as differences later on, they would branch out quite a bit.
The other minor difference is a different name, since it is a new alias.

So don't let the idea of me getting accepted into the other one to affect your decision, you are looking at the same character from me regardless of circumstances.

He said, he had gone through all the combinations, I think it was more character creation, he made it sound like that didn't matter neither did backstory, it sounded to me like he was looking for the most effective team, but if you don't get in, keep her, there will be more mummy's mask in the future.

If that were the case, I would have applied with different aliases, but used a copy paste. You think you are doing the right thing by increasing your chances of getting in, when really you could be decreasing them.

One thing I've noticed is that your character's point buy is 16, not 15.

To all congrats, on another note, Aleon is dissappointed Lori got to go without him, being as they are both gunslingers, he would have had an immediate crush. =( But he will get over it.

A couple of slots have opened up in this Mummys Mask game; we're looking to recruit!

The players are caster heavy right now, and could really use a muscle type and a skill type.

Situation: The Mummy’s Mask; Book 1, The Half Dead City.
They’ve already been through the first two of the Lottery sites, the Tomb of Akhentepi and the House of Pentheru, and are currently resting at the inn where several other expedition teams are staying in anticipation of the third round of the Lottery.

Build: is the twenty point buy, two traits, one of them campaign.
Character Level three, 3000 gp to outfit yourself.
To Generate Hit points; Max hp for first level, roll for hitpoints (plus con plus toughness plus whatever), but reroll if you get less than half+1.

Just a brief paragraph as to your basic build, personality, appearance and how you would fit into the combat team. A detailed background can wait until you're selected.

I'm looking for a fast turnaround, so decision by Wednesday (hopefully).


Was just writing this profile up for another MM game, but wouldn't mind at all the posibility to bump him up to 3rd.

I know your looking for some muscle, so you might see summoner, and think pass (also, I saw DM Wellard's note tht he isn't enamored by them, not sure if he's still the GM or if the current GM feels similarly, but I promise to have no intetions of breaking the game, ever going for the pounce evolution, and am more concerned with story than my character's personal power level)...but, this character and his eidolon are built to be front line combatants, using reach, attacks of opportunity, and teamwork feats to tear things up.

Hi Camris - would you allow an android? I'm looking to play a golem at some point and thought an android researching the ancient constructs of Osirion would be an interesting way to go with that, eventually going for his own version of Lich-dom by transfering his consciousness into a custom golem. Obviously its the kind of idea that only fits into a fairly magic heavy party which is why I'm suggesting it here.

It's either that or I can update Say'ri here to level 3. What are your thoughts?


An android is not well supported in this kind of game, but I wouldn't exclude one.
